Tokyo Eating Challenge!

Location:	Pikarigaoka - Seiyou Public School
Synopsis:	Are you hungry? Do you think you got what it takes to out eat every other person in Tokyo?! Well Lets see you do it! The Seiyou Hero Club is proud to bring you the Tokyo Eating Challenge. Ages 10-18. Entrants must have a sponsor, Proceeds go to Storm Relief. There will be prizes!

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Today is the day! After a number of delays and mishaps, The Tokyo Eating Challenge is on at Seiyou Schools! The thing has been catered by several local businesses and there have been a number of donations made, Mostly on the financial end for food and for those affected by the storm. Even now things are in place and ready to go. The PA system has been tested and is ready to go. The food is heated up. Now all that is left is for the competitors to arrive!

One such competitor is Fu Inubouzaki. She has a particular bet that needs settled here today and that is going to be difficult. After all, A battle between two girls with hollow legs is definitely not easy. That said, Its all or nothing today. This is the day she's been training for. Its time to do this thing!

Kukai Souma has posed:
When Kukai had heard there was going to be an eating competition he couldn't believe his luck. He was going to search for a sponsor or some way into it, only to learn it was being held at Seiyou Public School, which meant that certainly the Guardians would want to send a representative!

Kukai's never been a very big eater, but growing boys are always hungry, and more importantly this is a challenge! So, Kukai's sitting at the table alongside several other competitors. He recognizes a few of them on each side, but this is the way that a real competitor acts - you win with good humor! Losing isn't an option.

Hoshi Kogane has posed:
Hoshi isn't much of an eater, and doesn't like the idea of eating for the sake of showing off on a personal level, but charity is good, and so she's asked her father for some money to sponsor someone for it. Her choice, Kukai Souma, a guy she's met a few times and has gotten along with.

"Good luck, Souma-san!" She encourages her candidate, sitting a small distance away with a modest plate and some food for herself. Just because she's not competing doesn't mean she's going to watch people eat and not have anything herself.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi enters the competition area cracking her neck. When she sees Fu, she flexes most unimpressively! Then she just grins and waves. "Hi, Fu-chan! You're going down~!"

Then she sees Kukai! "Dance Partner!" Another happy wave!

She doesn't know too many people here, but that's okay! She's here to FITE!

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu smirks and gives a little wave to Usagi. She then cants her head from one side to another. Then she smirks a little. "Oh sorry, I was just getting an idea of how you would look with liberty spikes. I don't think they would work too well. I will just have to get out a curling iron and give you my hair due then!" She winks playfully and then waves to Hoshi and to Kukai.

Then with little warning, the MC for the event asks Fu to come up to the mic. Quickly she moves and steps up. Looking out over the small crowd, there are at least 50 contestants. Right now, she would much rather face off against a vertex solo then to be in this spotlight, but hey. FOOD!

With a warm smile, she begins. "Welcome to the first ever, Tokyo Eating Challenge!" There is some applause which she pauses for. "It is the honor of the Seiyou Hero Club to bring this event to you. Both for the joy of having good food and competition but moreso for relief of those affected by the dreadful storm which hit our city just a few weeks ago. This is a hard time for many people and it pains me to see such damage that we are still recovering from. So, All Proceeds from this event will be going to help rebuild." She gives a smile. "So, we do have prizes for those who win today. 1st prize is a voucher for a new bike! 2nd Prize is 2 passes for the theme park! And 3rd prize is a 5000 yen gift card that can be used anywhere on the boardwalk! So, With that. Lets get our Eat on!" She leaves the mic and go sits near Usagi and Kukai.

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma waves to Usagi as she calls to him, then grins at Fu as she sits down. "Hope you came to eat, Fu, because I sure did." He sits up, feeling the adrenaline running through him, trying to calm himself down because eating while hyper isn't always the best idea. Daichi is on his shoulder, cheering for Kukai, who looks back and forth between the two girls. "Hey, what do you two have going on here anyway?"

Hoshi Kogane has posed:
One big, fat Yellow star appears on the contestant's table, a napkin tied around his neck and chopsticks on one of the points that serves as a hand. Right next to Kukai, in fact, and it looks at the food hungrily. Hoshi stifles a giggle when she sees it appear, and looks at her own plate, dedicated to wait until the contestants start eating before she can get any food of her own.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi sits down and narrows her eyes at Fu! "Well, if you did win, I'd ask that you please use curling iron cream stuff! But you won't, and I think you'd look lovely in Odangoes! Or maybe a giganormous mohawk! (Not with the shaved side!)"

She grins at Kukai. "We have a bet. Whoever out eats the other gets to do the other person's hair."

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki laughs playfully at the whole thing. She glances over at Kukai. "Oh this is going to be so much fun! MMm, I think my stomach is growling and I've not eaten anything all day long. Whatever should I do? I think I could eat a little."

She snickers to Usagi, "Hmmm, I dunno, I never pictured myself as a bunhead!" She giggles a little more and then turns her attention to the waiter. "I think I'll start with a salad and maybe a bowl of udon?" She giggles.

Then the MC Speaks up... "Ladies and Gentleman... START EATING!" plates of food are brought around to the competitors.

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma shakes his head. "No, no, no. You can come in today without eating, but if you haven't been eating a bunch all along to stretch your stomach out you'll never make it!" He grins at Fu. "I hope you can eat a lot!"

He ohs at Usagi, then laughs. "What do you two do if I beat you both?" He grins down at the little yellow star, then sees Hoshi in the audience and waves to her, giving her a thumbs up.

And then here comes the udon! With the cry of START EATING! Kukai gets to munching!

Hoshi Kogane has posed:
Hoshi gives Kukai a thumbs up in return, mouthing to him 'Win, do it. I'm counting on you.' And the start eating signal goes off, and thus she starts eating. Her star does too, but his food seems to appear out of nowhere on a magic little plate. It's definitely not giving Kukai a leg up, so it's not cheating.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi is eating before the announcer is even finished talking.

She hasn't eaten all day!

On top of it, she's actually happy now, which only helps boost her appetite!

But also, since it hadn't been that high for so long, she's at a slight disadvantage, no where near where she had been last December.

OMNOMNOMNOM!

She swallows her last bite with much satisfaction!

Pausing, she looks at Kukai and grins. "If you beat us both, you could do our hair."

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki looks at Usagi and smirks. At the word go, She is off. The girl dives into the plate and is quickly tearing through the food. She's not eaten today at all and this food is delicious! She tears into it, devouring the food.

She pauses for a moment, "Yeah, You can join in the bet too if you want that just means I'll get to do two people's hair!"

She quickly devours some more food. "Oh gods, This is so good!"

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma blehs. "I like my hair like it is! It's too short to put into buns! I think I'll just beat you straight up!" He keeps eating, another bowl of udon delivered in front of him! He munch-slurps his way through the bowl in front of him, grinning at Hoshi as he keeps pace with Usagi and Fu!

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi laughs as she pulls her next bowl to her! "Hah!"

OMNOMNOMNOM

Okay, she won't go as fast on her third bowl!

Only slightly faster than casual om nom nom!

"I'll have you both know, I eat fast in the mornings because I wake up too late to eat breakfast proper!"

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki finishes her plate as well. She isn't going as fast as Usagi but she is clearly keeping pace and not slowing in the least. Then its onto the Udon, "You're in trouble!" She attacks the bowl of udon like it insulted her ancestors!

Turns out the right food is enough to speed her up. Within a minutes time the bowl is empty and she is recieving the next plate.

Already people are dropping like flies. The first few go and there is applause for them. Then the next few. Within a short time, the number is down to about 35.

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma lets out a burp as he finishes the udon. He's slowed down a little, but he dutifully pulls the next plate in front of him and continues eating, munching happily as he looks back and forth between the two of them, Usagi and Fu! Daichi is cheering him on still, and he can't give up yet!

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
She laughs again! "HAH!"

Soon she is at her regular steady pace. This is, of course, faster than most other's standard pace! After all, she's a growing girl and fights evil by moonlight!

Best of all, she's not close to full!

(And when she is, she knows how to shift and stretch for just a bit more room!)

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki dives into her third serving. That udon didn't last very long to say the least. She is on her steady pace again and at no point is she showing any signs that she is getting full. After all, She is not exactly a light eater. "So how has your training been going?" She asks curiously."

She does keep eating even though she is trying to strike up some conversation. "I've been training since we met! Its been fun though I think I am putting on a little weight. I'll have to work it off."

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma is still going, into a more steady pace as well, munching away. "My training? I've actually started jogging around town a lot, keeping my eyes open. It's a lot of fun and good exercise. I had to buy a new pair of comfy running shoes, though!"

Kukai looks over at Usagi slyly. "How about you, Usagi? How goes your 'sleep-and-get-pudgy' training regimen?"

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi gives Kukai a Look as she slurps up a noodle! "Pudgy?!" She'll show him! She grabs his hand and places it on her upper arm. "See? I'm all noodle!"

She tilts her nose! And gives him a sly look. "I excersise. And a friend's been teaching me kickboxing."

A sly look at Fu! "I don't think you need to worry too much, Fu-chan. We're growing girls!"

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki smirks a little, "Some of us are just growing outwards instead of up!" She laughs playfully. "I know I am. but I should be alright soon. Not like I don't get much excercise when I..." She trails off. Quickly she stuffs some more of the food in her mouth clearing her plate.

Another plate is brought out. Serving number four is on its way down! Oh yes she is all over this stuff. "THank goodness we got good food donations. Otherwise this would be a lot shorter."

More people are falling. The competitors are dwindling now. Fifteen more have gone down, leaving 20 people left. Only 20 left. Competition is getting stiff as some of the people are looking a little rough. Oops! 19! One just ran off looking very nausious.

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma whews and keeps going - he's starting to slow down, but he's powering through the fourth plate, intent on keeping up. The conversation helps as well, although every time he looks at Usagi she glares at him. "Yeah, people really came out to help - it's really great." He erks, watching someone running off. "Oooh, that's gonna keep happening..."

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki nods, "Yeah thats what happens when you don't train!" She finishes her fouth plate. Plate five is given and she starts in on it. Speaking of training! If she hadn't she'd be at her limit but the training is paying off and her pace keeps up. She is neck and neck with Usagi. Its all good!

Then 5 more go down. Quickly they either surrender or run off to lose their lunch. Down to 14. In unison, 4 more stand up. Down to 10.

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma is just now starting on plate 5. He's feeling his limit coming up fast but he keeps on shoveling in food, resting from time to time on the table - a critical mistake. More and more people keep standing up... down to 9, then 8. Then 7! The young man stops after a moment, looking down at his plate, and realizes what's wrong. He didn't have a stake in this like Fu and Usagi did. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees the 6th place person stand up, and realizes he's in 5th!

He can do this! He can make it! He's going to keep eating and win this - oh god nope nope nope. The fifth person stands up and Kukai looks incredibly green for a moment, but keeps himself steady as he pushes back away from the table in fourth place.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Her pace is nice and relaxed and still eating. Whether she's closed to full is anyone's guess! This girl's been nearly banned from more than one buffet!

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Now, its down to the last three. No matter what, people are winning prizes. The problem of course, the prizes don't really matter to Fu. Right now its the bet that is driving her and only that bet. She doesn't wanna be running around in odangos. That is just not her style. She is more the curled and occasionally braided tails type. She giggles and looks over at Usagi, "I am not going down! I all but keep the local udon shop in busines... MYSELF!"

Quickly she tears through plate 5. Its really good but her stomach is giving her a little warning. A quick reposition and she is still going. Number 6 is set in front of her and she looks at it worriedly as number 3 stands, relenting for defeat. Now it is just her and Usagi. "Its you and me."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Eating, eating, eating! She is, of course, starting to hit that point where she'll be uncomfortable, but her pride is on the line! Her honor!

Usagi gives Fu a sly grin between plates!

"I'm gonna be so miserable after this."

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma has taken a seat back away from the table, leaning back, already feeling that misery. He can still hear the two of them going hard at it and laughs. "Miserable full, or miserable with a new hair style?"

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki laughs and nods, "You and me both." She giggles and keeps eating. She nods as Kukai chimes in and comments. "Yes." She simply says and nibbles some more. That point where eating anymore is a bad idea. Technically, this is all a bad idea. But such is the way of things right?

And then, the bane of everyone's existance is served. A tall triple thick choclate shake. Fu just looks at this monster. "What in the name of the Shinju-sama is that! Are you kidding me?" She winces a little and looks closely at the shake. Slowly she leans in and sips at it. "Ugh..."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi grins at Kukai. "I'm not done yet. I still got some travel in me!"

But then.

Oh, then.

"Milkshakes. Why did it have to be...milkshakes?"

A flash of memory of what caused her to hate milkshakes flashes before her mind and she just...

Pushes it far away from her.

So far it topples off the other side!

"Yep, I'm done."

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
The MC speaks up, "And it looks like we have our winners... It's a tie! Usagi Tsukino of Seishou Middle School and Fu Inubouzaki of our own Seiyou Middle School! You two work out who gets which prize!"

When Fu seen Usagi give up, she did too. They both deserved the title and she really didn't want anymore of that shake. No! bad Shake! She looks over at Usagi, "We could just do each other's hair and be done with it?" She giggles.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
She gives Fu a grateful look and a sly grin. "Sounds good to me."

She stretches and shifts and wiggles until she's not almost-miserable anymore.

"Which do you want? The bike or the tickets?"

Kukai Souma has posed:
Kukai Souma has leaned back on his chair for a second, sprawled out over it, stomach poking out forward. Daichi is sitting on the large lump in his middle, feeling it go up and down. Kukai finally sits up, looking at the two of them as they announce a draw and laughs. "Wait. What happened? Milkshakes?" He looks at the table, and shakes his head. "Probably the best outcome. And I'm glad I didn't get involved - I'd look funny with one drill, one odango."

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
Fu Inubouzaki smiles, "I could use the bike and give it to Itsuki. I know she could use one. Besides, You probably got someone special to share the tickets with. Unless there were four of them, I couldn't use them sadly." She smiles a little.

With a smile, she reaches over and takes Usagi's hand and raises it high! "Thanks for coming out everyone!" She states and then gives a wave. "And when I get home... I'm going to throw up!"

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi shrugs at Kukai. "Bad experience with milkshakes."

She grins at Fu. "I do! Are they usable whenever?"

Usagi raises her arms in victory! Tied for first! WOO!

Fu Inubouzaki has posed:
The prizes are brought about. The passes to the amusement park are given to Usagi. They inform her that they can be used anytime within a year. The voucher is given to Fu and the gift certificate is given to the third place winner.

"We will meet up soon Usagi!" With that Fu takes off towards the ladies room!
