There are many people prepared to fight the Witch, but what good is defeating the Witch if nobody lives to enjoy it? In a different part of Tokyo, near the coast, but a different part of it, there is a small and overcrowded storm shelter, filled with people who didn't evacuate in time to get to a bigger, stronger one.<br /><br />These people need protection, the storm is rising rapidly, wind and water battering the sides of the shelter, and though this is the biggest worry of the people within... a large procession of circus animals and other mobile attractions, coloured in all shades of the rainbow, is slowly but surely making their way there.<br> <br>

And those close to Bozo, the shockwaves of the cymbals are really hard to miss, energy enough to make the buildings nearby creak and windows shatter.<br /><br />Vespa takes out two of the horses, the others dodge around the axe and continue onwards, going straight for the shelter rather than the girl that they were previously chasing. One of Firebird's flying clowns impacts two of them, leaving eight to run for the innocent people within.<br /><br />Nanoha and Ikuto manage to slay some of the clowns building up a barrier, weakening it in the process.
