Plans for Keys
I have a lot of madcap plans to diverge gleefully from canon where it ignores me and incorporate more language of flower and other associations with her Keys.
Rose Possibly hiding out on the roof of ECFH (tentatively?) or in the Penguin Park botanical gardens. Divergent from canon in that it's white instead of a pink or red rose to match hanakotoba's "devotion" meaning (especially if it's on ECFH's roof). Rationale for the ECFH roof is that there's a lot of magically powerful people dreaming of a future together (thus devotion) under that roof. Rose was found where there were a LOT of dreams of people in one place, and I figure I can swap that with 'a few really powerful dreams in one place'.
Lilly STILL IN HER COPY OF The Princess of Flowers. Will probably be running a plot for Yume having a book signing, since Haruka's added that picture book to the common mythos of the MUSH (eg. Usagi having read it). In absence of a Twilight/Princess Towa or someone running her as an NPC, I think I might tie this one to Haruka being more-or-less determined to do this Precure thing with or without a team (if we don't get a cast, since dangit, this theme relies HEAVILY on them being a trio-> quartet in canon)
Sunflower WE HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE WITH CHERRY BLOSSOM THEMED POWERS THAT I AM PUTTING MY FOOT DOWN ON THIS SILLY OVERDOSE RIGHT FRIGGIN NOW. NOPE. NOT DOING IT. Instead, I am going with the really freaking metal association of sunflowers being used to clean up toxic areas, and I will have this as either part of a plot when she gets her Keys stolen by Lock (as in canon) or someone else and meets past-Flora in a dream sequence, or otherwise basically acts like a Cure sans transformation anyway.
Royal Depending on if we have a Twinkle and/or Mermaid by this point in the plot, I am considering changing this to Forget-me-not if GPPC remains the Kanata-and-Haruka show. Forget-me-nots mean true love in hanakotoba, dangit, and in canon the Royal key more or less came from Kanata finding a new dream that centered around Haruka. IT IS THE SHIPPY KEY, DANGIT.
Grand Princess END OF PLOTLINE KEY, BABY! In canon, the girls get this after their Magic Sticks (and Violin) shatter and shards of their magic go into their classmates, and their classmates bust free of Cages of Despair and return the power of the magic sticks with interest. Here, it'll probably be fairly similar: a good representation of the people Haruka has helped with their dreams show up for Giant Despair Woman vs Princess(es) show. Bonus if more people with powerful dreams show up during, it'll make the Big Angry Monster Lady mad.
Any ideas? Throw them at me. MY BODY IS READY.
