Said something along the lines of 'is this a game to you?!' and looked all offended. That's more or less when she stormed off. Like it wasn't worth fighting us if I wasn't taking it seriously.

<PHONE> You text Kazuo Takeba: But the one thing that I do know for sure is that there's apparently some goal they are fighting for which is serious enough that they'll refuse to fight if they think the fight is not going to advance that goal. Which I feel is information we can make use of.. provided we can find out what the goal is, or at least get a few hints. People who have something to lose are easy to manipulate. I know this from personal experience.

<PHONE> You text Kazuo Takeba: Speaking to that. Signum was not holding back against me. She almost hit me with an attack which levelled several buildings, but Mako-chan knocked me out of the way. When I thanked Mako-chan for saving me, Signum said something to the effect of, 'so, that would have killed you? Noted.' And smirked all infuriatingly. So while they may be generally avoiding killing people apparently I'm on the hit list. Possibly this is because I've attacked them twice now without provocation (from their point of view, attacking kids is reason enough but the point is they've never come after /me/, I keep going after them.)

<PHONE> You text Kazuo Takeba: I certainly was not going to show mercy if it came down to it, as I clearly wasn't getting any from her. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, neither of us was able to come close. This is the second time we've fought without a clear victor. It's infuriating.
