She shakes her head. "Still don't know what's up with the Shadow Jade, or what's that fox-spirit Noroiko's actual connection to it. I know from Lacrima-chan -- that's the cursed friend I mentioned -- that the Shadow Jade was sought after as a source of power, including by other monsters."
