It was a calm, normal day, aside from... well. The girl who just walked in, with a man in a suit on each side(likely security), and a man in a brown suit and clipboard following behind her.
"Now, Tenshi, we only have about a half an hour, so make sure not to take your time."
The little girl was wearing a sleek, purple dress with a shorter, frilly skirt. Around her throat a beautiful diamond necklace was sparkling.
She walked up to the counter and put a single finger to the corner of her mouth. "Ummm... I... I'd like... a apple fritter... if that's okay?" she asked softly, staring up with adorable purple eyes. Her agent stepped forward and held out the cash to pay for it, as the small child moved to a corner booth.
"A bottled water as well, with a cup of ice and an empty cup," the agent added. He then brought it over a moment later, placing the fritter in front of her, before partially adjusting the ice level in the empty cup and pouring the water out.
Reiko Touyama is secretly an idol fan. She follows news, and Utau and other such things like that. But this news?...
This news is /personally good/. SUMIRE-CHAN IS BACK! After years! Since the game stopped. Since Hiroko ruined everything!
Roy gave her the look however. The look. "You know what that means, right?" he asked. Reiko Touyama face faulted. Crap. She knew what it meant. It meant she was carrying around the Purple Prism on her now. Nope.
She was going to be ready this time.
She'd tracked Sumire down to the coffee shop. This new one in Juuban. It's down the road from her house even! The red cardinal sits on her shoulder- just in case things happen. Like a Shade.
There she is! At that table. And-- crap. There's like. An Entourage with her.
She begins sneaking towards that direction. Let's see what happens when she begins approach!
Indigo Angel Tenshi gently cut up her fritter with a knife and fork, her eyes closed. After a few moments, however, the guards were blocking Reiko's path. "Can we help you?" one of them asked, staring down with contempt.
Tenshi blinked and looked over. She cocked her head over to the side. That... was odd. Something about the girl seemed... oddly familiar. She raised a hand. "That's okay," she said softly. "I always have time for a fan. Right?" she asked, glancing to her agent. He gave a small nod. She then gestured to the seat across from her. Before gently picking up her water in both hands, softly drinking from the cup. A few others were staring now as well. Who was that girl? She did look... vaguely familiar. Had she been on the news recently?
Tenshi just smiled at the other girl as she put on her TV face. "A pleasure to meet you... miss...?" She seemed INCREDIBLY polite and soft spoken. Not at all like that rather... wild child she'd once known.
Prism Keepers haven't exactly made the news. Or entered the public conciousness as easily as the Sailor Senshi and Pretty Cure. So of course she isn't vaugely familar there. No. She's familar. Because they used to be friends.
She frowns at the guards. "H--hey!" she's about to protest-- and the bird on her shoulder looks slightly flustered at the same time like 'oh my god Reiko don't say anything'.
Still. The idol lets them through and she takes a short breath of relif.
"Sumire-chan!" she says. "Don't you remember...? It's me. Reiko!" she says.
"We used to play a game together. Right?" she asks. The big bouncy orange hair. The radiating nerd. This is Reiko. Alright. Hopefully this helps Sumire remember. Or at least. Hits home with the familirization.
"With Mei and Momo and Kaeru and Hoshi!" she says.
Indigo Angel Tenshi stared at her quizically. "Who...?" she said. Reiko? Did she know a Reiko? Wait, a game? Then the names and her eyes went wide with realization. "O-oh! Yes! You were those fellow school children from when I was younger!" she said, clapping her hands together. She then nodded. "Oh, indeed. We used to play that little game with the... colors, I believe?" she gave a light chuckle. "My, we were so young and naive then, weren't we?"
She glanced to her agent. "You do remember them, don't you? From when we first met? I do believe you picked me up from their place once during my early career."
The agent was rubbing his chin and looking thoughtful. "Oh? Your friends from before, you say? That could be... interesting," he said with a nod. Then... "Your fans might be interested in finding out about your childhood. Rake-o, was it? Do you think you and your friends would be willing to do a TV spot with Tenshi?"
Sumire smiled at her. "Oh, do say yes. It is such fun. And it has been so long since anyone has called me Sumire-chan. It's so... quaint."
Reiko Touyama blinks. "Reiko." she says. It means beautiful. ~_~;;. Duh. She gently nodded a bit. Sumire was always kind of. Like this. It was somethin she and her friends had accepted and it's something she accepts now. Sumire has basically not changed much, has she?
She doesn't know.. for sure. But she says.
"A--uh. TV spot!? Um. M-maybe." she says as she taps two fingers in front of her.
"H--hey Sumire-chan you haven't. Seen or Heard or Felt anything odd. Since you got back in Tokyo. Right?" she asks with wide eyes.
The bird keeps quiet. It seems a normal pet bird normally hanging out on her shoulder. It's nice and bright red.
Indigo Angel Tenshi cocked her head to the side. "Something odd?" she asked, cocking an eye. "I'm afraid I have no idea what you're talking about," she said with a light chuckle.
The security guards were practically looming over them. "Would you like something to eat, Reiko-chan? My treat. Anything your heart desires," she said with a light smile.
She had always been one for grandiose displays. "I must admit. You were not someone I expected to see today, though. Have you been keeping up on my tours, then?" she asked, shifting the conversation topic to herself. Her most important subject.
Reiko Touyama most certainly doesn't own Tenshi's entire discography on CD and also MP3 library, nope. Not. At all. She totally does. Of course. She follows her friends! Just. Tours out of Tokyo aren't a thing that small young girls like herself can't go to when her parents are always busy and Grandpa can't travel THAT far.
She bites her lip. "Okay. Good then." she says, a little relief. Maybe. She thinks. Maybe Sumire'll be lucky and not be attacked. Or targeted by Shades.
She can hope really well right?
Oh! Treats are offered. "Oh! A hot chocolate. Extra whipped cream." she insists. "Er. Please." she says.
"W-well! I've been following, yes!" she says. "I went out looking. Honestly. And found you here. Down the road!" she says.
Indigo Angel Tenshi nodded and then glanced to her agent. "Would you, please?" He gave a nod and got up. She then smiled to Reiko. "Now that you mention it, I did notice one thing odd. I've been having a bit of trouble with getting registered for school. But nothing too bad." She gave the girl a gentle smile, a hand cupping her cheek.
"I can't tell you how delightful it is to be back in Tokyo. Traveling the world has been exciting, but it's just so... tiring. Some days my delicate body can hardly take such travel." .... Tenshi. DELICATE. Oh I'm sure the others had stories about 'that' particular bomb shell.
"Oh? Really? You are quite lucky, then. I saw this little quaint establishment and I just had to investigate it. It's rare to see a location named after flying vermin like a seagull. Such a unique atmosphere."
Reiko Touyama head tilts. "Hey, I like drawing beach scenes with seagulls you know." she says. "It's practically not a beach without a seagull!" she insists.
I mean. Who are you supposed to protect your french fries from! Corvus gives Reiko an approving nod from the till. He's busily working though. Haruna has things to do today. Like PUNCH HER STUPID EGOTISTICAL GIRLFRIEND.
Reiko head tilts. Delicate? She can think of many words to describe Sumire and 'delicate' does not describe the girl who'd punch boys for looking for her funny.
"Well, it's nice that your back!... um. What kind of trouble?" she asks. That doesn't /sound/ like a magical problem.
Indigo Angel Tenshi blinked and nodded. "Well, if you like them there's nothing wrong with that. I do think it's quite a unique and... interesting concept. Who knows? Perhaps this place is a real diamond in the rought."
A moment later the agent returned with her hot chocolate, placing it in front of the girl.
"Oh, all that paperwork. It is just so overwhelming. I can't imagine what I'd do without my agent to carry me through it," she said, placing the back of her hand to her forehead. "Ah! That reminds me. I'm having my return to Tokyo concert soon. Please, you should come. I'm sure we could get passes for you and our old friends, yes? Do they still live in Tokyo? Perhaps I can even get you back stage passes.,"
Reiko Touyama nods. "They do! We've.. even. Gotten the group back together! Mostly...except for. Hiroko..." a pause. "If you see... Hiroko-chan? Please. Just be careful?" she asks ominously.
"She's not... well." she says. "I don't mean in the sick sense." she says. "I mean in the she's dangerous to be around sense." she says.
She pauses. "Um! Sure!" she says with wide eyes. "That'd be fun!" she says softly. To go to a Tokyo concert! And see her friend perform? Yes yes yes yes!
Also. Everyone in class will be SUPER JEALOUS.
Indigo Angel Tenshi nods, cocking an eye. "Dangerous to be aroun..." Then paused. "Oh. Oh dear. The poor dear. Did she... snap? I always did wonder about her." She shook her head. "So young, too. Such a shame."
She then grinned and reached out, gently running a delicate hand across her cheek. "Of course. You're one of my dear, old friends. A couple of back stage passes for someone who was once so precious to me is something any friend would do for another, is it not? So that'd be... five, correct?" she asked with a grin. "Just make sure you come and bring the others, okay?"
Reiko Touyama knows Sumire-chan means well with the theactrics and knows she actually does care, but sometimes the falseness does get to her, as she shifts just a bit. "Well that'd be great then! I still live where I used to. Down the road." she says softly. "Clubhouse is still out in the back." she says quietly.
"Yes, five." she says with a smile.
Hiroko. "Something. Like that. It isn't her fault. It's...." well. "Her Dad's fault." she says. It's not a lie. Really. Hiroko's 'dad' now is a cosmic force of boredom thanks to the brainwashing.
Indigo Angel Tenshi twitches, just a little bit. A little movement of her pinkie. "Oh, Reiko-chan. You shouldn't speak ill of someone's parents," she said with a light chuckle. She totally wasn't suppressing anything, nooooo.
"And I will have five prepared, accordingly. And truly? That old club house? I'm sure they'd love to get some pictures of that silly old thing for the tv spot, wouldn't they?" she asked her agent, who nodded. "You know how important fans are to an idol like me. They just want to know so much about my life and it's my job to show them everything."
Reiko Touyama thinks. "Well. Um. As long as. People aren't coming by, trying to. Visit it or take pictures of it or stuff..." she says. "I mean. Like fans." she says. "Then sure." she says as she smiles nervously.
Ugh she's going to have a long awkward talk with Grandpa tonight about this for sure. He'll KNOW something is wrong.
"Right.." she says about Hiroko. "Just. Be careful..." she says as she takes a large swig of her hot chocolate and then wipes off the whipped cream mustache she aquires.
Indigo Angel Tenshi nodded. "I'm sure they'll give you your privacy. We just won't say the location, okay?" Though, Reiko's school mates would probably beg to come over and see. Her little game would probably get a LOT more attention, too. Oh dear.
Her agent coughed. "Tenshi, it's time to go."
She blinked and popped one more chunk of her fritter into her mouth, leaving about half of it behind. "I see. Well, Reiko-chan. It was an absolute delight. I look forward to meeting with you again soon, okay?"
