Vampire study buddies!
Date of Scene: 18 October 2016
Location: Lacrima's Manor
Synopsis: Amu visits Lacrima's manor. This is totally in no way a bad idea.
Cast of Characters: Amu Hinamori, Norie Okana

Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori walked down the street towards the house. This was going to be great. This was a GOOD idea. What could possibly go wrong with Amu going to a haunted how with a vampire and while she still has a broken arm?

"This is a really stupid idea," Miki said. The other two nodded.

"It'll be fine!" she said, happily. then stopped when she arrived at the address.

She looked up. Whimpered. Oh. My. Gosh. She didn't say she lived in a haunted manor! Maybe... maybe she should head home? Maybe this was all a bad idea? Maybe Lacrima had been messing with her? Yes, that was it. she was messing with her. She didn't REALLY live here. Nope. Probably not. She stared up at the house nervously.

Slowly she pulled out her home and texted her. 'I'm here. Just outside.' It wasn't haunted it wasn't haunted ghosts weren't real they weren't--

Wait, wasn't Lacrima's friend a... ghost... controller?
Norie Okana has posed:
Manor del Crima, as Lacrima has been deadpanned jokingly calling it, is an abandoned small manor house. It's small by manor standards. The yard looks like it's over going something like landscaping. That is all the years of overgrowth are in the process of being trimmed back.

So maybe she does live here. There's lights on.

Lacrima looks down at her phone as it texts. She sighs and grumbles. Ugh. She doesn't want Amu here. But...

Amu wants to try to help her. Right? Jiaying tries to help her, and Jiaying is like... her best friend.

She opens the door and appears in the doorway. She's wearing a purple dress- some sort of elegance to it-- it's fancy, with a corset top. It seems like it doesn't quite belong in this century in a way almost- but still has markings of being modern. Still- she sighs and steps out the door and down the path.

"Hello." she says quietly. She turns around. "Follow me." she says.

Then she starts walking back toward's the manor.

She does not address it's haunted manor but she does turn back around.

"Right." she says.

"There's wards. In places in the house." she says curtly. "They keep things from getting in and out. Mainly. Jia-chan got really mad at me with the summoning thing and insisted." she frowns.

She walks into the main open corridor. Her shoes are already off. There's a mat. Only one pair there. So. She must be alone right now.

She turns around. "On that matter house rules."

"If a door is locked, it's locked for a reason. Do not go into the basement. Do not go into the bedroom at the end of the hallway." she says. "Locked Doors contain potentially dangerous magical materials. Books... a Ritual Room." she says. "The basement is musty and old and hasn't been cleaned out yet and I'm not sure if it's 'safe' yet." she says. "And the bedroom down the hall is Jia-chan's room when she needs a place to go- and I respect her privacy." there. Rules. And expalanations.

She walks into the living room. Off which is a fancy looking sitting/smoking room... and to the other, some sort of formal looking study. Neither have doors. They're open to the living room.

The Living Room has two arced staircases leading to the upper level. There are hallways that lead down in either direction.

She doesn't go down or lead Amu anywhere down them. She leads them to the couch in the living room and table there. She sits down.

"Sit." she offers.

The Downstairs looks... remodeled to some degree. Not like a musty abandoned place. Though the light isn't terribly bright.

"What is it you need help with?" she asks in a defeated manner.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori nodded, hugging her books to her chest. She was in her normal cool and spicy outfit, so she looked awesome.

Except for the fact she was shaking and hanging on every word. "Things get... out?" she asked, a little worried. She then shook her head and reached into her bag. "I ummm, I-I brought a gift. Study buddy gift. Errr, f-for us to share. Ummm, if that's okay." A small thing with four apple pastries inside. Nice and fluffy. She looked around the living room, gulping a little nervously. Her charas were hugging themselves with fright.

She slowly started pulling out her books. it took a bit, one handed and all. "so, ummm... I've been having a bit of trouble with math." she sucks at math. Then looked over at Lacrima and, for the first time, really looked at her.

Her eyes widened slightly. "O-oh. Wow. You really are like Utau-chan. You're so beautiful..." she said in awe.

Totally NOT flirting with her.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima says. "Yes. I do experiments here. To help better control myself, and learn about a place I can go." she says. "So the fact something may try to get out-- or something attracted, and get in- is possible." she grumbles. "But it makes it harder regardless." she sounds like she doesn't approve of Jia warding the place. "Warding makes me feel weird. It's not quite purification magic but it's still a little unease. Since it means I can't pass it either. I have to use the door like everyone else here." she says.

Lacrima is called beautiful. Natsumi-chan called her that once. So the memory of that makes her blush. Just slightly. At her cheeks. But she coughs and it goes away just a moment.

"I like to dress when I'm at home. I don't know why. I don't know why many things attract me or feel right. I have assumptions about it." she says. "I'm.... uh... glad?" she doesn't know if she should say that. "You like it." she says.

There's no stray sounds or anything. No weird moving wisps or dust. Maybe the place isn't haunted.

Or MAYBE IT'S RIGHT BEHIND THE THREE CHARAS! wait- no nothings there.

"Math?" she asks.

She looks at the treats curiously. "What are they?" she asks. "I mean. Are they filled?" she asks.

She ponders if they're cinnamon flavor, but that puts a strange feeling inside her that makes her feel uncomfortable. Cinnamon was Sachiko's flavor. ~_~;;.

"I have things in the kitchen. Do you want something to drink while you um. Get. Math work. Laid out?" she asks.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori nodded. "Oh. I'm sorry to hear they upset you. It's a shame you can't feel safe in your own home. If, err, you ever want to come by my place, you can too. Won't be able to do any summoning there, though."

She smiled at the acceptance of her compliment. Yes, it was working! "It's a very nice look on you, I think you look amazing. Maybe I should try doing things like that when I'm alone."

The three charas looked back, then dove into her little egg pouch, their eyes popping out. They were just such GREAT emotional support for the already nervous Amu.

Then she was asked about the treats! "Apple cinnamon pie pastries! They're... well, little fluffy pastries with cinnamon apple pie filling, and have sugar on the outside." She paused. "Err... do you like apple? Sorry, I should have asked. And, ummm, something to drink would be nice. Water or tea, if you have it."

She started spreading out her books. And then realized a moment later she was going to be in here alone.

In a haunted room.

While she made tea.

"I-if you want, I can come help?" she offered nervously. Right, a one armed girl. Help.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima turns and turns back. "If you want." she says with a blink. She turns back and walks down the hallway. The lights in the hallway flicker. Ghost!?

"Sorry." she says. "The wiring is very old and I have to get someone I can trust in to look at the wires." she insists.

The kitchen looks to be a kitchen. Not a kitchen/dining room combo. There is some sort of bar counter, but nothing like a full table.

She walks to a cabinet and removes a box of tea bags. She then grabs the kettle, fills it with water and places it on the stove.

She then turns around to Amu. "Why are you and your Charas pensive. I won't hurt you. You told me you want to help me. I'm giving you the chance. Unless you don't give me reason to hurt you or anything." she says.

She hasn't caught on that it may be the ghost rumors.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori shakes her head. "N-n-no! We're not... not pensive at all! you're fine! we're fine! we like you a bunch and I know you wouldn't do anything to hurt me!" right. Like summon a dog that rolls over her half a dozen times or anything.

"Just, err, math makes me nervous. That's all. Eh heh heh heh heh..." There was a creak when she stepped, making her jump and entire body freeze.

Oh yeah. This'll make Lacrima feel like a 'friend'. Come over and act totally freaked out by her. "A-and I'm really happy you gave me the chance! I want to help you! The two of us are going to be the best friends ev--" There was a thump outside and she shrieked and hugged Lacrima around the waist, her eyes closed and face buried in her stomach.

... Well that wasn't weird at all.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima blinks once a bit. The manor is old and creaky and no amount of remodeling can fix basic oldness. She frowns a bit as she listens. "If you say so." she says deadpan as she turns back to the stove to look at the kettle.

Then there's sounds. And Amu is stammering and suddenly she leaps and hugs around her waist and there's Amu's head buried into her stomach. This causes her to blink once.

"Are you okay?" she asks.

She's cold, as always , to the touch, even though the dress. "Is something wrong?" she asks in her neutral tone.

Maybe she's already getting fed up! It's hard to tell.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori squeaked a little bit and looked up. "N-no. I... errr... I-I'm fine. I just... tripped." Oh gosh she was a horrible liar. Like, oh my gosh. She pulled back nervously and gave her best confident smile.

Which right now was not very good. "So, err, tea! then math! yes, let's do this! Best buddy!" She was trying so hard but there were ghosts and monsters and one was going to attack her and eat her and tear her apart and she was going to die screaming and it was so scary and she wanted to run away but SHE WOULD NOT because Lacrima was her friend! Not a good friend but a friend none the less and they would BECOME BEST FRIENDS!
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima head tilts. "Are you sure? It looked like you launched yourself at me." she frowns. The kettle whistles. She opens the top and slips in three tea bags. She closes the top and grabs a small dish of sugar cubes with a top on top.

"Can you please take the two teacups and saucers?" she asks motioning to them on the counter as she takes the kettle and sugar cubes to the living room.

She frowns a bit. The lights don't flicker this time.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori nodded, taking them and held them in her free hand, careful to avoid clinking them as she walked. Okay, okay, she could do it. She COULD do it. she managed to sit down, gently placing them on the table and not flipping out or screaming or throwing them across the room in a fit of terror.

So, all in all, she was acting normal. Now. Finally. She then smiled up at her. "So, ummm, are you good at math? sorry. I know it's kind of a hassle helping me like this. but... I'm really thankful you said yes."
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima says. "Math isn't my major subject. But I know enough." she says flatly. "Before this happened to me I got straight A's. Usually." she says.

She takes a look at the homework and gives it a glance. "Ah." she says. "You're forgetting to carry some numbers." she says as she looks at math as she points out a problem. She shows how to do it. Carry. Carry. Teaching. Carry. Teaching.

She pours tea finally when the teabags have steeped enough as she makes a reach for one of the pastries.

She head tilts. "Amu." she asks quietly. "Why are you so set on helping me?" she asks with a frown.

"I mean. I ask the same. Of Jia-chan a lot too." she says. "But she's also friends with ghosts." she says.

"I don't understand a lot I think I should.. or used to." she says quietly.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori blinked a few times and glanced up at her. She then shrugged. "I told you a few times. We're friends. Or... at least...I hope we are." She sighed and looked down at the math. "Because... you're trying. I know you don't see it, but I do. You're really, really trying. You don't want to be bad. And..." She shrugged. "I know it would be easy for you. After all you've suffered, after all the pain and misery you've been through, anyone would probably lash out. I'd probably lash out. If I'd found a necklace like that, there's no telling what I'd have done."

She then looked up at her. "But you're trying. So, so hard. And I know it can't be easy. I know it probably hurts a lot, too. But you're not giving up. So.. before all this... you must have been the most incredible person. Straight As? You were smart. Probably charming. Definitely beautiful. And kind, and sweet, and just... so many good things. I think... before all this... I'd have wanted to be your friend too," she mumbled softly.

She then glanced down at her paperwork. "And... I just... I know you like to act distant, and that's fine. I know how it can feel to seem... unapproachable. How lonely it can be. and I don't want you to feel that way. I don't want you to have to feel like you're in this alone. I mean... just because we weren't friends before all this, doesn't mean we can't be friends now, right? Besides, you're an awesome friend! You're just sooooo cool. Way cooler than me and it's natural with you!"
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima head tilts. "I forget. How I was. I have to... literary look at youtube videos of school events I was in. To see how I used to be." she says frankly. "Sometimes. I feel like I am just some sort of 'energy puppet' with someone elses memories and feelings." she says.

"...Do I act distant?" she asks. "I guess I do. It isn't... intentional. I just. Company. People.... I don't.. get. Anymore." she says.

She head tilts. "That's nice you to say but I don't think so." a pause.

"Months back. I... met. Someone. Who. Read my fortune. And they were right about a lot of things- and it scared me and made me freak out. And retreat. I think she realized. Because she came searching for me the next days after." she says.

"She apologized, and said that horoscope readings aren't meant to be taken at face value. But the... fortune she told. It made me realize that, I had never really felt 'in love' with someone before I became this thing..."

"I... base what I /should/ feel. Off my memories of how things used to feel." she says. "Someone gives me a gift. I /should/ act happy and grateful because that's how I remember acting." she says.

"But I'd never felt that. So. I have no... memory. Of that feeling." she says quietly.

"I am..."

"Not very... good. At picking up subtle actions." she says. "She was... flirting with me and I didn't really catch on." she says.

"When. I said that I had missed dancing. She said she wanted to dance with me. She did not know how. So. I had her meet me for a lesson." she says. "I don't get to dance very often." she says.

"We danced. I then remembered that, I had tickets to a fancy ball I was going to attend, because- at the time- I hadn't run away from home yet." she says. "And my father said that--- dealing with more people may help me feel better." she scoffs.

"So. I asked her. Because I thought it would be fun." she says.

She frowns a bit. "So she kissed me." she says. "Because. She thought I was asking her on a proper date. I remember... feeling.. warm. For the first time in a while. In my face." she says.

"I was blushing.. something I hadn't done since I became this thing." she says.

"I don't really understand how... Natsumi-chan. Can love me." she says. "I can't really...love her back. And she knows. And understands." she says. "-but I am very afraid I'm just going to end up hurting her. And like you. She wields 'purification' magic. She protects the stars." she says.

"And I feel bad because all I do is fuel the creatures she fights when I try to help... and I am liability to have around when she needs to use her magic, because she doesn't want to hurt me with it." she says.

"I made Kukai. Promise. To come 'get me' if he found out if I ever hurt Natsumi-chan." she says. "Because I don't think that happens on accident if it happens." she says quietly.

She looks back to the math work.

"Math..." she scoffs. "Math is so simple compared to matters like that." she says quietly.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori nodded, hanging on every word. She listened. She watched. Then she reached out and took her hand. "You. Are not. A liability."

"Listen to me. Trust me. We are BOTH there. We are on the front lines, purifying whatever... pops up. We know this. And..." She blinked a few times. "sometimes... sometimes it's overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like the monsters just keep coming. That no matter what we do. No matter how hard we try, we'll never purify them all. We'll never stop all the monsters from coming. That we can't... save everyone."

She then glanced up. "And when those times come, when we don't feel we can do it. That's when she'll need you. That's when she'll look over and see you. And she'll get the strength to keep going. To keep fighting. She won't give up, because she'll have something to fight for."

She smiled up at her. "When uhh... when I first started all... this. For the longest time I felt so over whelmed. I tried to do my best, but... I just... sometimes it was so scary. It felt like these monsters were going to come and get me. They were going to attack me. Attack my family. Ruin everything. I came so close to tossing my locket away. and you know what would have happened?" She took a slow, deep breath.

"Everything would have gotten worse. The monsters I stopped would have kept coming. The enemies I saved would have still fought. Each and every single thing that I had done since then wouldn't have happened. and I know that. and yet, still, sometimes I have those thoughts. And then I think about Tadase-kun. Or Nades-chan. Or Kukai-kun. Or... or all the others. Those I depend on. It doesn't matter if they fight besides me. It doesn't even matter if sometimes they get in the way. It doesn't even matter if sometimes I get hurt because of them. Because they give me that push. That desire to... to keep going. That need to not give up. I'd probably be dead by now, if not for them." She then shook her head. "No... I... I'm almost sure of it. And I'm sure it's the same for Natsumi-chan. I'm sure, even if she has to fight around you sometimes, she has to protect you. She needs you still. Just having you close is enough to keep her going, even when she feels scared or over whelmed. Just knowing someone she knows. Someone she cares about. Someone she... loves... is right there."

She then blushed. "And... if it helps... I uhhh... I don't know if I've ever felt love before... either. I mean, I think I have? But... you're only... supposed to feel it for one person, right? And I feel it for... a lot of different people." So red cheeked when she said that.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima head tilts. "I don't know." she says silently, after Amu tells her whole story. "If you're only supposed to love one person or not. I can't even love one person. let alone more than one." she says.

She frowns. "Many people have told me things like that." she says. "I know I feel... something...? For Natsumi-chan. It's hard. It's weird. and confusing. I can't really process it. So I assume it is a positive emotion." she says.

"-and nothing is.. telling me. To hurt her. or that it's a bad idea. Like I've heard in the past, in my head." she says.

She looks back down at the math. She gently points out another thing Amu is getting wrong and how to fix it, getting back on track.

Also it sounded like there were footsteps upstairs. Walking down the hall.

....Lacrima did say she was alone. Right!?
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori nods. "That sounds like love. No one knows what love feels like, you know? You never really know you love them until... I don't know. You just...can never really know. I guess it's really liking someone and caring about them and wanting to see them smile and wanting to wipe away their tears and keep them safe even when it hurts you and--" her cheeks got redder and redder and then the creek.

She froze in place, going completely pale. Even her clothes. "Errr... is... is someone else... h-here?" she asked, with a little squeak.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima head tilts. "Huh?" she asks.

"No, no one's else here. Jia-chan gave the manor a 'clean bill of health' as far as anything supernatural goes-- I think. There was some sort... of.. 'cat demon' here? But it was chased off."

"But like I said, I haven't explored the basement much. There's an old wine cellar down there. Still with wine that I'm sure is more vinegar than wine now." she says curtly.

"But there's a thick layer of dust and grime. I doubt anything has been disturbed down there for years." she says.

Then a pause.

"...Ah...."

"You believe the legends the manor is haunted. No." she says. "It is just very old. There is creaking. And the wood expands and contracts in the hot and cold." she says.

"Me and Jiaying came here ghost hunting. We didn't find anything, except former habitation by some.. former member of the Dark Kingdom and a guardian cat demon we chased off."

"Jiaying was disappointed in the lack of ghosts." she says sadly.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori blinked a few times. "S-so... you're absolutely, positively, a hundred percent sure there's no ghosts here? Of any kind?" She began to smile. "O-oh, that's a ... n-n-not that I believed the haunted legends or anything!" she shrieked.

"Oh Amu, you're such a scaredy cat," Miki said with a shake of her head. "Way too easy to scare," Ran added. "But that's what makes her so cute!" su added.

"You three were just as scared as I was!" she shrieked, her cheeks bright red. She then eeped and gulped. "I-I mean... errr... Would, errr... so... I just... c-carry the two here and then switch X with it? Eh... heh heh heh..."
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima blinks once. Emotionless and deadpan as ever.

"You are really bad. At lying about things like that." she says. "When your charas also give it away." she says frankly.

"Yes. There's nothing here. Except me." she says. "And Jiaying sometimes." she says.

She head tilts. "Yes." she says. "That's correct." she says as she sips the tea after it's cooled a little more.

"If you were worried the place was haunted. You could had asked." she says frankly. "I'd had told you no it wasn't, unless you count me." she says. "I guess I haunt this place>" she says matter of factly.

"I dunno why I find this place comfortable." she says. "But I do and I like it."
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori squirmed in her chair, her face bright red. "I-I'm sorry. I just... I know it's kind of stupid to be... scared of ghosts at my age," she mumbled softly, her eyes downcast. "I didn't want you to think I was stupid or anything like that..."

She took a sip of her own tea and nodded. "If you like it, if you're happy here, that's good! I'm happy you found somewhere you like. You deserve to be happy sometimes. And have somewhere you feel comfortable and good to be." Gave her that big, happy Amu smile again.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima head tilts. "I agree with that. I'm only comfortable in four places. Here. The Church in Pikarighako. Jiaying's Place and----" she pauses. "Someplace else." she says. "I don't include... the Dusk Zone in that. But I feel..comfortable. There. Like..." she just shakes her head.

"Just bathing in high concentrated dark energy is 'good' for me when it's dangerous for everyone else. Because of what I am." she says.

She head tilts. "Ghosts. Are not much different than what I am." she says. "I should have Jiaying introduce you to her ghost friend. She lives in a stuffed rabbit. She always crowds around me when I seem bothered- in an attempt to make me feel better. I've been trying to learn Chinese to talk to her, since that's all that ghost speaks." she says.

She taps another area Amu seems to have wrong on her math homework. She leans back. "I think you understand the rest of the homework. You seemed to just have a problem with those three things." she says. There goes pastry number two into her mouth. Nom.

Her eyes search over to a large, ornate clock standing on the west wall and she wilts.

"Ugh. I need to. Leave soon. To..."

"Feed..." she mutters. More or less admitted she needs to go out and drain someone in a bit.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori nodded. She looked up at her, then down at herself. "do... you have to absorb all of it... at once?" she asked softly. "I... know before I said... that... well... Kukai-kun said it was okay if you tried to feed on me. and I mean... not like I can fight much now anyway, right? So... why not test it? Just try a little bit and... if it hurts, then stop. But if not, then I can help you more?" she asked with that big, Amu smile.

"I... understand if you don't want to. I mean, I know it might be scary." She clenched her pen a little bit. "I'm sorry I asked... it's stupid..." Awwww, now she looked sad.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima sighs miserably a moment.

"Okay. Fine." she says finally. "I'll give it a try." she says.

"So rules and warnings." she says.

"If anyone comes back at me for this. We're done. I don't care. I'm tired of playing nice and it continually coming back to bite me in the face." she says.

"You have two choices." she says.

"I can do this fast. It'll hurt--like your body freezing suddenly in frostbite- then you'll pass out and be unconscious until you wake up. I can either call am ambulance and have you sent to the hospital, or I call someone you trust you take you away-- or you can just sleep there on the couch. I don't care. It's your choice."

"Or I can go slow and potentially keep you awake, but it will sting and be incredibly uncomfortable." she says.

"If your energy hurts me. I'll just stop and we'll call it there." she says.

"What do you want." she says flatly.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori took a deep breath. "Ummmm... slow. Go slow. It's for the best for the first time, right? Make sure nothing goes wrong?" Her cheeks turned a little red. "So, errrr, do you need to bite my neck or anything or... how does this go?" Her good hand squeezed her leg. It would be fine. She was sure it'd be fine.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima blinks. "I do not drink blood. I drain humanity. Don't worry. This ... regrows. When you sleep...or feel more awake. It just. Makes you tired." she says as she frowns. "I just need to touch you." she says as she offers a hand out. "Take my hand." she says. "You won't be able to pull away when I begin. But if you tell me to stop I will... do my best." she says.

"Worst case scenario. I just drain you to unconsciousness anyways." she says.

"...you can also tell me no." she says.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori gulped and held out her hand. She gave a nervous smile. "I uhhh... I'm sure it will be fine." She looked up at the girl. They were friends, she knew she wouldn't hurt her.

Right?

Slowly their hands touched and... Oh my gosh. She actually WAS cool and spicy! Even if normally doesn't have a flavor, it has a taste! for... comedies sake.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima hand is cold to the touch, but that isn't anything abnormal by now. She frowns a bit and says. "I hope this isn't something you regret." she says frankly.

She takes a deep breath. "Drenaje.".

Drain. In Spanish.

The feeling is immediatly, as purple aura encompasses Lacrima- then begins to lash out against Amu's hand and twine up her arm.

It feels very cold. Like when you keep your arm in deep snow, except it creeps up your shoulder, slowly into the rest of your body. It feels like sharp, tingling ice crystals forming in your blood and flesh but never forming.

Sometimes. Especially magically powered people, have 'flavors'. This cool. and spicy. Like a peppermint. Not the usual 'flavor' she enjoys. (She's partial to cinnamon bun.), but it's noteworthy nothingless.

So far, so good. Lacrima isn't going haywire for any reason-- and it's hurting like she said it would.

The sensation does reach a peak. It doesn't continually 'get worse and worse', at least.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori cringes as she feels the tingling go up her arm. She takes a soft, deep breath and doesn't even notice as her charas seem to collapse in their case(not that LAcrima could see them).

It wasn't so bad, really. Like, she didn't LIKE the feeling, but it wasn't so painful when she considered, hey, it was helping a friend. She gave a weak smile. "See? It's... not so bad... right?" She wobbled a little and leaned forward. "There. Take as... much as you need. I'll just take a really long nap later," she said with a light chuckle.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima frowns. "If it's unbearable. Please let me know. I can stop." she says softly as she grumbles a bit under her breath. She continues to drain. She keeps this up for a few good moments, as her eyes search the ceiling, as if she's thinking.

The sensation doesn't increase, but it doesn't dissipate either. Like feeling like sharp and ice and cold.

It takes five minutes, but she eventually releases Amu's hand and the purple aura stops. Her arm and shoulder and upper body are probably cold and freezing-- and the sensation doesn't subside immediately.

She sits back a bit and purses her lips. "I don't feel any ill effects." she says softly.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori gave a light sniffle, nodding. "I... I feel... fine," she lied. "Well. A little... a little tired," she said drowsily, wobbling a bit. She then fell over, on top of Lacrima, groggily laying her head against her stomach. "S-sorry," she said weakly.

For a moment she just laid there and then... she gave a light sniffle. "L-Lacrima-chan... what... what if I'm wrong? What if I'm... wrong about e-everything?" she asked weakly, her voice sad and soft.
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima frowns. "I warned you you'd feel tired." she says. "Do you need me to call someone to come see you home?" she asks.

Then soon she's laying her head in her lap and against her stomach. Again as she blinks.

"Wrong about what?" she asks as she blinks rapidly, a bit confused, but still with that deadpan demeanor.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori sniffled a bit more. "A-about... everything. W-what if love really IS a pie? W-what if I'm giving tadase a slice, but I'm also giving Kukai-kun and Nagi-kun and i-Ikuto=-kun a-a-and Eilam-kun a slice a-and that's why I don't only like him? W-what if I really d-don't love Tadase-kun a-and that's why I... why I like other guys? W-what if I r-really am just using him?" Oh by the stars. She was going to rant to Lacrima. Flee, girl, flee! IT was girl talk time!
Norie Okana has posed:
Lacrima blinks and frowns a bit. "I can't answer those questions." she says frankly. "I can barely answer my own questions about it." she frowns and head tilts. "I don't understand you....lightwalkers." she mutters.

Lightwalkers.

"You have the ability to love. and to feel it. But you squander it on... fighting and hurting people with it. I saw Kukai do exactly that." she frowns. "Months back." she spits.

"I would sleep on your thoughts. My drain may be affecting you, Amu-san." she says. "Having things drained like that can't be good for your thought processes anyways if you're awake for it." she says.
Amu Hinamori has posed:
Amu Hinamori whimpers and tremblines. "O-okay. I... I think... maybe you're right. Maybe... maybe I just... need a lttle rest. But... but if I'm... wrong and... I... zzzzzzz...." Aaaaand then she fell asleep on Lacrima's stomach. Oh joy.
