In a place long forgotten, Ehakrlhan the Blood King ruled. Many champions came and tried to defeat him but failed. The slaves that were under the Blood King's rule realized they would have to save themselves. Eventually, thirteen heroes carrying weapons made in secret rose from the depths and organized a rebellion against the Blood King. They sealed him in a crystal ball, but the magic sphere was stolen and shattered. Knowing that one day the pieces would be reassembled, they gave up their lives in preparation to be reincarnated when the return of the Blood King neared. Now, in the dawn of a new magical age, the Thirteen have returned to fight against evil. These new heroes carry on the legacy of the the Thirteen in the modern age.
