Alexis has been strangely busy lately. Probably doing Alexis things like punching Yakuza or something.<br /><br />Either way, that'd be why the two are walking hand-in-hand along the boardwalk. Not making it for the amusement park this time around though mind you, on account of past memories and whatnot. There's plenty enough stalls to get their attention here too, at least, even if most of them are food-and-drink based. They give good coffee, if nothing eles!<br /><br />Though even then, Alex seems... distracted, somehow. He was well energetic enough to start with, but now? Now he's weirdly quiet, and even with her hand in his, his gaze is just. Far-off. Staring into far-ahead space.

But that's the point afterall, isnt it? she smiles as she squeezes his hand, peering around at the shining sun, the warm breeze fluttering through her short blue locks. "Wow, it's a perfect day for a date, isn't it, Lexi?" Saya smiles cheerfully, "And not a youma in sight, for once!"<br /><br />Her gaze lingers briefly upon the amusement park and she is glad that they decided not to go there today. Too many..Memories, and not terribly good ones. Although the last date there was pretty fun, even if it meant admitting her fear of heights on the very ferris whell they had both trashed in their last epic battle against each other.<br /><br />"Hmmm do you wanna go for ice cream later, Alex?" and that's when she realizes that he's a bit distracted today. "Heey, what's wrong, Lexi? You okay?" she pauses, pulling him back as she peers at him intently, a look of concern crossing her face.

But when his hand gets tugged on, that's when he does look back over to Saya, with his eyes slightly widened over with a "Huh?" and a few blinks over.<br /><br />With him having come to a stop with that, he stares back at Sayaka with blank eyes for a few seconds, before he shakes his head and insists, "No, I'm... fine." He flashes a brief, faint smile with that, and turns on back to walking, apparently expecting Saya to pick up pace again too. "Ice cream... yeah, sure. We can do that."

Saya decides not to mention what kinds of things might go hectic. Kunzite seems to be on the case, and she's taking care of other things. Hopefully.

He chuckles ruefully over that, before the further direction on the matter ice cream comes around, and just like that he's walking along... somewhat eagerly alongside her.
