If there was any sort of emergency or something, she'd want to know right away, and sometimes cell phones won't cut it! That said, there is a sort of sisterly understanding that Momo shouldn't pester Kyouko while she's on the job too much.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;However, sometimes its okay! Specifically, when Kyouko has told Momo to stop by in the afternoon (when it's not too busy) so they can pick out some stuff for dinners and such from the extensive array of frozen foods available in the conbenie's big glass-door freezers. (The girls can't force Naru to cook for them ''every'' night, after all.)<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Such a day is today. Kyouko loiters behind the counter, wearing her organe AM/PM Minimart apron. The store is pretty empty at the moment, and she's mostly just widdling away time until somebody shows up, whether that be Momo or another customer!

She has to- it's store policy, and Momo is still a customer, sister or not! Then, as the younger Sakura drapes over he counter, Kyouko frowns and lightly whaps her on the head. "Well, you're going to have to carry more. Because I still have two hours of work and you need to take the groceries home."<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Then she gives hugs. She isn't one to deny such things. Then she considers dinner, as Momo re-perks and she leans an elbow on the counter, glancing thoughtfully back towards the freezers. "Well.. we just got in these chicken enchilada things that go in the microwave.. and they look pretty good.." Fine Cuisine they are not, but she grew up eating out of trash cans, y'know.

Kyouko sniffs slightly, as if little sisters don't pull their weight and are just trying to get out of it. Even though she knows full-well that Momo works plenty-hard at her job at the thrift store. A little bullying is required. It's in the job description.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Not too much, though. She comes out from behind the counter, walking back towards the freezers and rolling her eyes. "No, chips don't count as vegetables. But I think salsa does.. so grab some of that, too." She opens the right freezer, finding the box of frozen enchiladas and pulling it out.

She grabs a basket and scurries to the chip isle, grabbing a large bag of salty goodness and then contemplates over two different types of salsa.<br /><br />She heads over toward her sister, holding out the basket for the enchiladas while showing the two jars. "So we want 'oh hey, I can taste vegetables' salsa or 'dear lord the world is on fire' salsa?"<br /><br />Then! Her eyes widen and she's bouncing on her heels! "Oh, oh! Kyou-nee! Can we have..." Another loud whisper. "Soda?" A rare treat!

"I wouldn't recommend it, but then again I doubt Dog would listen to my advice on it anyway."<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As Momo approaches her, basket in hand, Kyouko dumps the enchiladas into it as well, then eyes the two jars of salsa. "I'd vote for world-fire.. but only if you can handle it." She grins, showing fang. "It might be too much for somebody as sensitive as you." A hairruffle follows!<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Then she blinks. "Soda?" She seems to consider a few moments. Soda ''is'' pretty good, but a wildly sugar-high Momo isn't. "No soda with dinner." She finally decides.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Then, a strategic moment or two later, "But you can take a can of soda from the fridge up near the register and drink it on the way home." That way, Momo will be safely over her sugar-rush by the time Kyouko gets home later.

This becomes apparent as Kyouko moves back behind the counter and starts scanning the items. She pauses when she gets to the candy bar. She eyes it.. then eyes Momo. Then she puts it into the bag along with the other stuff. "That's for ''dessert'', okay? Do ''not'' eat it before then." The last thing she needs is a Momo high on soda ''and'' candy at the same time. She'd probably clean the entire apartment like some kind of whirlwind.<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;She sighs slightly as she rings everything up and puts the plastic bag up on the countertop.
