She has a large suitcase under one arm, and the other is brandishing her cane as she gets around. <br /><br /> This woman is all smiles as she enters the building. <br /><br /> "Heyyyy, is that Tatsuke-kun I hear? The fiance doing good? I better get an invitation!" A few laughs from one office worker to another, if a bit more natural on Miss White's end. She looks a foreigner and is unapologetic about acting one. <br /><br /> The cycle of warm greetings completely at odds with the Director's station is something that a few people might be used to. Others not, several interns just /staring/ as the force of nature that is Miss White makes her way into the building with brisk steps. She /does/ have paperwork to deliver to the company that initially funded her own. <br /><br /> But brisk and blind don't work well when you're not magically cheating, and so, it'd be easy to bump into another person. Perhaps literally!

Pipes up another voice, this one much softer and warmer than Il's, a white and a pink angel-like Guardian Character floating towards the pair.

Being bumped into by people or vice versa is hardly an uncommon thing for her, and so her cane goes clattering to the ground as she reaches out to try to find Utau's hand. A briefcase and her now free hand soon raise up apologetically. <br /><br /> "Sorry about that! You okay, friend? No bruises?" There's concern in her voice. With Utau's help, it goes smoothly, and she's out of that office in minutes with a smirk. Soon enough, the chatty Chara's and Utau are alone with Miss White as she slumps down into a plush couch, crossing her legs and leaning her arms back. <br /><br /> "Nope! Not normal at all." Her head tilts, one eye closes, and she considers. <br /><br /> "Time to let loose the elephant in the room. You and I both have magic. Right? Gandalf-level stuff. Admit it." Another smirk. <br /><br /> "But no, I do not possess anything like a 'Guardian Character'." With a magical pulse, there's a pair of spiked, golden knuckles in her hands. <br /><br /> "Rather, this is my partner. Raging Tempest, say hello!" <br /><br /> The Device pipes up in a british, female voice. <br /><br /> "Good evening, Miss Utau, Miss Il. Miss El!" Comes the Device chipperly. <br /><br /> "I am what you would call a Magi, or a Device User. A person born with a spark of magic in their heart, a 'Linker Core', who relies on their partner to manifest magic." Explains the girl fully. <br /><br /> Then, she shrugs. "A lot more theory behind it, but I would not want to bore you three. So! What exactly is a Guardian Character?"
