Today they're going on a picnic to one of the parks she hasn't been to before, some 'Hillside Park' that is supposed to be fairly nice. Supposedly a hidden gem it doesn't get much foot traffic both because of the tall hill it resides on and the fact it's not all that far from the eminently popular King Penguin Park.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The trek up the hill is along nicely paved pathways that are oddly on the far side from Mitakihara's downtown, but once you reach the top the reason why becomes obvious. The city facing side of the hill is almost completely covered in flowers, sweet five-petal bluets a pale azure in color. They look almost white here in the daylight, but that doesn't make the rolling field full of them any less spectacular.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Having walked and chatted with Homura on the way up Madoka quiets upon reaching the top and seeing the field, only to quietly say, "I can't believe there aren't more people here. This is beautiful." The skyline of Mitakihara is easily visible, giving a gorgeous view of modern glass-faced skyscrapers above with an almost blanket of white below.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Madoka lets go of Homura's hand to jog forward into the field of flowers. Once there she turns around and closes her eyes smiles at Homura while giggling. She's wearing a thigh length pink dress with a white sailor collar and short sleeves, simple and breezy for a hot summer day like today. A large maroon bow is tied at the front of the collar, and her hair is done up in her usual pigtails with her favorite red ribbons. Simple shoes and short white socks are the order of the day, and she carries a woven handbag that's currently acting as smallish picnic basket.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A gust of wind blows over the hillside, comfortably cooling while making the flowers wave and dance, as well as fluttering Madoka's fluffy twintails and blowing her airy dress against her legs.

It's certainly her favorite thing to do, and finding new places to cuddle is always something that Homura is up for. She doesn't recall a 'Hillside Park' from other timelines, but something about it does get her attention, so she's all too willing to come here with Madoka.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;When she actually arrives, she's stunned. She barely even notices that Madoka has released her hand, at least until she sees her cute pink pigtails bobbing up ahead. There's a light blush on Homura's cheeks as she takes it all in.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The white flowers, the scene of the city... It's gorgeous. It's the kind of place she'd dream about.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;After a moment, Madoka's words register, and Homura nods. "It is! This place is amazing..."<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She'd like to take Madoka here on a date. Oh wait, she's already doing that. Good job, past Homura!<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As the breeze picks up she moves her hand to steady the wide-brimmed straw hat sitting on her head. Her hair flutters in the wind, along with her purple button-up dress which is tied to her waist with a thin red belt. A small handbag hangs from her shoulder. A black hairband keeps at least some of her hair in check.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura walks ahead to catch up with Madoka, tilting her head and smiling. "Well, love? Where shall we settle down for our picnic~?"

Cuddling is kind of like ice cream; it stands on it's own just fine and doesn't really need sprinkles, whipped cream, or cherries-on-top, but that doesn't mean those don't make it better and give it a new zest. In their relationship going on dates are the sprinkles, whipped cream, and cherries; they could cuddle at home all day just as easily, but finding new places to do it gives it new life!<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;When Madoka opens her eyes back up and sees Homura looking awestruck her smile becomes a bit gentler. Homura's hair catching in the wind puts a blush on her cheeks as well, and she holds her hand out to take Homura's again as she nears, though it's for a squeeze rather than an elongated hold. The reason becomes clear when Homura asks her question, Madoka pulling out a square blanket and stepping backwards through the flowers, "A little further- just a little bit down the hill. I want to be surrounded by these pretty flowers!"<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It isn't much longer before she makes it there and begins laying out the blanket, pinning it down at the corners, and laying out finger foods on one side, sitting on the other with a conspicuously Homura-sized space free next to her.

Besides, the more they experiment the more likely the are to find something they both really like. As her girlfriend leads backwards through the flowers, Homura follows, drawn towards her little angel. "Sure thing. It's so pretty!" Her eyes tear themselves away from Homura to look about the area. There are some people around, a few families with their kids and some dog-walkers, but it's surprisingly peaceful and empty for being so beautiful.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As Homura eats some food Madoka reaches down and carefully picks a single flower, lifting it up to her nose and sniffing it. She doesn't once stop chewing while doing this, multitasking rather effectively, or maybe cuddling is just something she's gotten used to doing.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As Madoka picks and sniffs a flower, Homura looks up at her, watching both her girlfriend and the flower. She moves up, just a bit, accidentally letting her long hair tease against Madoka's cheek, and sniffs the flower in Madoka's hand. Which just so happens to bring their lips oh so close together.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What do magnets and their lips have in common? When they get close, they touch. Homura kisses Madoka, not realizing until after the fact that the stem of the flower is caught between them. Then her lips break away and she giggles.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Her hand picks up another piece of food and she nibbles on it, looking up longingly at Madoka.

Madoka leans her head up against Homura's and brushes her cheek into the hair that teases her.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Her lips curl into a brighter smile when Homura sniffs the sweet flower with her, and she angles it so it's easy for both of them to smell, caught by surprise at the feeling of Homura's kiss. Her eyes widen slightly and then half lid, enjoying the sweet scent of the flower along with the sweet press of her girlfriends lips on her own. It isn't a bad combination, is it?<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She giggles when Homura does, keeping her eyes on her darling as she nibbles on her food. With another, more playful, giggle she leans forward and wraps her lips around Homura's fingers, stealing away the rest of her nibbled on bite of food. The little flower is set carefully down and another bit of food is pinched up between her fingers, sweetly offering up to Homura's lips a replacement for what was stolen away from her.

Homura's bright blushing doesn't hurt, and her giggle changes as she's caught off guard by the intensity of it.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Her hand slides down from Homura's shoulder to her upper arm, brushing over her skin and giving a gentle squeeze, half reassuring, half just for the feeling of it. She smiles apologetically at the pout, only to blush herself as Homura sucks on her fingers, having expected the lips but not that.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Now her own cheeks are a pretty pink to match her hair as Homura grins and stares into her eyes. Her lips push against Homura's and rub before sealing, and she playfully pushes the grape around and over Homura's tongue, her own sliding and brushing against it as well by consequence.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Her eyes are still open and she looks off to the side to meet Homura's with her head tilted, eyes sparkling and slightly crinkled to give the impression of happy laughing as she plays with the grape.

Either way, the grape is caught, and the two tongues have a toy to play with between them. It's a good thing they don't need to say much right now, because they are currently, well, tongue-tied.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura's head tilts the opposite direction to deepen the kiss, and she side-looks into Madoka's eyes. She reaches behind her head to grab all of her long dark hair into one handful, and throws it over Madoka's shoulders like a shawl. Who knows how long it'll stay there, but for a moment Madoka is draped in Homu-brand silky softness.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura shifts her legs around so that she's sitting on her legs, to better keep balance, resting one hand on Madoka's hip while the other hand gently holds her chin. Not too roughly, as it'd be terrible if the grape went down someone's throat, but instead gently containing and moving it against Madoka's tongue, and sometimes brushing her tongue against Madoka's while doing so.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She giggles softly, enjoying this new game, largely because of who she gets to play it with.

Relying on Homura's hand at her hip to keep her balanced she reaches up and pets the hair as it rests over her, picking up a couple of locks and brushing the silky softness into her cheek before carefully placing it back on her shoulder.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The surprise lets Homura take control of the grape easily, and the hand holding her chin lets her control the pace of kissing. Rolling the grape over their tongues and trying to keep it from slipping away is more amusing than she expected, and the brushes of their tongues together are just as enjoyable as she knew it would be.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;After a little bit she rolls and pushes the grape into Homura's mouth, taking a more active role in playfully moving it around, pressing it into the inside of her cheek and hiding it from Homura's tongue by covering it with the tip of her own. Soon enough though she resumes rolling it over her girlfriends tongue, only to completely disregard it a moment later, pressing gently into Homura's mouth with her own and lavishing her tongue with direct attention.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Not too long after she slowly starts to pull away, returning her tongue to her own mouth, giving a lick to Homura's lips along the way. When she pulls her head back a couple of inches her hand goes to her mouth, covering it as she blushes brightly and giggles. She peeks around a little before returning her eyes shyly to Homura's. Luckily no one seems to be staring at the two young sweethearts kissing on a blanket on a hillside covered in flowers.

Madoka is so fun to do flirty, romantic things with and doing them with Madoka is always so, so nice. Then it's taken and hidden from her between her cheeks, and her tongue moves to pursue, only to be blocked by the tongue of her beloved. Oh, where could that grape be? Homura's tongue searches high and low for it, all over Madoka's tongue, searching every inch that she can reach, even slipping into Madoka's mouth to see if it was moved back there without her noticing!<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Oh, silly Homura. You can feel it against your cheek! Looks like you did all of that tongue searching for no reason.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Well maybe not ''no'' reason.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Then the grape is rolled against her tongue, and Homura giggles, only to softly catch it as Madoka pulls away, shivering as Madoka licks her lips.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Madoka looks around... oops! They aren't quite alone, are they? Homura's blush joins Madoka's as she remembers that, and she crushes the grape between her teeth.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura shrugs, and then giggles. She's making the attempt to brush it off as no big deal, though it is maybe a little embarrassing.

It's a little hard keeping her tongue still as it's so carefully examined by her girlfriends, the urge to abandon the grape and dance with that probing tongue strong; but that's for later. If Homura is searching in her mouth as well where it clearly is not Madoka isn't attempting to correct her.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Madoka giggles more as Homura blushes alongside her, lowering her hand and leaning forward to give her a simple, gentle kiss on the lips. A deep breath is taken and she lets it out as a sigh, snuggling against Homura's side. Another comfortable breeze comes through and she shivers as Homura's hair tickles her neck.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Before her tummy can grumble and embarrass her she starts quietly eating a few pieces of finger food herself. Her eyes go to the view for minute or two, sweeping slowly over the skyscrapers and flowers before returning to Homura. "It's beautiful here. I feel lucky, being in a beautiful place with a beautiful girl."

When Madoka snuggles against her side, Homura wraps an arm around her back, leaning just a little bit to grab a juice bottle with her free hand. She manages to open it one handed before taking a sip, and then she offers Madoka a sip from the same bottle.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hey, whatever germs they might have, what they just did probably made sure they both have all of them.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura's hat starts to lift off, and without a word she leans over to catch it. She frowns thoughtfully at it, wondering just what to do with such a mischievous hat that keeps trying to get away from her, and decides to place the corner of it underneath the picnic basket.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She pulls away from Madoka, leaning onto her side in order to better reach the basket. This happens to bring Homura's feet next to Madoka's side, and once the black-haired Puella looks back she notices this.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Playfully, she kicks off a single shoe, showing soft white socks underneath, and she presses the ball of her foot against Madoka's side, tickling her with her toes.

If she had a problem with Homura's germs kissing would have probably been an issue when it clearly never has. Also there are good germs as well as bad germs, so maybe sharing them isn't a bad thing at all? Madoka has no idea if there are good germs in the mouth, but if germs were mentioned aloud that's probably how she'd respond!<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura's hat getting caught by the wind gets a giggle out of her. "You were ready for it, this time," she comments playfully, watching as Homura makes to secure it somewhere safe. Madoka's hand slides off of Homura's arm to better allow it, multitasking by rubbing her girlfriends back through her dress while reaching down and plucking up a few more bites of food.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Madoka blinks when she feels Homura's foot on her side, tilting her head curiously and looking towards the dark haired beauty. A baby carrot being lifted towards her mouth is suddenly dropped as she lets out a squeal, giggles and laughter erupting from her as the toes tickle her, her own dress light, airy, and thin. Depending on how much Homura takes advantage of the situation she'll either recover from laughing or flop backwards and shake her head from side to side giggling manically, arms folded over her stomach.

You take me on picnics, hug me and kiss me and make me feel loved, make me laugh and smile, and even feed me!"

She sneaks her other arm beneath Homura so she can hold onto her with both arms, and with the two of them so close her grip lightens, holding onto Homura in a caress so gentle it's as if she's cradling her in her arms.<br /> <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Homura slipped her tongue in Madoka's mouth to be tasted, and Madoka really is intent on taking full advantage. She licks the underside of Homura's tongue, the sides of it, and even curls her tongue around to taste her girlfriends tastebuds themselves, only to circle her tongue around Homura's for the feeling of it. That fruit-tasting tongue is sucked upon gently, drawing it in a little further, lips squeezing and massaging.
