A Vampire's Valentine's Day

Synopsis:	Norie enjoys some time with Natsumi-chan! Feelings and Gifts are exchanged!

Norie Okana has posed:
It's Valentine's Day. Norie has invited Natsumi-chan after school to her house. There was a text wishing her a Happy Valentine's Day and that she wanted to see her at her house. Her proper home. Not the manor. Not some weird place. Her home. She was back home after all.

Parents were not home. Her brother was, but he was studying and talking with his own friend there. Norie was dubious about that realtionship. 'Friend'. Alone. In a room.

On Valentines Day?

Still. She softly guided Natsumi-chan back into her home, up the stairs and into her room.

A boring, standard girl's room with a fold out closet door and pink wallpaper and a starry border at the top in white. Bed. Dresser. Desk. Black Unicorn Poster that looks like it's been there forever.

She gently closes the door and then gently wraps her arms around Natsumi-chan and just... hugs. and holds. She's doing this awkwardly. She isn't used to 'initiating' this, but she wants that feeling bad right now, even if it makes her feel weird and wrong for what she is.

"I've missed being home so bad. And inviting you over..." she says softly.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Love is in the air they say, and as Norie hugs Natsumi Matsumoto it gets a lot thicker for sure.

Natsumi coils her arms around Norie, returning the gesture without an ounce of reluctance. "So are things looking better for you then?".

She looked at Norie with sparkling hearts in her eyes, although they were of course still green. There was still no question that she loved Norie very much.

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana nods. "I feel more comfortable." she says softly. "....Sachi-chan. The girl I drained into a coma... woke up too. Finally." she says. "I feel less... weighed down? I haven't been starving myself of energy." she says quietly. She releases Natsumi and gently walks over to the dresser and opened the top drawer and pulled out an elaborate gold box with red trim- cardboard of course- as she closes it softly.

She walks over and presents it to Natsumi-chan. "This is for you." she says softly. It's a box, filled with chocolatier made chocolates, in the shape of stars. Each one seems to have a different filling in it- from Almonds to Mochi. There's no card. She's here in person. The expensive chocolates should speak for themselves!

"I didn't know. What you might like. So I just had the chocolatier make a bunch of different flavors." she says softly.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi takes one of the chocolates and bites into it, curling her toes in her sneakers in enjoyment. After she swallows she offers a chocolate-y smile to Norie, "Wonderful. I um.... Got something for you too.".

She digs into a hidden pocket of her skirt before pulling out a long, thin white and gold box and presenting it to Norie.

Whenever Norie opened it she'd find a twined silver filligree necklace.

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana nods a bit. "I'm glad." she says. No questioning tone like usually when she says that. She softly takes the box and sits down and sits down on the bed, looking up and motioning over to the bed. She opens the box and gently eyes the twined silver necklace. She gently blinks and looks down to the necklace that, that crimson red teardrop sits on. And then at the necklace. She gently takes off her usual one and 'clips' the gem off the old, antique Italian make necklace, and puts it into the box, as she attaches the red teardrop to the new necklace. She gently slips it on and as she closes her eyes and nods a bit.

"Thank you." she says quietly.

"Natsumi-chan..." she says softly, trying to take her hand. "I want to talk to you. but I don't want to scare you." she says softly. "And I want you to know that what I say. I'm not leaving you. I'm not leaving you ever, if I have my way." she says softly, squeezing a bit tighter.

"You know... I said I can't. Feel love. Right?" she says softly. "I've been. Keeping a secret." she says quietly. "About the thing I do feel. In place of... 'love'." she says gently.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi Matsumoto sits down beside Norie on the bed, smiling as she watches her wear the neckace. Her smile grew to an over-joyed expression of happiness at the fact that she seemed to like it.

"You're welcome.", she replied.

She lets Norie take her hand, listening to her and blinking at her words for a moment before shaking her head. "You can never scare me.".

The Norie started about love and her blinking increased as she leaned towards her. "Then what do you feel?"

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana shakes her head. "I don't like talking about it. Because some people I know, were victims of someone who felt this way. And I don't like feeling it because I worry about being like that someone." she says quietly

"Covet." she says softly. "I Covet you... and... it's.. like... I want to envelope you.. and... hide you away and... like.. lock.. and key and---" she sort of grates her teeth.

"And there's someone else I covet too. But it's different than you and.... I don't know because I hate this feeling and it's so confusing." she says.

She just sort of latches against Natsumi-chan.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi Matsumoto smiles softly at Norie, "Ah. Well, at least it's something?". Natsumi didn't know what covet meant whatsoever, so it was lost on her.

"We can go from there, and maybe see if we can find love in your heart.". Hopeful words from an utterly hopeful girl, given to someone that may well be lost to hope.

For now though, she wraps her arms lovingly around Norie, clutching her to her. It wasn't often she got to hold her girlfriend.

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana head tilts. "...you're not scared...?" she says softly. "I.. you know. What Covet means. Right?..." she asks. "You want to... /possess/ something or someone. It isn't. A good thing." she says quietly.

"I can't feel love. It isn't something I can feel." she says quietly. "The only thing I can do is make what I can feel work to my benefit." she says softly.

"Natsumi-chan. I can tell you about my Christmas day? I.. this is about. The other one. I 'covet'." she says quietly.

"I don't want to hurt you." she says. "It's complicated. And I hate myself. But everything I've said earlier is trye. I don't want to hurt you. I'm right here. I'm not leaving." she says.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi Matsumoto rests her head on Norie's shoulder, listening quietly. "Well, you already possess my heart.", she replies with a fair amount of seriousness for the matter.

"I don't think you told my about Christmas, it has been awhile since we really talked. You're a secretive girl, but I'm okay with that.". She lifted her head, moving to rest her forehead against Norie's.

"I know you don't want to hurt me, but are you sure you won't leave? I feel like I'm chasing you a lot. My runaway girlfriend."

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana frowns. "I'm...sorry. I had to run. Back then." she says. "I'm home now. You can text! and call!" she says gently. "I'm back at school!" she says softly.

"But on Christmas. A friend of mine. Eilam Hisakawa. Came to my manor. I wanted to be alone because all I could think about. Was being home with my family. And you. And it made me sick that I had run away." she says quietly. "Eilam is a good friend. Eilam is an immortal of sorts. He's been alive a long time. He remembers events that I dream about because of who owned my power came from the period he's been alive, too--- But that's a secret. Please don't talk to anyone about it." she says.

"But he also. Brought me a gift." she says quietly.

"It was. A ring..." she isn't wearing any rings.

"A really old one. Almost as old as my cursed necklace." she says quietly.

"And he said that ring, was, a gift to the first person he ever loved and trusted to talk about his 'immortality' to." she says.

"But he was repaid with her going to the church and she threw the ring back in her face and he had to flee, because... well. This was the time people burned down houses because a bat flew in so 'vampire'." she rolls her eyes.

"Torches. Picthforks. Like that."

"And he gave it to me. Because. He said he cared about me. And that he wanted me to accept it, and whether that meant... 'love' or 'partners'...or 'family'. to me. Would be up to me."

"I'm not wearing the ring. Because I'm not sure." she says quietly.

"I told him about you. and what you meant to me. And he understood that." she says.

"But I..."

"He's important to me. Because I'm immortal too. In... ninety years. Everyone around me will be gone. And I will still be a thirteen year old girl." she says quietly.

"But Eilam won't. He'll be there. Eilam also feels that he has a constant in his life now. Someone who'll always be there."

"And I am so confused. Because I care for him too... in a way I care for you. And for Riventon-sama. And for others who help me so much and...."

She just rubs her face and holds her head in her hands.

"I hurts. Because I can't love. I can't figure this out. All I want is to.. covet. To collect and..." she grates her teeth and then begins crying softly, purple tears already flowing out from under her hands.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi Matsumoto gently presses her lips beneath each of Norie's eyes, kissing her tears hopefully away. "You'll figure everything out eventually.".

Inside though gentle tides turn to whipping waves as part of what makes Natsumi the sign that she is stirs jealousy in her heart. Not everything for the Star Touched is starlit nights and shooting stars.

"And I'll be here for you as long as I can, even if it's only a few decades.".

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana shakes her head. "Natsumi-chan. I'm just going to end up hurting you." she says quietly. "You know what. Right?" she asks. "I'm going to make some stupid mistake now." she says. "Because... I... just...." she grates her teeth.

"I spoke to Eilam-kun yesterday. Because I wanted to make today about you and me. And I. told him. What I told you. That. I... covet. him." she says. "And that I felt so bad..." she says quietly.

"He told me that. I should concentrate on you. Because. Because he'll always be there. He can wait. That if I love you and want you all for myself that I should take it." she says.

"He could had said many things. But he didn't. He said that." she says quietly.

She gently places her hands on Natsumi's shoulders and tugs her in for a kiss. A deep one. Not even a little chaste. "I wish I could feel so many things for you and I hope that's enough..." she says quietly when she breaks the kiss, as she sniffs, wiping her cheeks a bit.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi Matsumoto sits there, stunned for a moment as her cheeks turn as red as a crab boil from the kiss. She actually looks like she might faint for a moment before her mouth starts moving and she comes to her senes.

"I love you, and you... Covet me. I think that's good enough for now. And I'm completely happy just knowing you want to feel things for me.".

She lifts a hand, gently stroking her fingers across Norie's cheek. "It's more than I could ever ask for, anyway. Just knowing you want to.".

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana doesn't smile at those words. She wishes she could smile at all. She hasn't since she was human. But she just holds Natsumi a little. As much as she can. She doesn't care that she's cold, or can't quite feel Natsumi's warmth. She just.. wants to feel the closeness, as much as she can right now.

"...Do you want to go starwatch when it gets dark?" she asks quietly.

"We can go to the city limits. Or your home when it gets later." she says softly.

"I think I'd like that..." she says.

Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi Matsumoto nods softly, smiling enough for the two of them. "We can go to my house, my mom is actually home for once and she's making noodles. She always makes too much, so she won't mind you coming over at all.".

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana nods and gently stands up and gently slips her arm underneath Natsumi's own and gently nods. "I'm glad. Let's get going then." she says as she walks Natsumi out to the hallway and stops in front of a door.

"I am going to Natsumi-chan's for the Night. Don't suffocate making out with your boyfriend." she says.

"H..Hey!" comes a male voice from behind the door as she leaves off with Natsumi-chan for the night~
