Location:	Uminari City - Central Harbor
Synopsis:	While Yuuki is having a talk with Shining Star She bumps into Sakura and her friend. After put on video, The Wave card decides to run amuk!

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Its dark out and the beach is largely empty. Most people are either home or heading that way. The cold breeze rolling off the ocean is simply bitter, biting at any exposed flesh. Its really nasty.

There is one person walking walking down the beach. The person is a young girl and she is seemingly talking to herself. "We need to get on the same page. Shining Star, If we are a team we have to be able to work together. You need to actually start teaching me and not just learn in the heat of battle. Tonight could have been really nasty! You could have gotten me killed if this was an actual fight."

She goes quiet for a few minutes. "No I don't care that it was just a virtual fight. You aren't giving me much reason to trust you at this point. You could have gone into Virtual mode and not gotten me hurt the other day! You could have taught me about the autoguard feature. You could have taught me about flight! No you wanted to scare the heck out of me. Do you really not want me to learn this stuff?!" She goes quiet again.

"I am a Mage and Like it or not, I am NOT my Daddy! Either teach me or... I will find someone else who can. You're my only link to my daddy left. And I'm your only link to him. Help me."

Sakura Kinomoto came running by, suddenly, pursued by a girl with a camera. Tomoyo. Sakura ran right by her... then stopped and walked back a few steps, blinking. "Oshiro-kun?" she asked, blinking and then kind of huddled herself. What? The costume was NOT warm. In fact, she was half frozen.

"You're so cute when you're cold!" Was tomoyo's excuse. Of course it was. Because she was Tomoyo, the most powerful force in Sakura's life.

"Sakura, now's not the time!" Kero said. "I definitely sensed magic this way. It could be a card." The girl blinked a few times and pointed right at Yuuki. "I think I found the magic." "What? she's a..." There was a long pause. Then-- "ARGHHH! WHY ARE THERE SO MANY MAGICAL GIRLS HERE?! Don't you all know you're making this so much harder than it needs to be?!" he asked, glaring at her and pointing a little paw accusingly at her. "N-now, Kero, that's not, no need to get so mad. We'll figure this out." "Ugh. some of them should have been here by now. Gah! Where are they?" Sakura, meanwhile, just smiled. "Hi Oshiro-kun. What brings you out here to the beach today?" she asked, kind of chattering, shivering in place.

Yuuki Oshiro blinks a few times as suddenly the serenity of the beach is shattered by Sakura, Tomoyo, and a rather irrate teddybear! She blinks a few times and winces. "Errr. Hello?" She blinks and then...

"Oh gods please don't tell me he outted me to classmates." It finally dawns on her that hey! It's Sakura and she looks slightly rediculous. Then it registers... She was just outted to Tomoyo. Her eyes close tightly for a few moments before she finally decides to address the party.

"You know, Outting magical anyone to the public is a little on the dangerous side right?" She sighs and smiles to her friend, "Hello Sakura-chan. You look ummm... nice." She blushes. Yeah she's doing her best to conceal her true feelings there. "I was doing some training with a good friend. Its probably what got your pet here's attention in the first place. We both used some pretty powerful spells."

She sighs. "I was sorta having a discussion with Shining Star. She has been omitting a lot of information that could get me really hurt!"

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto blinked, then bonked herself in the head with the cane. "Ohhhh! I'm so, so stupid! I'm so sorry!" she said quickly, bowing her head politely. "So so very sorry! I didn't even think about, I'm so sorry! Gomei gomei!"

"Oh Sakura-chan, you're so cute when you're apologetic~" Tomoyo said happily, getting it all on camera, then turning to Yuuki. "And don't worry, I won't tell anyone. I'm just wanting to get to see all the absolutely adorable magical girls, like Sakura-chan."

Sakura shuddered, hugging herself. "I'm s-so sorry it's just... so cold..."

"But you needed that outfit, sakura-chan. What if you had to go swimming."

"I think if I had to go swimming I'd have just let this card go," she grumbled darkly with annoyance.

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles and then giggles a little. "Don't worry about it. No harm done. I mean not like anyone else is going to know." She sighs. Thank gods she's not in her barrier jacket right now. She can easily write things off as a nutty fairy just called a mundane person a magical girl. She is currently wearing a sweatter and a wool skirt.

She gives a smile to Tomoyo, "I understand but, please don't show that video around. I really am not ready for the world to know I'm anything but a normal girl."

< But you are not normal Sister, You are a Mage and a stronger one then you think. You withstood a Rank S attack for the most part with a spell that I do not know. > Shining Star chimes in.

"Not helping right now, Shining Star." Yuuki takes her sweater off and hands it over to Sakura. She's wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath it. "Here. You aren't going to capture anything but a cold like that. You don't need that. Right?" She smiles a little.

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto nodded and took it, putting it one. "T-thanks."

"Awwww, but you look so cute in it..."

"I don't need it now," she whines, hugging herself. "I don't know why I need to wear these outfits..."

"Because all magical girls need a magical girl outfit, don't they Oshiro-kun?" Tomoyo asked with that knowing smile. "and don't worry, no one but me and sakura-chan will ever see these."

Sakura groaned. "Oh gosh please don't make me watch them, it was embarrassing enough the first time!"

"Oh Sakura-chan, you're so cute when you're shy~"

Tomoyo was most definitely her stalker. "So, you were practicing magic. Ohhhhh. Can you show me any now? I'd love to see it! I actually met a few other magical girls, too! One who said she could do a barrier and, err, she seemed a bit... odd, though." She smiled none the less. "I also met some... havee you ever heard of someone called Scorn? By any chance?"

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro blinks. Fangirl. RUN!!! No hope of escape right now. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath. "Usually, A magical girl's special outfit is magical in nature and protects its wearer in special ways. At least that is how mine works. Mine absorbs some magical energy when I'm attacked." She blushes a little.

She sighs and looks at the camera, "Turn it off and I will show you a little something I can do." She smiles softly. Hey its a lovely way to get the camera out of her face and out of Sakura's! Poor Sakura! This would suck on a daily basis!

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto let out a yelp as Tomoyo moved up behind her. "Oh, of course! But this outfit is specially made to help her! Since we were going to the beach I made sure to put a wet undersuit layer so if she did have to go into the water she wouldn't freeze, I also ensured the legs were open so she could move around without much trouble or getting caught on anything and--" Like, half a dozen things to help keep the girl safe. And Poor Sakura being tugged around like a mannequin, blushing and sighing.

"Don't mind Tomoyo-chan, she's my best friend in the whole world and just gets really excited about things like this."

"Well, you're just so cute, Sakura-chan! Especially with all this! And fine, if it's the only way." She shut off the camera, making Sakura give a sigh of relief.

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little. Thats a huge relief. Having a camera on ya when you are a magical girl is just... yucky. The girl idly puts her arms around herself as the wind blows sending a nasty chill through her body.

"Okay I said I would. Don't worry Shining Star, I'm not planning on doing a full powerup." Yuuki states to her device. "Okay here we go."

She closes her eyes and begins to focus. "Magical Radiant!" She calls out as a magical circle begins swirling under her feet. "Meteor!" She opens her eyes as a violet ball of magic lifts off her hand. Its clear she's focusing hard on the magic as it begins moving around, flying as she controls it.

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto gasps, looking up with her clenched fists under her chin, leaning forward as she stared with starry eyes. "Oh my gosh! Oshiro-kun, you're so awesome! How are you doing that!"

Kero snorted. "A petty trick. If I was able to go into my true form I'd be able to do something way cooler than that. Why, I could create fireballs that would take your breath away! Besides, once you get the cards you'll be able to do magic way cooler than that. You can even--"

"Kero, I found another mini-cupcake!" Tomoyo said. And off kero was, leaving his rant behind. It seemed tomoyo DID serve an additional purpose.

"Wow, it's so pretty," Sakura said softly, watching it. "You're so cool, Oshiro-kun..." Okay, maybe Tomoyo wasn't the only one who liked to gush.

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro looks at Kero and snickers, "I'm a rookie. I am still learning and just this is taking a lot of concentration for me right now!" She comments to the fairy. And.... She broke her concentration. So the magic follows the target of her current emotions. Kero. That magical ball goes flying down and goes sailing in the direction of Kero.

"Oh crap!!!" She looks up and winces seeing the Meteor spell go flying towards the fairy. She quickly reaches out towards the magic and focuses on it. It bursts into a rather cute little display.

She looks over at Sakura and giggles a little. "I'm not really that cool. You can call me Yuuki if you like." She giggles. "I'm still learning and trying not to cause damage."

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto blinked, opening her eyes wider. A first name basis? Already? She couldn't help but be a little shocked and a little red flowed into her cheeks. "O-oh," she whispered softly. "W-well, I think it's really cool," she whispered softly, giving her a little smile. "I ummmm... I think you're really awesome. A-and pretty. I mean, I think you look much better in the magical girl outfits than I do. You actually... well... looked like a proper magical girl." Meanwhile Sakura is huddled up in the sweater, hugging herself.

"Awwww, sakura, you looked so cute though~"

"I know, I know." Kero, meanwhile, was enjoying his cupcake. "Can I go change now, though? Into something less... well... ummmmm... this?"

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little, "You know why my outfit looks like it does? Sometimes I dream about being a Princess and when I was told to imagine my barrier jacket, that is what I dreamed out! You know, maybe the best idea for an outfit is to work together and find something that works for you that looks nice? I mean, Tomoyo definitely has an eye for style. You two could cook up something really cool together." She beams a little.

Another cold breeze and Yuuki quickly wraps her arms around herself. "Ummm. I think my other outfit would be a little warmer." She looks at her wrist. "Do you mind Shining Star?"

< Not at all Sister. >

She takes the bracelet off. "Shining Star, Set Up!" Immediately the area around the girl goes dark. Violet light floods in behind her as yellow stars fall behind her. Immediately her clothing vanishes. It is quickly replaced with her violet pink and white robed dress that make up her Barrier Jacket. Then, Shining Star changes from the little star shaped gemstone to a full on Magical staff. Then the light fades leaving Yuuki standing there looking much more like a magical girl.

Sakura Kinomoto gasped, and then suddenly Yuuki had TWO girls staring up at her with starry eyes. "That's so amazing!" Sakura said, staring. "You're so cool!"

"That was so cute!" Tomoyo said, absolutely gushing with a hand on her cheek. "Oh Sakura-chan, you're meeting the most wonderful people. Are you absolutely sure I can't record you?"

Sakura blushed and nodded. "I ummm... wow. And, err, making an outfit with Tomoyo-chan?"

"Oh, yes, Sakura-chan! We should! I bet you'll be an amazing designer!"

"Errr... if you say so," she said nervously, rubbing the back of her head. "Eh... heh heh... eh?"

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro holds the staff that is Shining Star in her hand and props herself against it. "I am not cool! I got blasted earlier. I used a spell on instinct and I am still exhausted from it. I was a little worried I wouldn't have enough magic to cast my barrier jacket." She blushes a little bit.

Her gaze goes to Tomoyo, "Please no. Especially not like this. In my street clothes I can say that its not true. Kinda hard to do that when I look the part." She laughs. Then her gaze goes to Sakura, "Why not. You could easily say what colors you like. you can look at different styles and see what you like and you work together. That makes sense right?"

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto nodded and then suddenly let out a yelp when she was pulled into a big hug. "Oh, Sakura-chan, this is going to be so great! We can spend all day trying to get you the best, most cutest outfit ever!"

"ummm... yay?" What had Yuuki doomed her to? How could she? "So what kind of of other magic did you do? and what kind of spell did you use to tire you out so much?"

"Well, if she's an actual mage, she likely has to draw the power from her own body," Kero said with a nod. "You won't have to worry about that for most cards, Sakura. Clow's power is what fills them, so most will be easy to use."

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little, "Kero, was it? He's right. I am a mage. My magic is drawn from within. The spell I cast was a defensive spell against a very powerful attack. We were sparring and such. Shining Star told me it was an S Ranked attack. I don't know what that means yet but I know that it would have knocked me out of a fight and left me in a crater. That was a crazy attack. I have so much to learn." She smiles a little.

Then there is the question of her magic. "Well, Right now, I know a few attack spells and some defense spells. I am still learning though. That one I did a bit ago is actually an attack. I was just trying to control where it went." She smiles, "Oh I can do this!"

Not a word is spoken as Shining Star Autocasts the flight spell. A set of wings appear on her feet as she lifts off and flys around for a little before landing again. "Useful and fun!"

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto gasped, staring up at her as she flew. "That's... that's so amazing. You can actually fly. Kero-chan, do you think I'll be able to do that?"

Kero nodded, crossing his arms. "Of course, Sakura. The clow cards were created by Clow Reed, the greatest mage in the history of the world. Something like like flight will be child's play once you--" He froze in place.

"Kero-chan?" she asked.

He looked confused, glancing around... And then all of a sudden-- "SAKURA! LOOK OUT!"

She turned just in time to see the wave of water crash down on her.

Where the heck had THAT come from? They were pretty far on the beach, a wave shouldn't have come up that fast or sudden! Let alone have had enough force to drag her OUT with it!

Tomoyo went into action, readying her camera as Kuro called out. "Sakura! It's the wave card! Careful!" Yah think?!

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little as she listens to Kero explain just what Sakura will be able to do eventually. Its kinda interesting to hear about what another Magical girl is capable. She looks at her staff, "Take Lessons, Shining Star. This is how you be a teacher. Not beating the tar out of your pupil." She states with a smirk and then... Kero freezes.

< Warning Magical Threat Inbound. >

Thats about the point that Sakura gets soaked. "Time to work! Magical! Radiant! BARRIER!" She twirls the staff and drives it in the sand as a magical circle dances underneath her. A moment later the barrier extends, preventing anyone not immediately affected by the current situation from noticing the chaos that is kicking up.Just like that there is a nice sized area for them to work in.

"Okay lets do this!" She takes off flying upward. "Range Mode!" Yuuki calls out as she gets into a safe position to actually begin fighting.

Shining Star shifts it's form to that of a bow with an energy beam running down for a string. < Ready. Do keep in mind that this is Sakura's fight, Yuuki. I will not argue if you involve yourself but I would not. >

"Thats why I'm the mage and you're the Device who helps the mage. I'm going to help my friend out!"

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto gasped and sputtered, flailing her arms around as another wave tossed her up, then the waters were still. She looked around, soaking wet and confused. "What... where'd it-- wait!" She drew the card. The windy. The only one she had. "Windy!"

"SAKURA! NO!" Kero yelled. But it was too late.

"Form a chain to bind it!"

Oh dear. There was silence on the beach. Then... waves began to form all around them as the wispy form of windy started flowing around. "This is bad! Windy will only make wave stronger! The wind fuels the waves!"

Tomoyo blinks. "Wait, then what about--" Kero turns to Yuuki.

"Listen, you have magic too, right? Well, obviously. You need to try to find the right wave--" Sakura screamed as she was dragged back down. "And blast it! If you can do that, I can get close enough to get Sakura back to shore!" Unfortunately, now there were dozens of waves surrounding the poor cardcaptor and... she was being flung out further to sea. Kero rushed forward. "I'll try to sense which wave it is!" he yelled as he flew out over the water, narrowly avoiding getting hit by a wave himself as... Sakura disappeared under the surface.

Yuuki Oshiro blinks, "Oh crap. We need to work on elemental stuff, Shining Star. For now. Lets Do this!" She calls out to Sakura, "Attacking then!" She shouts. "Shining Star, Stardust Shower!"

< Stardust Shower. > The device echoes as Yuuki spins and draws back the bow befor loosing it at the sky. A quick flash of violet light flares before violet starts start falling from the sky, crashing at the water, disrupting the waves and causing a bunch of a mess all its own.

She looks down and sees Tomoyo in the middle of it all, "Shining Star, We need to protect her too. She's a mundane in the middle of this."She states in a little bit of a worried tone.

< Put your hand toward her. Protection. > The device states as it preps the spell for her. She reaches out towards Tomoyo and the magical circle forms under her. A Hemisphere forms around and over the girl.

"Tomoyo, Don't leave the circle!" She then flies toward Sakura. "Okay Now what."

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto pops out of the water, just for a second. Then she's immediately slammed back down by another wave. "Sakura!" Kero yells, glaring. After a few moments she's tossed out of the water by a wave, but barely has enough time to get back into focus when another hits her, dragging her back down to the deaths.

She was fading fast. she had been taken by surprise and had swallowed so much water. Tomoyo was, of course, watching all of this and recording it, though even she was worried.

Then... "THERE!" Kero yelled, pointing towards a wave rushing towards Sakura. Well, one of many. "You need to split it, not just blow it up!" he yelled. He then dove down, into the water and grabbed the back of her clothes in his mouth. The wave was coming right at them as he tried to drag Sakura out of the water.

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro blinks, "Umm... Okay! We gotta cut through it. SOunds like fun! Shining Star What have you got!" She states warily.

< Melee Mode. > Immediately the staff changes shape, becoming straight again and this time forming a very nasty blade at the end. When all is said and done, Its become a hybrid Naginata.

"This is why you need to actually teach." She states to Shining Star and takes the blade by the non-bladed end. She closes her eyes a moment and lets the spell come to her. "Lets do it." She takes off barreling towards the wave with the weapon ready to attack. "Stellar Slash!" She spins the weapon over her head as the blade begins glowing violet with magic. She strikes downward at Wave in an attempt to rend it in two.

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto is brought up out of the water, hacking and coughing. Kero starts dragging her towards the shore. Fortunately, the slice of magic does rend the wave in two, scattering it to droplets and making the other waves start to calm down.

Sakura groaned, but started to sit up. "Sakura!" Tomoyo started.

"S-stay there! I-I'm fine!" she said.

"Sakura, now's your chance! It's weakened!" A new wave started to form around Yuuki, but it was weaker. A second slash would drive it back. And then Sakura lifted the key up."Return to your true form, clow card!" The wave card is suddenly dragged up, wisps of water forming up and flowing out, towards Sakura, forming a blue card before solidifying into the wave card. It then... flew up and... landed in Yuuki's hand?!

Kero, meanwhile... Hugged Sakura. "I am so, so sorry! This is my fault! If I had known it was the wave card I could have warned you about Windy! I'm so sorry I didn't think of this!" She blinked and held him, smiling.

"I'm fine, really. I know you wouldn't withhold information like that from me..."

"You could have been really hurt, Sakura!"

"I'm fine, really..."

"You were so cute, Sakura-chan. And so brave, too. How are you feeling?"

The girl smiled and then... then she began to cry. She grabbed onto Tomoyo and just started bawling. "I-I couldn't breathe a-a-and I thought I-I was going to die a-and drown a-and I was so scared a-and it was so dark and and and..."

Tomoyo just smiled and held her friend, shutting off the camera as she gently tried to comfort the girl. Well, it was her first catch and it was a rough one. Seemed Sakura kept Tomoyo around for other reasons, though. Comfort blanket ho!

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro looks at the wave reforming and getting ready to come her way. Quickly she prepares herself to go again. This time its Shining Star that starts off the words to the spell, < Solar Rend. >

Yuuki twirls the weapon around her body making wide circles before sending a magical slice upward from bottom to the top of the wave.

Thankfully, Sakura does her thing. Yuuki is wet as well but not nearly as bad as Sakura is. She lets out a soft sigh and suddenly... a card? She looks at the wave card curiously. Quickly she flies over to the beach where Sakura, Kero, and Tomoyo is. Quickly she brings down the barrier and ends the protection spell.

"Well, That was a thing."

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto sniffles, wiping her eyes after a few moments and then looks away. "S-sorry... I just... I thought..."

"It's okay, Sakura. That had to be scary," Kero said with a nod. "But hey, your first capture was a success. See? You're a natural at this card captoring thing. Good job!"

She nodded, giving a weak little smile. "R-really?"

"Really. After all, the key of clow chose you for a reason. It wouldn't have if it didn't know you could do this." He then looked over. "Now, where'd the card go? It--" And his eyes leveled on Yuuki. "Huh. Interesting... I don't suppose you'd be willing to give that to Sakura, would you?" he asked with a light chuckle. "I guess it makes sense, though. After all, you did kind of pull our butts out of the water there."

Sakura blinked. "W-what? But... I thought I was supposed to... ummm..."

"You are! Just sometimes the cards can choose a person who did the most, well, damage to them. Or outsmarted them. Once you put your name on it, it'll be fine. Remember, the key chose you. For a reason."

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little and laughs. "Yes of course. I don't really understand the cards. I just know that Sakura was in trouble and so was Tomoyo. I wouldn't be much of a mage if I didn't make sure my friends were safe right." She walks over to Sakura and hands the card over to her. "Besides, I've already got a lot to learn. More spells and such then I want to think about right now. So you take care of the cards."

She smiles and nods, "He's right you know? You were tasked with it. Its your destiny to do it and so you can. It will just take some time to get it down to a science. I was scared when Shining Star started talking to me. I thought I was crazy and the idea that my dad, who worked construction, was actually a mage? That was really hard to believe." She laughs a little. "Anyway, how about we go to my house and we get hot cocoa. I have plenty and my momma will be home soon so we can all have hot Udon!" Her eyes light up over that idea.

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto nodded, taking the card. Tomoyo gave her a pen and she wrote her name on it, blinking. "It's warm..."

"That's the magic and spirit inside, it's alive, Sakura."

"Is... it okay to be trapped, then? If it's alive?"

"Yes, it is. Just because they're in card form doesn't mean they're imprisoned. In fact, they can communicate and be with their friends as much as they want, once you capture the others. Wave and Windy are good friends, so don't worry."

She nodded, staring at the card. "Friends? Well... then I'm glad they can be together." She held the two cards. Then sneezed. "O-oh no... I got your sweater all wet..."

"I have another cute outfit you can wear, Sakura-chan," Tomoyo said. "And it'd be dry."

Sakura nodded and smiled. "Thank you, Tomoyo-chan." She then looked to Yuuki. "Cocoa sounds great. Lead the way? Is it close?" Se kind of hugged herself and huddled.

Yuuki Oshiro has posed:
Yuuki Oshiro smiles a little and nods, "Its not too far. Lets get going. I have some clothing at home you can change into too. Nothing crazy but definitely dry." There is a quick flash of violet light as her henshin breaks leaving her in her dry long sleaved top and warm skirt. "Perks of a proper outfit."

With that she begins leading everyone towards her home. A simple apartment about 10 blocks from the beach. "Oh you are going to get to meet Kit cat!" She giggles. "Thats my kitten. She likes to curl up on my head!" She giggles in a playful manner. "Oh and you'll get to meet my Momma! She's a nurse at the hospital! She doesn't know that I'm a Mage or that my daddy was so shhhh!"

Sakura Kinomoto has posed:
Sakura Kinomoto nods rapidly. "Of course. I won't say a word. My big brother and dad doesn't know, either. They have enough to worry about without it."

Tomoyo sighed. "Oh Sakura-chan, you're so cute when you're all wet."

"Tomoyooooo-chan!" Well, at least her mind was off the whole... almost drowning thing. However... when they arrived... Kit cat and Kero, epic stare down of history. Sakura had to resist snuggling it as she was soaked through.
