Sakura Kinomoto was staring at the river. Or rather, what remained of it. "You're... sure this is a clow card?" she asked kero.
"Yes, I'm sure."
"You can do it, Sakura!"
She jsut stared. There was... just no way. The ENTIRE river was blocked up, covered with vines and completely baricading the water. Fortunately, it was UNDER the bridge... and it was late. But it wouldn't be late for long and, when people started to notice... well... Things would get real bad, real fast. She was in a rather embarrassing costume today. A weird green one... with lil demon wings.
According to the news, There is a problem with a river! Either someone unleashed a bunch of Beavers or someone is up to something. To Naomi, that means the Phantom Empire.
Naomi is quietly making her way towards the River. She is nervous to say the least. Of course, she has every reason to be worried. She called out Oresky. There is a reason that the Phantom Empire Generals in Tokyo are called the Oresky Trio. Because he is the leader of them. So quietly she moves.
Finally at the river, she spies the girl there in the green outfit. Not to mention a fairy! Thats a good sign. Lilac pokes her head out from behind Naomi's back and whispers to her. "Be careful. Their magic is not like that of the Precure." The little panda-like fairy comments.
Sakura Kinomoto moved to the edge of the bridge, staring down. Unfortunately, plant was STILL growing. "How am I supposed to get down there?" she asked.
"I don't know, Sakura, but you'd better do it fast, plant is going to keep growing. She's a gentle card, but she's growing out of control. All you have to do is get close enough and then the card should be easy to seal."
Sakura nodded. She watched as it grew and then, as the branches grew out more, she jumped down, landing on them. "Return to your true form, clow card!" And... the vines quickly receeded. Well, that was easy. Unfortunately, that meant she dropped about twenty feet into the water. But hey, job do--
There was a rumbling and, after a few seconds, new vines and branches started growing out, lancing through the air and...
And running over Sakura, pinning her under the water.
"SAKURA!" Tomoyo and Kero yelled.
Naomi Yomada blinks. "Oh crap." She quickly pulls her Prechan mirror. "Time to Change!" She states as suddenly everything goes violet with bolts of lightning striking all around. Her hair changes rapidly going from its normal purple to much more bright and far longer. "Pretty Cure, Rolling Mirror Change!" Immediately her body is cloaked as she is clothed in her Precure Outfit. She whips off the cloak. She quickly makes a pair of intersecting lightning bolts with her fingers, "Curiosity sparking the fires of creativity! Cure Spark!"
With that the light show ends and the now Precure is ready to do her thing. Her backbow quickly turns into wings and she takes off flying towards the vines and branches. She quickly delivers several nasty punches to them in an attempt to beat them back.
Meanwhile Lilac comes floating out, "Yeah Spark! Show those vines and branches whose boss!" The little fairy floats by Tomoyo and Kero.
Sakura Kinomoto struggled, holding her breath as she flung her wand about. Unfortunately, the vines had her tangled up and being underwater there was no way for her to call out the incant to seal the card. She wiggled helplessly, the vines growing out further and further. Oh gosh, she couldn't believe it, she was going to drown. WHY? why did the cards keep trying to--
Then a vine around her loosened and the way to the air was open to her! She flew up and pulled out a card. "WAVE! Get me out of here!" Water bubbled up around her before hurtling her out and away across the water, leaving the plant behind as she gasped for air.
The vines, however, were reaching out and trying to get to tohe girl. At least, they seemed to be. They were growing rapidly towards them. The fairy from above, Kero, flew towards Sakura, checking to make sure she was okay. "Who's this?" she asked. "I don't know."
Cure Spark quickly backs away as Sakura gets out of the water. She goes on the defensive to protect the girl from the evil plant! Well Evil to her. She doesn't know what a Clow card is let alone that this is one of them. "Spark Repulsion!" She states as she turns the dial on her Prebrace! Putting her hand forward, a shield of electrical energy pushes away nearly anything that comes its way.
"Ummm Hiya, I'm Cure Spark. Nice to meet you. Anyone care to tell me what in the heck is going on?!" She asks curiously. Tomoyo would recognize Spark from Miyo Masuko's Internet show, Pretty Cure Weekly. She would also know that this is the girl that called out a very strong enemy called Oresky.
Sakura Kinomoto coughs and sputters a lot, shaking her head. "Why are all the clow cards trying to drown me?" she asked Kero.
"Well, in this case I think it was an accident. Plant is a kind, gentle card. But it's all this water. If we can get her away from it, she should calm down." He glanced to the new girl. "And you are?"
"Cure spark," Tomoyo said. Catching it all on camera. "Wow, Sakura-chan, you really are meeting all the magical girls, aren't you?"
Sakura linked and waved. "H-hi. I ummm... hi. Sorry..."
"The answer is simple, you just need to stop the river," Kero said with a nod.
"... How?" Sakura asked.
"... I'm... not.... sure."
Cure Spark looks at Sakura, "I have no clue what to do at this point. I mean I could make an earthquake easy enough but I dunno how effective that would be." She states. She looks down the river and sees the mess that is The wood.
She thinks a little. "I have an idea. I can get through to the core of that mess. Its grounded, that means it might hurt a bit but not as much as it could. What do you think?"
Sakura Kinomoto blinked, nodding. "Well... I guess that could work, it--"
Then kero was in spark's face. "That's it! If you can get in and grab the card when Sakura seals it and get it out before it gets doused in water again, then it won't grow out of control! If you grab it, can you get out before the water catches up with you?"
Sakura eeped. "Ummmm... please? Sorry to be a bother. This is kind of my fault..."
Cure Spark smiles a little to Kero and smirks, "Ummm, How fast can lightning strike!" She asks in a mischievous tone. "Lets do it. Umm Sakura. Seal it." She states as she gets ready.
She quickly turns the dial on her prebrace. "Spark Dazzling Jet!" Cyan light wraps around the girl and then she explodes in an insane burst of speed, Heading straight towards the wood.
Sakura Kinomoto gulped and then ran up the bridge and had to jump down on the vines, again. They were still growing, making it unsteady. But for now, it was enough. She lifted her wand up. "Wave! Drive back the water to buy us some time! Wave!" She yelled, before activating the wave card. A massive wave formed behind them, before pushing the water back, giving them only a few extra seconds. She then turned and aimed at the card. "Return to your true form! Clow card!" Once again, the card reformed, the vines disappearing and the glowing card spinning in the air. However, the water was already coming back. Sakura let out a shriek as the wave hit her, sending her spiraling forward!
Cure Spark moves and does so quickly. The Precure darts in towards the card and snaps it up. Slight problem though. She is charged with magical electricity and is sailing towards water. She hits it and... Magic discharges hard! Now there is a lot more water coming her way. Not to mention having swept up Sakura!
Quickly she moves, swimming towards where she sees Sakura being pushed by the water. Grabbing hold of an exposed root She reaches out and attempts to take hold of Sakura's arm.
Sakura Kinomoto manages to get grabbed! She holds on as well, the water tossing them around wildly. But only for a few minutes. Magical girls and all, hopefully spark would be okay without air for a bit. Sakura, unfortunately. Well, her face was starting to get blue as the waters finally calmed down, a much softer current pulling them no.
Cure Spark is holding her breath. Of the many abilities that Precures have, not breathing is not one of them. She glances at Sakura and can feel something pulling at them. She can feel herself starting to struggle for breath. Its getting pretty bad right now.
Her eyes open. Quickly she looks at Sakura and pulls her closer. She holds onto the girl tightly. Her backbow shifts from its bow form to that of wings. Then, she lets go of the vine. Immediately both girl start floating down stream.
Spark is not done yet. She's fighting with all she is to get up and get a breath of air. She manages and in that one moment she manages to pull herself and Sakura out of the water and take flight back to the shore. She hits the ground and begins breathing heavily.
Sakura Kinomoto coughs and hacks when she hits the ground, gasping for air and not even having the strength to hug herself from the cold after that ordeal. She groaned and laid there as the other two ran over.
"Did you get the card?" Kero yelled.
Tomoyo gasped. "You two were so amazing! It was spectacular!" she cried.
Sakura glanced over to spark. Yes. Card. Captured. She gave a weak smile. "We... we did it," she said softly, before closing her eyes. "I... I think... I don't want to dron anymore... it's scary." Kero flew over and gave her a hug.
"You both did a very good job, I'm proud of you." She smiled and nodded.
Cure Spark Breathes deaply. Reaching into her pouch... right there with her Prechan Mirror and a few Precards is the Clow Card in question. She pulls it out and hands it over Sakura. Then she just flops back onto the ground.
She breathes heavily as she tries to get her barrings. Her body is definitely exhausted. Yeesh. Almost taken out by water. Wouldn't the Phantom Empire love to know that one. She just quietly looks up at the sky for the time being.
Sakura Kinomoto took the card and, with a pen, wrote her name on it. she smiled to Kero. "Three down. Wind, wave, wood. Yayyyyyy." Kero keeps his mouth shut how about that's not even a tenth of them. "Wow, lots of W's in there. Hee hee. Maybe... maybe this won't be so bad." She started to sit up, then laid back down. "Okay, no, just... just gonna lay a moment."
*clap clap clap*
"What a wonderful little show. Why do you work so hard for something when you won't even get anything out of it?" Lying down in the crook of a tree branch, a man who looks mostly like a grasshopper lazily comments to the people present... namely Spark. "Heh. Cure Spark, You're all wet. You wouldn't catch me going for a swim at this time of year. You had the audacity to call out Oresky and you nearly fall to a river. You are very pathetic. I think maybe I should take care of his light work."
Cure Spark hears the voice, all too familiar. Quickly she is up onto her feet. "Namakelder." She glares. "I'm still alive and still kicking. Have you been hunting me down to tell me that your boss is too much of a coward to face me?" She states looking really fired up already.
Spark quickly looks around. Not much in the way of people here. This is good. Better then in a more public place. Fewer targets to be made into Terribads. Fewer targets for them to inflict harm and spread misfortune. "This isn't your usual arena, Namakelder. You don't have a Terribad with you. Are you sure you want to do this? You know what happened to Oresky right? The Oresky Trio almost became the Tokyo Duo because of me." She sounds a little cocky. She is actually trying to intimidate the Grasshopper, Hoping he will back off and not attack tonight.
Sakura Kinomoto blinked and sat up. she had to use her wand to stand up, looking confused and... shaking. It was a really cold night and she had just gone for TWO swims in a frigid river. No wonder she was cold. "W-w-who's that?" she asked softly, shaking weakly in place. "P-please say a friend."
Kero frowned. "Sakura, careful. I sense dark magic."
Sakura ggroaned. Tomoyo was recording everything, of course, including the grasshopper.
Quickly Lilac is by Kero and is trying to guide him behind a tree. "Come on, this is going to get really bad really quick!" She states as she starts tugging on him and hoping he will follow. She then moves over to Tomoyo, "You need to move. Come on!" Helpful Fairy is helpful!
Suddenly Namakelder stands up with a smirk. He plants his cane on the tree and vanishes from sight. He reappears behind Tomoyo. "My My. So excited to be watching and recording everything. You should really take a little break." He smirks. "LET THE FUTURE REFLECTED IN THE MIRROR TURN TERRIBLE!" Immediately Tomoyo is encased in a coffin shaped mirror and that mirror is wrapped in red ribbon. "Come on out, Terribad!" A nasty portal opens up and a massive black creature with red angled glasses and a green scarf comes out.
Perhaps the more interesting thing about this Terribad is how it is dressed. It looks like a very expensive dress and a pink hairband on its head dispite the fact that it doesn't have hair. It lets out a gutteral shout. "TERRABAD!!!!"
Namakelder is suddenly back on his branch. "Terribad, This air is too pure. Spread some misfortune for me and if the little spark gets in your way, squash her." Immediately the Terribad begins spreading what looks like clouds of mold all over the place.
Spark watches and just shakes her head as she sees Sakura's friend suddenly encased in a mirror. "Darn it Namakelder, I swear you are going to pay for this." She whips around and faces the Terribad. "This isn't happening tonight you! Go back to where you came from!" She takes off running at the massive creature and unloads a barrage of punches at it, knocking it down and causing the ground to shake for a moment.
Sakura Kinomoto blinked a few times and stared. What? what was going on? It didn't make any sense. Then-- "TOMOYO-CHAN!" sakura yelled, taking a step forward, her fatique forgotten. "w-what did you do to her? Let her go!" she yelled. "What? Don't hurt her!" she screamed, shaking her head.
"Tomoyo-chan, shake out of it! Go back!" she yelled. "Kero-chan, what do I do? How do I help her?"
"I-I don't know! I don't know this kind of magic!" There was panic in the little girls voice now. She... was a child. In a fight she was NOT prepared for.
"Spark, what do I do? What do we do? We have to help Tomoyo-chan! D-don't attack her!" She was frozen with indecision now.
Namakelder smirks and yawns as she watches whats started. "Kindabads, Deal with the little one." He states as he begins nodding off.
Cure Spark hears the dilemma behind her. She also hears what Namakelder has said. Already the kindabads which look like the massive terribad but smaller, only the size of average adults, are coming out and moving in on Sakura.
Quickly the Spark launches herself backward and lands beside Sakura. "Calm down, You can't help anyone if you lose your head. The main target is the Terribad. The big one. If we take it down and purify it, Tomoyo will be released and she will just feel like she nodded off. She will be fine. Trust me. One moment."
The kindabads are surrounding the two. They are getting very close. Quickly the Precure hits her prebrace and calls out, "SPARK BEAUTIFUL HALO!" She quickly throws her hand up in the air and a blast of electrical magic explodes outward in a ring around the two girls sending several of the Kindabads flying backward and removing them from the fight. "Focus on these ones, I will work on the big ooAAHHH!!!!"
From seemingly nowhere a barrage of pins comes flying at Spark, sending her flying backward and pinning her to a tree for a few moments. The Terribad seems to laugh and prepares to launch what looks like a pair of scissors at the Precure.
Sakura Kinomoto nodded, looking around. She lifted the windy card up, and then... she tapped it. "W-windy! Grab and contain!" The winds rushed out, like a tiny little breeze. Granted, the winds were still pretty tough. Enough to bind lesser creatures. Like squirrels. But she was too scared to hurt her friend, so Tomoyo would likely not be even restrained for a moment and while it would deflect the scissors, the precur would likely only be saved for a moment.. She was so scared to hurt her.
"Sakura! You need to fight it or Tomoyo will be stuck for good!"
Sakura whimpered and took a step back, narrowly avoiding getting 'pinned' as it were. She stumbled, looking around. "I-I don't... I can't hurt Tomoyo-chan, though! I don't... just... JUST GIVE HER BACK!" she finally screamed. She turned her gaze on the cricket guy. Why was he doin this? Why was he hurting her friend? Spark needed her, too. "AHHH! Windy, get him!" She used windy and... well. Yeah, her last use of the card was unimpressive.
This assault was like comparing a bullet train to a toddler on a trike. The winds screached out like a hurricane, slamming THROUGH the creatures and unleashing the full power of an oddly pissed off and powerful mage on the cricket guy.
And wiping out a good chunk of the geography and the bridge with it. Sakura stared, a little tear drop on her forehead. "Did... did I do that?" she asked, giving a little squeak. Windy was a good spirit, though, and would only have likely tossed Tomoyo back, not hitting her directly.
"NO!" Spark cries out to Sakura as she attacks Namakelder!
Namakelder opens an eye and sees the wind magic coming in to attack him. "I am too tired for this." He quickly stands and teleports away from the attacking Windy card. He is suddenly not far from the Terribad. He has his cane pointed at Sakura and smirks. "What a waste." He fires a beam of energy from his cane sending it flying at Sakura.
Cure Spark sees what is happening. She notes the crazy amount of power that Sakura is capable. Moreover she notes her reaction to her. "Thats... Not good." She is still pinned to a tree for the moment. Thats when she notices what Namakelder is up to. She quickly rips her suit free and moves in between Sakura and the Grasshopper. Putting her hand out she calls, "SPARK REPULSION!" The beam of dark energy hits her shield and goes flying back towards the Terribad.
So far, A number of kindabads have literally been blown away. A few remain. The Terribad is still up and actively spreading mold and causing general misfortune. Namakelder is annoyed that not only did Sakura attack him but his attack was interfered with. Tomoyo is looking peaceful as ever. Lilac is taking cover and cheering on Spark. Everything is in order... if you want to call it that.
Cure Spark quickly leaps into the air, turning the dial on her prebrace she calls out "SPARK LIGHTNING STRIKE!" She takes off towards the Terribad. She is wound up and ready to punch the things lights out. Lightning stricks her and she connects sending all of that power right into the terribad.
Sakura Kinomoto blinked and stared, kind of a bit shocked she even did that. How did she do that? What was-- Ack! She was attacked! And then Spark blocked it! She yelped, looking around before... okay, she couldn't hurt them. She had to do SOMETHING though. She had to--
Then it clicked. Her friends! She didn't have to hurt them! She drew out a brand new card. "Wood! Bind them!" she called out. She activated the card and thick branches and vines rose up from the ground, attempting to lock up and capture all of the creatures. Sure, there were plenty of them but hopefully it would be enough. In her emotional state, her power even seemed to be a lot stronger. It... was a little impressive. Far stronger than she'd demonstrated up to this point.
Namakelder is a little annoyed that Spark interfered in his attack. He's even more annoyed by the sudden assault from the Tree card trying to get very friendly with him. He happens to be using his cane to beat the inbound vines back.
"Okay, I've had about enough of this lunacy." The Giant Terribad looks a little exhausted. Cure Spark is definitely not playing around. Suddenly Everything goes violet with lightning striking all around. "Light of Curiosity Become Sacred Power! Suddenly a pair of intersecting lightning bolts appear behind the girl. "Love Prebrace!" She quickly turns the dial on her prebrace and finally calls out, "Pretty Cure! Ball Lightning!!" The lightning bolts move in front of her and she sends them flying at the Terribad. The form a ball and quickly envelop the Terribad.
The Terribad begins floating upward. It speaks up, "Sooo Relaxed!" Then the massive creature just flat out vanishes from sight.
Namakelder watches as his terribad vanishes. He watches with Dismay as all his precious mold vanishes and the girl trapped in the mirror is released. "Cure Spark, You will have your answer soon enough. Until then..." He vanishes from sight. Gone.
"Spark of Curiosity, Return to the Heavens!" Spark states and moves back over to join Sakura.
Sakura Kinomoto stares at her friend. She then runs forward, dropping her wand and hugging Tomoyo before the other girl can even hit the ground. Tomoyo blinks, looking confused. "what... happened?"
"O-oh Tomoyo-chan! I-I'm so sorry I-I never wanted to get you involved in any of this what if you'd been hurt or killed or worse?" she sobbed. Oh, she was full on crying now, hugging onto her friend for dear life, sobbing into her shoulder. Kero just stared, unsure of what to say. "Y-you can't come with me, a-any more. Tomoyo-chan, it's too dangerous. You... you could have been hurt and... and..."
"Oh sakura-chan. You know that's not happening. Besides, I know you'd never let anything really bad happen to me. Right?"
The magical girl nodded, giving another soft nod. "T-t-tomoyo-chan... I'm so sorry... I..."
"It's okay, Sakura-chan. It's okay." she lightly patted the other girls back, comforting the sobbing child before looking to spark with a look of confusion and then... "did you manage to get whatever happened on camera?" .... Of course.
Cure Spark looks frustrated. She hated the fact that they had gotten attacked like this. She hated that she couldn't break off and take on Namakelder. She hated that She still hadn't got an answer. One thing was certain though, They seen the broadcast and they were plotting.
She looks between Sakura and Tomoyo. "I am so sorry. That Was Namakelder. He is one of the Phantom Empire Generals over Tokyo. He is under Oresky who I have issues with as Tomoyo here could likely tell you. He's a pain in the neck. He actually had sealed my mom in a mirror before. That was when I became Cure Spark." She frowns. "I can go into details if you want but I really sorta made them mad."
Suddenly Lilac is right in front of Spark, "I feel the peace of Peacekeeper!!! OOoo!! Itch it please!!!!"
Spark snickers and itches the fairy's nose. The fairy starts giggling, laughing happily and then... AHHH CHOOO! A few cards pop out of her cute backpack. Spark takes them and looks at them. They are marked with her name. "Police officer?! Ok that will be cute!" The fairy quickly gets out the decor and puts the cards in it. "Cure Spark we are one step closer to completing the set!"
Sakura Kinomoto eventually managed to stop crying, though she still held onto her dear friend. "Oh Sakura-chan, you're so cute when you're like this..." The other girl gently patted her back. But finally Sakura pulled back.
"What... are those?" she asked with a little sniffle. "They... they aren't clow cards, ar ethey?"
"They're not," Keros said with a shake of his head. "Different magic entirely. I'd know."
"police officer?" Sakura asked. awww, her eyes were all puffy from crying and kero brought the wand back to her.
Cure Spark smiles a little and moves al ittle closer to Sakura. She gently rubs her back. "They are Precards." She reaches into her pouch and pulls out her Rock Candy Breakdance cards. "Some Pretty Cures, Namely the ones made by Blue-sama, Use some of these to transform into Pretty Cure. This set allows me to turn into another of my Precure forms. Its kinda fun. A bunch of the others though, They give me different abilities, Different outfits. I can mix em and match em. Its fun!" She giggles happily.
She smirks. "The new cards are for a Police officer. If I use them I will get a cute Police officer outfit and I will likely get some skills linked to them. When I power down I lose those skills but its still fun! I got a bunch of different Precards!"
Sakura Kinomoto nodded, gasping. "That's really cool!"
"Different outfits? wow, Sakura, maybe you should be a precure after you get all the cards," tomoyo says. The cardcaptor giggles.
"I don'tthink it works like that..." She stared at them, looking worried. "Do... I... I mean, do attacks like that happen often? Is... tomoyo-chan in... in danger... with me? I'm not sure I want to... use these cards if... if they're going to put my friends in danger."
And suddenly kero! "Sakura, no. You're the card captor! Besides, it wasn't your cards that got you attacked. There are just bad people out there, very bad. And you're needed to help fight them off." He glanced to Cure spark. "If you don't have the cards, you won't be able to defend them."
She blinked, but then looked to Spark worriedly.
Cure Spark finds a place to sit down. A fallen tree where she gestures Sakura over to her. "Please sit down." She states softly. She simply waits for her to come over. As soon as she does, She continues.
"You've not been at this very long have ya?" SHe smiles. "Its not an easy thing. As a Precure, I have others like me I can talk to. I can talk with Blue-Sama when I need to. It helps. I can also talk with Lilac when I need to. Right now you have people you can talk to though. You can talk to your Fairy friend there. I am sure he can help you out a lot. He seems knowledgable." She smiles a little to Kero.
Spark winces a little. "Is this dangerous? Yes. It is. We stand between the darkness and those who have no idea what is going on. Some enemies are more out there then others. For instance, What you dropped into tonight, aside from your Clow Card, Is nothing short of a war." She frowns. "The Phantom Empire is a group who has taken over the Blue Sky Kingdom. They are not attacking Earth. Not just Tokyo. They are attacking everywhere. They are dangerous and want nothing more then to spread misfortune throughout the world. They hate love. They loathe it and want to snuff it out wherever possible. I have sorta upset them for calling out one of theirs. I did it because some of us Precures are sick of being defensive. We want to go on the offensive and put a stop to this nightmare.
She looks over to Tomoyo. "You are not safe. I am not going to sugar coat it. You are unarmed in a very nasty world where there is a lot of magic. Asking Sakura-san to protect you is asking her to divide her attention."
She smiles softly, "But. You can do this. You don't become a Magical Type without getting the abilities to back it up. You gotta have faith in yourself. Believe in yourself and the power you have. You can do this Sakura-san. You will succeed at it."
Sakura Kinomoto blinked and then looked down. "Y-yeah. I guess. There... aren't really other card captors, though. But Kero-chan has always been there for me! and... and so has... Tomoyo-chan."
Then her eyes widened. "A... a war?" she asked softly, her eyes wide andfearful. She wasn't sure she could handle being in a war. Then she said those things and she looked up, gulping. "Are... are you sure? I mean... there's... there's a lot of cards, and I've only managed to catch three of them. And I only caught Wave because of Yuuki-kun and wood because of your help. Otherwise I would have completely failed."
Kero sighed. "That's true, Sakura. But you were chosen for a reason. and there are lots of other magical girls here, those who are willing to help you. Like her," he pointed to cure. "And... Tomoyo, too."
Sakura nodded, then looked to her friend. "Tomoyo-chan... maybe it would be better if I just... did this alone, though. If you got hurt--"
"I already promised I'd be careful, Sakura-chan. You're not doing this alone. Isn't that right, Cure Spark?" she asked with a smile. She'd got her camera back!
Spark just smiles a little. "Its fine. Its not your war. You're a Card Captor... Whatever that is. The Phantom Empire's war is with The Precure. We're the ones who are supposed to fight them. So yeah. Not your fight. You were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Really wrong place and wrong time for you Tomoyo-san." She snickers.
She looks at Tomoyo, "If you are bent on being involved, there is something I should warn you about. Rumor has it, there is a creature that likes to go around offering to make girls into Magical girls, granting them 1 wish in exchange for it. Be very careful. Make sure you read the fine print." She sighs a little.
"Sakura-san, You will get the hang of it. And there is no shame in having friends help you out. We all need friends and we are very much stronger together. I know that is definitely true for Precures. You put a bunch of us together, our power goes through the roof! You work with others and your magic will be stronger."
Sakura Kinomoto blinked and then nodded. "Y-yeah. Oh! Was it you? were you the reason I was able to--" And then looked to the bridge. "Oh. Oh no. W-what am I going to do? I-I don't know how to fix abridge! H-how can I, what if someone gets hurt? I--" and then sneezed.
Tomoyo sighed. "Sakura, you're soaking wet. We need to get you home and dried off." She then looked to Spark. "Oh, don't worry. I don't want to be a magical girl. I just want to support Sakura-chan be the best she can be."
Cure Spark smiles a little, "Ummm... Pray?" She states. She snickers and gets out what looks like a smartphone. She quickly makes a call. "Hello Blue-sama, A friend and I may have destroyed a bridge accidentally while dealing with a Terribad and Namakelder. Anything that can be done?" She gets an earful from a man on the other end. She giggles a little, "What! We dealt with the problem. It happened and there is a rookie Magical girl here who simply had a lot more power then she knew." The person on the other end says a few thing and she hangs up.
"Sorry about that. That was Blue-sama. God. As in a god of the Earth. He is the one who made me a Precure! Anyway he knows some people and will talk to them about it. For now, Lets go get you warmed up." She lifts off the ground. "You two be safe." She quickly takes off flying.
Sakura Kinomoto nodded, watching her go and then... blinked. What? a... what? Okay, she was sure she misheard that. But hey, the bridge would be taken care of, so yay! she could relax then. she smiled to Kero who just chuckled. "Yeah, let's go get you all cleaned up. "O-okay," she said happily, before following them off. She did hope everything would be okay... and did use wood to form a barrier so noone accidentally drove off the bridge.
