Yuzu had been out at the dorms visiting another friend and maybe taking advantage of the internet and proximity to friends as the break nears its end. It's later in the afternoon, overcast promising rain and in general being lazy for the first time in a while. Still, she's now leaving the place and should she be caught outside, it looks like she was heading towards the beach as though she might be looking for Haruna's coffee shop in progress. And a burger from the beach, that sounds rather good too. Who knew that trying to have magical samurai armor makes you so hungry?
Haruna Kurosawa lives in one of the swanky dorm apartments near the top of Infinity with Hannah-chan. Things are fun when you live with a russian-accented talking husky and a talking seagull- and the two play poker with other mascots.
Regardless, Haruna Kurosawa is stepping out of school as she yawns, in running clothes as she's getting ready for a run. Nevermind that Corvus is wearing a red hoodie and has a whistle like he's a coach.
"Alright.. let's g---"
Oh, Yuzu!
She jogs on over. "Hiii Yuzu-chan~" she sings out. "Where ya headed?" she asks.
Yuzuki Amemori is sure she'd feel ripped off that her mascot is a chain smoking tapir if she knew there was a chance at a seagull or something. Still, she gets cool armor! She looks over at Haruna, noting the outfit on Corvus. It kind of clicks after a moment and waves, "Haru-chan! I was looking for the burger place on the beach! And to see if you were working at your shop during the setup~"
She points to the bird and asks, "Doesn't that kind of draw weird looks, more than having a pet seagull I Mean?"
Haruna Kurosawa looks over to Corvus, looks over to Yuzuki. Since Yuzuki knows that Haruna is.. something and since Haruna knows Yuzuki is something, Corvus just talks. "It's fashionable." he insists.
"Also, he's my trainer." she beams. "Gotta keep in shape or Hannah-chan's gonna kick mah butt~" she insists.
A pause. "That was weird the other day, wasn't it?" she asks as she gets started down the way. "Come on, follow!" she says.
Yuzuki Amemori watches the seagull talk and says, "I don't know if you or O-Yasu throw me off more." Well at least she's honest. Not in a bad way really, more like she's still getting used to the idea in general. "Wait, you don't get really hungry after doing the thing? Because I get really hungry. That sword's heavy." Her hands are resting behind her head as she talks.
Though the prospect of jogging gets a nod. "Well, not really dressed for it, but I think I can keep up!" She follows alongside Haruna, keeping pace easily enough as this is the kind of thing she does too! "Is that how it always is, with ninjas and sand people or weird umbrellas?" That latter one might be something else...
Haruna Kurosawa runs past what's normally an orange costruction sign, it's grey. She squints at this a moment but continues on. "Huh?" she asks. "Well. Yeah it's usually weird like that. It stops being weird after a couple months." she says softly.
"Right. Um. Cure Gull." she says. "That's my other name!" she insists. "I'm a Pretty Cure." she says. "Corvus is my partner in it." she says.
"...weird umbrellas?" she asks. "Well I can tell you that whatever happened the other day was the first time I dealt with that too. Usually. I'm fighting Phantom Empire." she says quietly.
Yuzuki Amemori watches the sign as she goes by and says, "You see that too then?" Though the comment after gets her attention again. There's nothing she knows to help with the orange thing. She wasn't even much help there other than protecting the snake lady. "Pretty Cure doesn't sound like a title-" she pauses and slows down while adding, "Though to be fair, I borrow the name of a previous incarnation. He was apparently strange."
"Yes! The weird umbrella that shot lightning. Or was used to make lightning to shoot- not fully clear on the details."
