The roof has creepier decorations than the main room, and Jadeite's apartment is pretty chill, but the lights are low and it's candle-lit and there's a sign on the door in the hall that says 'CHILL OUT ROOM' and there's soothing music in there.<br /><br />There's a lot of food! All kinds of dietary restrictions are taken into account, including donuts-only. There's also all kinds of stuff to drink, and only some of it's alcoholic.<br /><br />Mamoru felt that at twenty, he was probably too old to go trick-or-treating, which is why he snuck it in with Usagi earlier and then coughed and came home and finished setting up the party he'd announced literally Earlier That Day with a grim determination that seemed like it was entirely composed of I Will Prove I Am A Social Animal Damnit.<br /><br />It's now the announced time, and Mamoru Chiba is approximately a quarter drunk and planning on coasting that way for a while. Time will tell.<br /><br />Right now, he's mixing punch with steely resolve. It does not involve Steel Reserve, thankfully.
