Synopsis:	Cure Victory and Cure Gull take on a Terribad.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
About ten minutes ago the central harbor area turned into sweets. It's really bizzare as buildings are covered in frosting...some are turned into giant cakes, and lamp posts become peppermint sticks and out similar behavior. Also. There is a Terribad that is holding and using a giant shrimp skewer as a sword.

With a seafoam green flash, Cure Gull arrives on the scene as she blinks. "Why is everywhere sweets. Why is that terribad using a shrimp skewer sword!?" says Cure Gull. Corvus is perched on her shoulder.

Then she notices the figure with a parasol standing upon a rooftop. Cure Gull blinks.

"Why..if it isn't Cure......" she pauses. "Wait. I don't even know who you are!" Hosshiwa demands as she slams her ELEGANT parasol on her shoulder.

"The Wings of Hope that soar across the sea.... Cure Gull!" she says, putting her hands on her hips!

"..... so Cure Trashbird!? Hack! SO UNELEGANT! Kindabads!" suddenly a bunch of small black humanoids flood in from the sides. "Dispose of the trash! It bothers me and it'll get over all my cakes and cookies." she insists.

"..Ah!? HEY!" yells Cure Gull. She jumps into the air and her seafoam green wings take hold and she flies into the air about twenty.

"And that trashbird with you!" she insists.

"H..Hey!? NO ONE SPEAKS TO CORVUS-CHAN THAT WAY!" yells Cure Gull.

A barrier of wind forms around her and she flies through the Kindabads, sending a bunch of flying around as she tries to fight a way towards that Terribad.

    Cure Victory had arrived on the scene roughly the same time as Cure Gull.. But she wasn't familiar with this Precure, so she hung back to watch and see just what the new girl could do... Not to mention that Hoshiwa was a new general for her.. so she really didn't know what to expect from /her/ either. Admitedly, it's a bit against her style... Normally she'd just walk in and start pummeling things with violent tennis balls of passion. But right now her curiousity was getting the better of her.

    That is, of course, until Hoshiwa starts talking. If ever there were a woman more infuriating, CureVictory hadn't met her. Sure, there were villians who loved to talk big and look down on their enemies, but this woman opened up with an insult and hadn't stopped spouting them since.

    Insulting another cure's name - something that likely meant a great deal to this Cure, since that's how they typically pick their names. Something about that just made Victory's blood /boil./

    CureVictory suddenly leaps from her perch, violet wings bursting into view as she soars down on the battlefield to deliver a swift swing of her raquet to the Kindabad closest to making contact with Cure Gull, sending the poor little guy spiraling off into the closest group as she lands on her feet, her right hand touching her PreBrace to give it a twirl.

"What gives you the right to be so high and mighty you stuck up little troll! Passion Victory Ball!" Victory cries out, not bothering with a flashy introduction - or even her typical courtesy of allowing the villian a monologue when she arrives.

    Collecting the energy from her prebrace into a glowing tennis ball, Victory slams a powerful serve down range towards Hoshiwa, with the full intent of smacking her right in her 'perfect' face.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
With a massive burst of wind, Cure Gull calls out..."GULL WINDY HURRICANE!"

Feathers and wind build up around her and send a bunch of Kindabads flying. Except for one who seemed smart enough to hang onto one of the peppermint lamp-posts. Gull turns around with a huh!? as it comes in for an attack....

And then Cure Victory comes onto the scene and sends the kindbad flying off into the distance. There's a 'sparkle' off in the air. Gull blinks!?

She doesn't say anything immediatly to Cure Victory though.

Hosshiwa makes a face!? "Cure Victory!?" she says. (Yeah Victory has a name at this point with the Phantom Empire. You really don't kind of beat and survive Phantom a few times without also having your name flung around on the evil side.)

She raises her parasol out and it causes the ball to impact it. She spins around and shoulder's her parasol. "I'm MUCH too Elegant to go to YOUR ball~." she says with a impassioned tone. That was kind of a horrible pun.

Gull huffs as she's now having a giant shrimp skewer thrown down her as she jumps back. "Ah...!?"

"Gull, Punch it now while she's busy!" calls the Silver Raven on her shoulder. "Ah...! Right!"

She spins her PreBrace's wheel and calls out... "GULL WINDING GUSTING PUNCH!" she calls out, as a giant burst of wind throws the Terribad spiraling around on it's feet...

It begins getting dizzy eyes on it's sunglasses.

    The pun makes Victory's eye twitch a bit.. and it's enough to make her gloss over that Hoshiwa knows who she is - even if it's really not something to question at all, considering the enemy is probably at least somewhat organized by this point. Still, she provided a distraction for Gull to make her move, and that was good enough at this point - even if part of her still wanted to help Hoshiwa eat that parasol.

"Tch... as if I'd invite you." Victory states in an offhanded tone before she spins her raquet in her hand and grips the handle tightly once again. "First Phantom, now this Woman. Not to mention all the other weird people going around. Life sure is getting busy."

    Shaking her head, Victory decides to focus on the Terribad as well, with it out of the way, Hoshiwa can become the priority again. Nothing quite as flashy as an energy ball this time, instead, those violet wings reform and Cure Victory launches into the air at the dazed Terribad, the position she's holding her raquet shifting slightly into a stance that looks more like a weapon than a tennis raquet as she attempts to slam the terribad with her full strength and weaken it for the other Cure to follow up.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Victory!? So this is her....it was one of the names Blue gave her to look out for. But still. She watches as Victory slams the Terribad into a big bank of frosting. She blinks. "Ah...! Right..! Thank you!" she calls out to Victory, because now this Terribad is all set to be finished! She knows how this goes at least.

"Wings of Hope, become a sacred power.....! Love PreBrace!~" then she spins. "Pretty Cure...~" she claps her brace. Then spins her hands-- really Victory knows how this goes at this point.

"Hopeful Windy Shooooooot!" she calls out as she punches a seafoam green pair of wings at the Terribad. Which encases it...

"Wings of Hope return to the heavens...!" she calls out.

Then the Terribad gets smoked away--- the man trapped in a mirror comes too as he's released---- a street vendor of shrimp skewers!? and Hossiwha appears upset.

"Nooooo! Your ruined my elegant sweet time...! I'LL REMEMBER THIS YOU... YOU TRASHBIRDS!" she calls out as she sort of Ninja vanishes away as the area turns back to normal.

Gull blinks. "Ahaha--- we did it...!" she says gleefully!

Mari Katsu has posed:
    Victory just floats down to land down on the ground again before she brushes her skirt off and turns around giving a proud thumbs up to Cure Gull before she smiles and clears her throat.

"Nice job... Cure Gull, right? Sorry. I didn't mean to spy on you, just.. my curiousity got the better of me when I saw someone I didn't recognize..." She pauses, shaking her head before she smiles. "Pleasure to meet you. I'm Cure Victory." Still completley oblivious that Hoshiwa had called her out, apparently.

Taking a moment to examine the new Precure, Victory leans in to peer at Corvus before she smiles. "That's an interesting partner! Hey, Raquel, why aren't you a fancy bird or something?" Cure Victory asks no one apparent before her head bumps forward like something hit her from behind. "Gah!"

Shaking her head again Victory just grins before she reaches up and plucks her fairy partner from behind her head. "This is Raquel. She's my partner.. if a bit shy at the moment. She's been staying hidden a bit more after an incident with a jerk..." She mumbles a bit, before she sighs. "Anyway... Like I was saying - Nice work with the Terribad."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull beams. "I dunno who that jerk was. But it was weird. Do Phantom Empire guys always do that kinda thing?" she asks as she head tilts at Victory. Corvus gets examined and he blinks. "Hi....?" he says to the examining Victory.

Gull blinks. "Oh! That's Corvus. He's a silver raven. um. It's a long story. Um. I guess I can talk about it. If you want..." she says silently. She looks down a moment.

"But yes! He's my partner too!" she beams.

She head tilts at Raquel. "Oh! Haha! That's awesome." she says with a grin. She head tilts...

"A jerk...?" she asks silently.

Mari Katsu has posed:
"I've... gotten a bit too popular with a certain guy. He calls himself a precure hunter and tries to offer 'deals' in exchange for not having to fight me.. Problem is his deals tend to be weighted unfairly or not really an option for the long term... Truth is, he wants to "Collect" precures and stick us in mirrors so that we aren't opposition to the Phantom Empire. Last time, he kidnapped Raquel and used her to lure me and a few others into a creepy place full of captured precures... It wasn't pleasent. I plan to pay him back for every mirror I saw."

    Shaking her head, Victory takes a deep breath before she sighs.

"'s what I'd like to believe, but... I know he's not a bad guy.. I felt it in him before. I just don't know how to help him remember that, yet." She adds before she glances to Cure Gull again. "Dunno who she was either, but she's the first one to get under my skin like that... The others i've dealt with so far weren't quite as obnoxious." There's a short pause before she smiles. "You and I should meet up later under less conspicious circumstances.. People will be showing up soon once things start returning to normal. We probbaly shouldn't be here to avoid suspicion and the like."

Cure Gull looks down as Cure Victory describes the jerk....

"Phantom...." she pauses. "Is...is he really that ruthless?..." she asks. She frowns. "I guess that. Makes sense..." she says.

"He took my sister away two years ago...is..is that what he does with them!? T.. That's... That's!........" she sort of squeezes her hands harder.

"Gull...please calm down....." Corvus says silently. The upsetness is kind of becoming palpable.

Gull takes a deep breath, and with a sudden flash of seafoam green light lets her henshin vanish. Corvus still remains unchanged.

Haruna looks down. "My um. Names. Haruna Kurosawa..." she says softly. She pauses....

".... no. You're right. Somethings off about... him. There was. This guy there when he was around who was a priest with ofudas and.. I dunno. It seemed to preoccupy him?...."

She looks down. "Boost-chan's already offered to help me try to get... back into his. Um. place?... and another friend of mine says she might have a way to break into it if she can study him for a while. Blue really doesn't think it's a good idea but. I...I need to try."

Mari Katsu has posed:
    Victory narrows her eyes a bit, staring at gull in silence for a few moments as she shifts back to her natural form.. then she smiles before she claps one hand against the girl's shoulder firmly. "If Boost-chan agreed, then you have my support as well." It isn't really official yet, but Boost and I.. we're something of a team, even we haven't given ourselves a name." She states with a grin. "Me, Boost, and Drive... And now you, if you're willing~!" She adds with a slight grin. There's a few seconds before Victory's henshin fades leaving behind Mari and Raquel.

"I'm not thrilled about going back to that place... But I intended to do so eventually anyway.. I wanna march in there and get out with every last one of those captured pre-cures, some day."

    Shrugging her shoulders slightly, Mari gives a smile. "ANYway... Let's talk later.. If you can, stop by the Verone Academy dorms and ask around for Mari Katsu. We'll get together and start planning this for real, okay?"
