An exception might be made for exceptionally expansive themes or franchises, such as Pretty Cure where alt interaction won’t become a potential problem. (For example, you can app Cure Black and Eas, but you can’t app Cure Black and Pisard.)

If two OC concepts of a similar nature come in (For example, two themes about ‘Reborn Samurai Warriors’), we will try to suggest these people work together to create a new, single theme instead of two separate themes about a similar concept, or urge the new appers to app into the current similar theme.

Limits and Closing Characters
