Hinote Kagari was tasked with a simple goal. Deliver a packet of papers to the Infinity University head office. He had, infact, never been to Infinity before, but how hard could that be? Surely it's just another school!
But alas, by the time he's arrived, there's three huge buildings, a wide campus and he looks flustered! This was supposed to be easy! He looks at one of the campus maps off to the side- that he can't make heads or tails of. He's turning his head straight to the side to see if this helps.
It doesn't.
Why would it!?
"Nrg--- this place is so big!" is says frustratedly to himself. "The office isn't there! I went there already!" he says pointing at a spot on the map.
"Down the hall, second door on the right." There comes the answer to the Seishou student's plight, from right behind him. Standing there for the last couple of seconds, her attention having been drawn to the student from the other school simply by virtue of the boy being out of place and fretting somewhat noisily, is a very obviously European girl, blonde curly locks and green eyes peeking out from glasses, and quite fluent in her Japanese.
"There is no reason you should be so lost." She steps over to the map and points at it stating, "We're here. You want to be here. You really can't miss it." Her finger pointing to the destination in question. "Of course, you're from Seishou, so I'll give you a pass for not knowing where you're going."
Hinote Kagari seems flustered as a voice points out to him. Was he talking to himself!? Oh dear he was! This causes him to clasp his forehead a little in shame and embarrasment. "Uh--th-thanks. Are you sure?" he asks. "I was...pretty sure.. I've... been..." he just trails off and turns around now to face the girl, rather than talk away from her, because that's rude.
"Yeah... from Seishou!" he finally says, trying to let his embarrasment melt away. "It's my first time here actually. This place is huge!" he says, motioning his hands out at the large campus.
"How do you even get to classes on time!? They must be like fifteen minute walk apart!" he flabbergastedly says.
"Oh.. um. My name's Hinote Kagari, I apologize." he says with a short bow.
The blonde narrows her eyes a little as she listens to the guy, sucking a breath in as she replies, "I've madea point of familiarizing myself with the layout of the school on my first day. I'm on time to all my classes. However, that's beside the point right now. You should probably take care of your business here in the school."
When the boy introduces himself, she blinks, and opens her mouth for a moment, before her hardening her gaze and pushes her glasses up her noses, not looking directly at him. "Greta Legend. Not that it matters that I've introduced myself, we're likely not going to meet again."
Hinote Kagari woah, is that a chill down his back? That's a cold response. Eeeee! Maybe people here aren't as nice as at Seishou? Well. Usually nice. Bullies still exist everywhere afterall. He tsks. "Well, it's not like the school is closing down anytime soon! And I'm probably going to get lost on the way out knowing my luck, too." he asides.
He scatches the side of his head.
"Why don't you walk along with me. So I can get out of her quicker." he asides. "Unless you're going to be late to something." he asides.
He begins walking to the right. That's the completely wrong direction.
The English Girl narrows her eyes a little more as she watches Hinote begin to wander in the complete wrong direction, and there's a moment where she's pinching the bridge of her nose, before sighing and walks right up to the guy to grab his arm and turn him towards the correct direction, "-That- hall. Second hall on the right."
Greta turns her eyes to glare harder at the guy and says, "Just because I've got a free period right now, it doesn't mean I have the time to waste as a tour guide." She points down the hall. "That way."
Hinote Kagari is grabbed, and turned. "But.. you said....!?" he sort of frustraedly rubs his forehead a bit. "Argh, this school is ridicolous!" he says as he begins marching off in the completely opposite direction- the way Greta actually points.
This doesn't change the fact he goes into the completely wrong building-
He'll exit that one in a huff about five minutes later and start heading to the one NEXT to it. THAT'S The right one.
He's pretty much glad he doesn't attend this rats maze of a school, at this point.
Even if it is all fancy.
Greta sighs a bit as she watches the guy finally heads off in the correct direction, pushing her glasses up on her nose once more, as she says, "That idiot's finally gone. With his sense of direction, though, he'll probably wind up in Germany for no apparent reason." She glances at the time, "Hmm... Twenty minutes on my free period... A little bit of time before class... What to do---"
*SHING*
Greta's attention suddenly jolts up. A presence had suddenly made itself apparent in the proximity of the school, and she felt it perk up. "Oh no...!"
She reaches into her pocket and pulls out a Gem like object that's shining bright, "Tri Soul, can you confirm?"
"<SURE I CAN, LITTLE LADY.> /TWO HUNDRED METERS/. -SOUTH BUILDING.-" The three voices of Tri Soul speaks out, to which Greta glares, "What have I told you about calling me that?! Geez... Let's go!"
With that, the girl breaks into a sprint, making her way to the South building... She soon finds herself at the Gym, and skidding to a halt as she witnesses a hold in the air, and a creature crawling out. Greta glances about and checks to see if there are witnesses. "Okay, nobody here to get hurt. Good..."
Hinote Kagari had , eventually, found the office and delivered the packet. What was the packet!? He doesn't care. Probably some request to use one of the science labs for a field trip, and all the associated paperwork. All that he knows is he's done here and owwwww, why is his right thigh burning all of a sudden.
--And whats with the sudden feeling of unease? He picks out his Guardian Relic from his pocket and examines the braclet- the orange-red gem on the top is lit up. What does this mean!? He doesn't know. But he feels it means... something is nearby? Maybe. But is he going to transform in a place like this? Probably not yet. A knight bounding around would just be too weird. Instead he just kind of lets his feet take him ... somewhere.
It's an odd feeling, regardless. He tends towards the South building, and quickens his pace as he goes. He stops just short of the Gym's door. Won't he get in trouble for being here longer than he needs to be? Maybe.
Greta narrows her eyes as she watches that gate between worlds opening up, the creature inside growling and clawing out, apparently bipedal as its flaws seem to be hand shaped, but it's still kind of a dark beastie looking thing.
The Blonde English Girl growls a bit, before holding out the Gem-like object on its chain and says, "Let's take care of thise beast before anyone shows up... LET'S GO, TRI SOUL!"
"<LET'S GO, SET UP!>"
A magic circle forms around Greta, as she's swallowed up by the lights! There's a spiningness as he clothes seemingly disappear, and for that brief moment she's exposed, before her attire re-forms. A white combat suit forms, with red, yellow, and white stripes along the front, and a red cape flowing down the back, and a scarf around her neck. The Gem forms into a sort of techno-staff, which Greta twirls about and she calls out, "THE SUNSHINE SPARK, GRETA LEGEND!"
The light scatters, and she strikes a pose.
Hinote Kagari stands at the door, as bad ideas fill his head, but then there's also a flash of light. Really, Hinote is going to feel silly if he opens the door and it's just a basketball game going on! But really, that can't just be it, right? He slaps the braclet on his wrist, and raises it skyward: "To protect justice, I am Guardian Hino!" he calls out. There's a flash, and he's transformed into a dashing knight.
THIS is when he busts in through the door, juuuust as Greta finishes her own transformation.
"What the....!?" are the words coming from the inexperienced magical boy as he stares up at the weird.... thing. What is it, even!? Well, the world hasn't turned into a creepy castle around him, so he knows it isn't a witch at least!
Greta is glaring down at the monster coming through the hole between worlds, and twirling her staff, and saying, "Let's make this quick Tri Soul." /ROGER THAT./ It's right as she's about ready to shift her stance when the door is burst through by someone else, which causes Greta to go wide eyed, "Wha--Who's there?!" Before seeing the Knight, "What--Who the hell?!
The Dark Beast finally crawls itself out of the hole, which closes up behind it, and the beasts lets out a bellowing roar, as it proceeds to charge at Greta, swinging it at her.
<GRETA WING> The staff says on its own, as Greta finds herself reacting to the chrge, "Oh crap!" LEAPS out of the path of the swing into flight, barely making it over the swing. Her attention is mildly split, as she glares down at Hinote and yells at him, "What the hell are you doing?! Is that a suit of -armor?-"
Guardian Hino blinks. "Yes it's a suit of armor. I am Guardian Hino." he insists. "And---I dunno what this thing is. But I was led here to fight whatever the big ugly is here." he says. .oO(I think...) he finishes in his head as he brings his sword to bear, pulling it from it's scabbard.
"Just...concentrate on that. I'm not here to hurt you, I'm here to help." he insists as he attempts to raises his sword up and over his head. "Fire---Wave!" he calls out as he slashes the sword downwards, a wave of fire erupting from the slice of his sword, blazing towards the creature.
This thing doesn't feel right at all. Why is it even here!? Right now!?
The Dark Beasts roars and finds itself being slashed upon from the side, the flames engulfing it for a bit as it roars, and staggers back. It stomps out the fire, before shaking its shaking its head as its red eyes glow and it roars again, turning to face Guardian Hino and like the 10 foot godzilla thing it appears to be, it charges at the Knight and dives to crush it.
The Sunshine Spark can't help but blink just a little bit more, before growling and telling the Knight, "Well you can back off! I don't need help to beat this Beast!" She does pause a little as she watches the Fire Wave hit the beast, which she whistles at, "That's definitely different though."
Greta turns Tri Soul and Raises it up, "TRI SOUL! You know what to do!" "<TOMAHAWK MODE>"
The staff then shifts, the head turning and tilting back, before the emitter blares out an Axe Head made out of magical energy. "LET'S GO! HAA!" She zooms off at the beast, with the Tomahawk bared and swings it at the back of the Beast's neck. The Blade sinks in and decaps the beast entirely. Rather than blood, though, the beast seems to bleat out energy excessively, and is trying to regenerate.
"TRI SOUL!" "<SEALING MODE!>" The head of the staff shifts again, the axe head disappearing. The staff proceeds to fire out multiple beams to wrap around the beast, as Greta calls out, "FINISH IT!" "<SEALING>"
The energy blares out and engulfs the beast, wrapping it up tightly before shrinking into a small ball and disperssing.
This leaves Greta tired out, as her Staff shifts and pops out its vents, steam releasing from it.
