Madison Perry has posed:
    It's been a few days since that huge white flower appeared over the city- only visible at night, ghostlike, it floats between the buildings and the stars, a reminder that all is not well in Tokyo. Since that night, when monsters appeared everywhere for a short time, attacks have been on the rise- guided by an intelligent hand. Youma seem to seek out magical girls, to hunt them down if they can.

    Such is how it is tonight. A pair of Youma are moving together through the night, through the alleyways between buildings. One looks like a huge amalgamation of brick and mortar with pieces of steel rebar sticking out at odd angles- a Youma made of old, discarded masonry. It's companion floats wraithlike, some sort of ghost or dark spirit, with flowing hair but merely a black hole in place of a face.

    They do not seem to be within any sort of barrier or labyrinth, but normal people seem not to see them. Still, for anyone magical, the sense of 'wrongness' the pair of Youma put off can be sensed from several blocks away.. a feeling all-too-common the past week or so.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
This week has been pretty intense so far for Vespa with the large white flower appearing over the city and youma appearing more frequently than usual. The past few night she decided to take a more assertive approach and try to find any Youma before they can find her or any other magical girls. She asked Cerelia to come with her as saftey in numbers is always a good thing, and help is always welcome.

She stands on a rooftop of a builing looking down at the city belows. A shiver runs thought her body. "Did you feel that Cerelia? There something a few blocks from here..", she hm to herself, something about these Youma are different she just not sure what yet...

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Just when Cerelia thought things couldn't get any weirder, a giant white flower appears over the city. Figures that things get even stranger around Halloween. Her ears perk up as she hears Vespa's comment. "Yes, I can hear someone approaching." She nods in agreement, She's standing next to Vespa as she looks down to try and see anything else unusual going on.

Madison Perry has posed:
    The two youma move together as if they are a team, which as any magical girl will tell you is fairly unusual behavior. They don't seem to be hurting any civilians, despite plenty of people still moving along the sidewalk quite close to the alley they are traversing.. but they are heaving right towards where Vespa and Cerelia stand on that rooftop. In just a few moments they will be in sight- it's almost as if they are hunting the two magical girls, instead of the other way around...

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"There coming to us..", Vespa says quite surpised by this, usally she has to go to them! This is very unsual it somehow feels wrong to her. She get into a combat stance holing her postion on the rooftop, holding her massive axe in front of her. "Better get ready..", she says looking a Cerelia.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Great, they've got a bullseye on their backs. Cerelia's clutching her javelin tightly as well ready to throw it at a moment's noitce. She's a bit surprised that she hasn't had youma come directly to her before with everything else that's happened. "I guess we got their bosses' attention." They must have unknowningly pissed someone off.

Madison Perry has posed:
    The two youma come into sight after just a few more moments, around the edge of a building, moving through the relatively narrow alleyway rather than on the main streets. Almost as if they want to stay out of sight of the crowds of regular people walking along.. whatever kind of sense that makes. Normally Youma don't care about that sort of thing. The one made of concrete and steel lumbers along, footsteps shaking the ground, while the wraith-like one floats in its wake.

    As soon as they round the corner, the floating youma pauses, turning its head... directly towards the two magical girls. It raises one skeletal arm and points, making a high-pitched shriek. As if alerted, the rubble-youma vibrates with something like a roar.. moving straight towards the building the two girls are standing on with obvious purpose.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"They really are going after us I guess I'll oblige then! I'll take Rocky you take the boney one!", Vespa says jumping down and trying to hit the rubble-youma with an overhead strike with her axe.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Cerelia cringes as she hears the roaring and shrieking, she's not going to argue with Vespa. She'll do anything to make these two to shut up. Electrity begins to shoot out of her javelin aimed at the wraith. She doesn't want it to get in too close after all. There's no telling what it could do to her after all.

Madison Perry has posed:
    The huge rubble youma is not terribly fast. As Vespa leaps down at it with her axe held high, it moves to swing one club-like arm to swat her out of the sky, but isn't fast enough. The axe crunches into its 'head' splintering the stone, causing it to stagger and flail, crashing into the brick wall.

    Meanwhile, Cerelia is firing lightning towards the Wraith. It's a bit harder to hit, swerving side to side so that bolts crack into the brick wall behind it instead, although finally it seems to make a mistake and one of the bolts hit it, causing it to shriek again and shudder as it falls back away from it's attacker. Neither of these youma seem particularly powerful- it probably won't be hard to finish them off.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa lands with thump on the pavement. She presses her advantage as the youma is staggered swinging her axe from the side aming for it's body and if she is lucky cutting the youma in half.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
"Vespa!" Cerelia watches as her partner gets knocked down, but as her hands full at the moment. She extends the javelin so she can hit the wraith before it has a chance to fall off the building. It seems a bit odd that it went down so easily but she's not going to complain about it.

Madison Perry has posed:
    Vespa's axe shears right through the concrete Youma as if it were made of butter and not rock. With a final groan it falls into pieces and collapses to the pavement. Similarly, at the same time, Cerelia impales the wraith, and it vanishes in what seems to be a puff of foul smoke. In an instant, quiet falls over the alleyway again.. it seems the fight is over.

    Or is it? A few moments later, the sound of someone clapping comes from atop the next building over. A figure in a long red coat stands there.. stepping forward, it reveals itself to be a young blonde woman, smirking as she claps. "Very good. Very good, chickies. I can see why the Youma are having such a tough time in this city. Ya'll are no pushovers, I gotta give ya that much."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Chickies? Vespa looks up at the woman. "I'll take that as a complment. I'll assmue your the one that sent the two Youma to hunt us down right?", she points as at the woman. "Who are you and what do you want?", might as well get right to the point.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
It turns out Cerelia is right, someone had ordered these Youma to go after them. "I'm guessing you're accountable for that as well?" She point at the large white flower overhead. Still she might as well wait until the woman answers their questions at least before acting.

Madison Perry has posed:
    "Well, yer half right." The blonde woman says, shaking her head slightly as she glances up at the huge flower in the sky when Cerelia points at it. "The Flower sent those Youma out.. not after you specifically, don't flatter yourself, but after anyone who gives off a certain magical.. scent."

    She reaches to her waist, pulling out a pair of what appear to be long knives, each as long as her forearm and slightly curved. A red gem softly glows in the hilt of each of them as she flips them around to hold them reversed. "And the Flower sent me out as well.. to take care of whatever they found." Her blue eyes shine softly in the dim light of the nighttime city as she tilts her head back. "So, you wanna do this the easy way, or the hard way, chickies?"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa hms at that she's learned something anyway. "I get a choise? How nice..", she doesn't sounds all the impresed. "I'll take the hard way..", she looks to Cerelia. "What do you think?"

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
"Well, close enough. Magical scent, so they're going to keep coming after us unless if we get rid of that. "Maybe you take the easy way, and tell us how to get rid of it?" Cerelia turns the woman's offer on itself. "After all your lackies don't seem to last too long."

Madison Perry has posed:
    The blonde woman just laughs again. "Ya'll don't seem to get it." She says, flipping that long knife around one more time. "That flower ain't your problem kiddo. You should worry more about what's right in front of you than what's way up there in the sky."

    "Enough talking." And suddenly she flashes forward, leaping into the air in a red streak and moving with incredible speed straight at Vespa, ignoring Cerelia for the moment, her long knives arcing around to slash at the axe-wielding girl in a sudden and lightning-quick attack.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa erks seeing that the blone woman is quite quick! She tires to bring up her axe to block the attack but she not quite quick enough and the knives slash her in the stomach and she stumbles back a bit.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Of course her attack leaves the woman's back exposed as Cerelia thrusts her javelin at her from behind. She's not the best direct combat fighter but if Vespa and her can pincer the woman in, she'll have nowhere to go.

Madison Perry has posed:
    Madison is like a snake, moving with unnatural grace. Whoever she really is, she seems very skilled with those knives of hers. After landing that successful attack on Vespa, forcing the girl to stumble back, she whirls in place, coat flaring out behind her, to block Cerelia's javelin thrust with the other knife.

    As the javelin skids along the length of the blade, she laughs, a laugh which says she is clearly enjoying herself as she darts backwards, slashing out at Cerelia as she does so, hoping the girl is off-balance after the deflected javelin blow, trying to get to her before Vespa can recover!

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"Oh no you don't!", Vespa shouts in a bit of pain but she not going to stand around and let her freind take on this girl by herself. She keeps her distance swinging her axe in a large arc at the blone girl not wanting her to get in close

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Of course Cerelia's armored in her henshin form, limiting the exposed areas the woman can easily strike. She attempts to block her attacks so Vespa can fight her without any distractions. Her partner's better at fighting offensively after all.

Madison Perry has posed:
    Vespa definitely has the advantage of range in this fight- Madison's knives may be long for knives, but they are nowhere near the size of that giant axe the other girl is swinging around. She's forced to dance back out of the way of the swing, avoiding it but being forced back too far to dart in for anotehr attack easily.

    She backs off a few steps, glancing between the two girls and sneering slightly. "Two on one.. ain't exactly fair, is it?" She turns, leaping into the air, flying up to a relatively safe height above the girl's heads, hovering there as she crosses her knives in front of her. "But if that's how you wanna play.. Heartrazor!"

    <Yes Mistress!> The device replies, before half a dozen bright red beams spray from the gems on the two knives, three tracking towards each of the girls below!

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa would swear right now but this is a kids show so she can't. She bring her axe up to block the incoming beams of death coming from the sky. She also wishes she could fly.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Of course getting some distance between them is just what Cerelia wanted. She takes the beams and her armor gets scorched in the process. It seems like the knives are technological in some way which could work to her advantage for once. She clutches her javelin and takes aim as she runs at the woman. "Electric Thunder Dart!" She then releases the spear letting it hurl upwards. Either the woman blocks and it hits her knives or she doesn't and gets hit with the weapon directly.

Madison Perry has posed:
    Madison chooses the third option, which is to dodge out of the way.. but not quite quickly enough. As she moves to do so, the crackling electricity from the javelin still manages to catch her, arcing between her body and the knives and causing her to grit her teeth. "Dammit."

    She spins around, regarding the two girls again. One a melee fighter and one ranged.. this was looking to be a bit difficult for her to handle by herself. "Alright, fine." She finally spits. "I can see this is going to take a bit more than I can provide all by my lonesome, so tell you what. We'll call it quite for tonight.. but I'll be back for you two real soon." With some help, she adds silently to herself. Then, before they can respond, she's flashing up into the sky in a red streak.. gone over the buildings in mere seconds.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa watches her disspear out of sight then breath a sigh of relief leaning on her axe. "ow. ow. ow. Red riding Hood really packed a punch. Er knives..", she looks at the wound on her stomach. thanfully not very deep, her outfit is more damage that her, still hurts thought.

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
Cerelia figured she could also dodge, but it still made her back down for now. "That's what armor is for." She's a bit beat up but her armor took the worse of it. "Hey, where's Sunbeam at?" She figures the fairy would also likely be a target for the mysterious woman as well,

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"Point well taken.",Vespa said. "Oh she stayed home, she just be a target will all these youma running around. ..and I bribed her with some choclate as well."

Cerelia Veloce has posed:
"Well, hopefully they won't break into your house." If they could smell magic, then Sunbeam would likely be a fairy snack for the youma if they could find her.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"I really hope they don't!", Vespa would hate if anything happend to Sunbeam or her family. The fairy may be a bit annoying but she does care about her.
