Healing can have many different meanings in magical girl, and on MahouMUSH, ‘Healing’ typically refers to the act of cleansing corruption from someone in some manner. During magical combat, a person will no doubt take damage, but their magical form, whether it be a barrier jacket, or a sailor fuku, or Pretty Cure dress, protects them from the major implications of combat -- broken bones, internal bleeding, and concussions, for example. Magical damage such as this is easily fixed with some rest, sleep, and a good meal. Typically, a henshin'ed hero won't be going to the hospital Regularly.

Magic can do a lot, but it rarely can heal existing broken bones or sickness in everyday normal people; it can ease the pain and make it easier to deal with until proper help arrives in the form of an ambulance or fire truck, and speed along the healing process by taking care of smaller issues like small cuts and bruises- but there’s no such thing as a ‘Curaga’ or a Healing Potion on MahouMUSH -- people heal the same way they do in real life: the hard way. This makes it even more important, when in combat, to make sure you transform before taking on evil!
