Nanoha Takamachi is sitting on the beach in the slowly cooling weather. It's getting dark, and no one's silly to go to the beach on a cold winter night. She's wearing a big fluffy down jacket and Yuuno is curled up in it.
She is sipping a hot chocolate. There's one of those cardboard cup holders with three more cups. They are steaming. Two are Hot Cider!
There are no snacks, however- but hot chocolate and Cider are enough, right?
She purses her lips. "I hope Yuuki's been starting to drill on her own a little..." she says.
"It's important!" she says with a series of matter of fact nods as she waits for Yuuki to show up.
Nanoha Takamachi smiles. "Heya Yuu-chan!" she says. Yuu-chan! /nickname-chan/. Nanoha head tilts some as Yuuno pokes his head out of the fluffy down coat Nanoha is wearing. He gives a little wave. He sort of comes out to sit on Nanoha's shoulder a moment. "So are you ready?" she asks as she stands up.
"You know how a VR sim works?" she asks. "Have you been doing that, or practicing live in barriers? I mean. Both are okay! But if we're gonna beat each other up, a VR Sim is safer of course." she smiles. "And we're not 'really' expending energy that way." she says.
She leans forward and offers the cup. "Cider." she says. She eyes the toast.
"Oh. Um. Did you eat?" she asks meekly. "Sorry. I scheduled late so it'd be after dinner! That isn't a problem... is it?" she asks.
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little and nods to Yuuno, "Yes I've been practicing as best I can. I've been training up on top of the apartment complex. No one ever comes up there and I can train in peace. It is pretty fun. I can make a little barrier now but its not very strong yet.
She blushes a little, "Umm, not really. I've never done anything like that. I've not fought anything either. I did learn to make balls of magic. Those are fun to throw around." She giggles a little.
"Oh Thank you!" She quickly moves to take some of that Cider. Taking a long sip, she grins, "Thank you so much. This is so yummy!"
She shakes her head, "No. Momma has had to work late this week so I usually eat when she gets home. She wasn't home when I left."
