It's after school, the most fun time of day for anyone going to school, you'd think. Some students though seem to just manage to find reasons to linger at the campus in after hours. For Greta Legend, one of the reasons is just doing Club stuff. Cooking Club! It's kind of her thing at this time, besides her other after-hours activity of saving the world from monsters and evil.
Unfortunately sometimes the two activities intertwine, because evildoers love to harass high schools! Greta sighs as she, in her civies, props her Intelligent device in staff form onto her shoulder, as she walks through the hall, as in one hand she inspects another one of those stones that the monster dropped. She took out that monster in the unused gym this time. "Why do they keep popping up at school, geez..."

Once again the darkness has taken someone important from Haruna Kurosawa. She wanted despertly to hide away. But she'd done that before. She knows how it ends. She knows where that path goes. She promised herself... 'never again!'.
So she's taken to Wandering after school, looking for anything to do. To get her mind off stuff. To meet new people.
Then she meets Greta by happenstance in the area. Her eyes light up! Greta-chan!
"Greta-chan, hello!" she calls out as she begins to jog after the girl posthaste!

Tsubasa got a text from Section 2 about an unidentified energy signature that at Infinity, but couldn't respond due to being in the middle of holding a talk. When the talk was over, she had another text that stated the signature had faded, and thus a reasonable expectation that someone else had taken care of it.
Regardless, it doesn't pay to be careless, and Tsubasa has taken her first free moment to put on a hoody to hide her famous hair and take a look around. It's still obvious she doesn't belong her, because her outfit is that of a different school. Verone Academy.
That device in open display would seem to match the theory, and Tsubasa alters her path slightly to meet the two other girls. She pulls her hoodie lower when she gets closer. "Hey." She greets, "Did you take care of it?" She seems to assume Greta knows what 'it' is.

Greta wasn't exactly planning on meeting people anyone this afternoon, so when she comes across Haruna she can't help but tense up just a tad, "Ah--Haruna, hey..." She stuffs the stone into her pocket and greets her properly, "What're you doing here?" Not unhappy to see Haruna, but she's not yet in a super friendly state yet.
Of course, her line of thought gets derailed when she hears another, more unfamiliar voice, and she immediately brings her device behind her back on reflex to hide it, as she briefly reverts to English, "Huh? What?" She then shakes her head, "I mean... Hi... Take care of it? I don't know what you mean."

Apparently Haruna had some emergency that forced her to go elsewhere immediately, and thus it's only Tsubasa and Greta left. "Don't play me for a fool." She sounds a little harsh when she says that, a little frustrated. "Unless you mean to say that when I mention an 'unidentified energy source that briefly appeared in one of the gyms of this school' just a moment ago you have no clue what I'm talking about." With Haruna gone, the two are alone, so she feels no need to disguise that she's talking magic.

Greta can't help but flinch a little at the harsh tone from Tsubasa, her attempts at fibbing seen through for what it was, she grits her teeth and shifts her stance to put herself more on the defensive, "Fine, I took care of it, Okay? What's it to you?" Her grip on her staff form device tightening.
She has no idea who this person is, so getting questioned suddenly's never really a fun thing. It ends up causing more problems than needed. "I was just in the area."

"Thanks." Tsubasa answers then, it seems that she means that, harsh words aside. Maybe she's just not the best at handling stuff like that. She definitely makes no gestures that imply hostility, just impatience with the implied dishonesty. "I'm trying to make sure it got taken care of, I don't like to leave these things open without making sure it's been handled. If I hadn't been in the middle of something I would have been there with you."

Well Greta can't be going around talking about being a magical girl to just everyone, can she? "That's fine, it got handled pretty easily." She reaches back into her pocket and pulls out the stone from the Dark Beast she sealed up, and glances at it a bit more, "There really needs to be some sort of Magical Girl social app on the phones to make communicating this kind of thing easier. Magic Facebook or something."
- Tsubasa Kazanari has posed:
"Kick it up the chain, and not everyone has one of those anyway." Tsubasa suggests, seemingly unconvinced it will help too much. She seems like she doesn't really want to discuss these things unhenshinned either, her hood is still drawn pretty low to hide her face. "You been doing this a while?"
- Greta Legend has posed:
"Up the chain..?" Greta repeats in a confuse mumble, before replying to the more pertinant question, "Just for a year... I've kept mostly to myself until recently..." She then shakes her head, "I don't know why I'm telling you anything, it's not really you're business.
- Tsubasa Kazanari has posed:
"I don't know either, it's not like I'm going to do worse than assume you're hiding something." This, then, said by the girl literally hiding her own face, perhaps that's hypocrisy, or perhaps it's just an acknowledgment that she's not going to care too much if Greta is.
"A year is a decent time, at least. Means you're probably not some rookie who's going to get herself killed." She sounds like she thinks it's far from a guarentee, and she turns around, starting to walk away.
