| Synopsis: | Chloe catches Natsumi watching the stars about the school after hours, and they have a cozy little chat. |

- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
School had ended hours ago, but some people involved in the various clubs and other after-school things may well be about. In their respective hallways for such things.
Natsumi surely is, as right now, this late at night, the astronomy club has a splendid oppurtunity to see some stars and the groundskeeper has even disabled some of the lights near the school to prevent obstruction of the view. However, Natsumi is the only one still there as far as she can tell. Her eye is plastered to the end of the telescope, the other squeezed shut.
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
Chloe was around as well, but mostly to finish up her homework. One her way out, she found the astronomy club, or what's left of it, still there. She tilts her head as she watches the girl at the telescope there, and she decides to stick around a bit. No one should be around by themselves. She walks her way over and lets out a breath to let Natsumi know she was there. "Stars are wonderful jewels to look at, aren't they?"
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Nearly jumping out of her skin, Natsumi bumps her face against the telescope and ends up jarring her eye. She lifts up, rubbing at it as she turns to Chloe. "Oh h-hello. They most certainly are. Gorgeous jewels to behold, thriving with their own sort of life.". She smiles warmly, the topic easily drawing her into activity.
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
"I apologize for giving you a start. I'm Chloe." She says giving a small bow. "I stare at them at times, but only after the light go out on the streets." She then chuckles, but gestures over towards another part in the sky. "Over here is a bunch more stars, and it looks like there's a cloud with them."
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi bows and holds her hand out. "I'm Natsumi. I'm the president of the astrology club, and just a member of the astronomy club.". She lifts slowly, turning her gaze to the gestured spot with a purse of her lips. "Clouds are so dreadful during star-gazing.".
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
"I think it's more of a celestial cloud than it is an atmospheric cloud. Look at the colors on it." CHloe's right....and it's not moving. More like a multi-colored scar across the sky than anything else.
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi narrows her eyes at the spot, something going through her head that causes her to mutter a few words under her breath before she turns back to Chloe. "Hopefully it'll pass. The stars are much too beautiful to be obstructed, I think. I may be a little biased though.".
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
"That's true, yeah. Almost makes you wish you could just reach out and pluck one from the sky." Chloe then makes a face. "Mmmmm...but that'd be selfish. Stars should be around for everyone to enjoy. Stars mean life."
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi blushes at the mention of plucking stars from the sky. "Well, I'm sure they may visit us sometimes but cannot stay. I do have to agree with the life though. Did you know that ancient western civilisations beleived the location of the stars governed our every day lives?". She seems to perk up as she starts to go on.
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
Chloe nods at that. "Yeah...coming from first hand experience. Aries, Pisces, Aquarius, Cancer....all sorts. They tried to fortell beneficial times and hard times to come in the future for them."
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi tilts her head a little. "First-hand experience you say? Do you like astrology?". She seems to perk up EVER MORE at the very thought of another member for her club. She starts to disassemble the telescope as she watches Chloe.
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
"Somewhat. I don't get engrossed in it as much as some do, but I do like looking at the stars. Each are different as a person is." Chloe's looking up at the stars as she says this. "They were more of an escape for me though. hard times where I came from." She then looks to Natsumi. "You like astrology though, don't you?"
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi nodded gently, her attention drawn up and up to gaze at a particular part of the sky. "I think they're worth being engrossed in. I've seen so many predictions come true, and stars are such marvelous things.". She smiles warmly as she brings her attention back to the earth. "Sometimes, I even make the predictions off the stars myself. It's very hard though.".
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
Chloe smiles to Natsumi for a moment. "it's like a saying I heard before I left america. Keep your feet on the ground, but reach for the stars."
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Natsumi returns the smile, tucking the telescope into a shiny carrying bag for it, covered in star stickers and glow in the dark painted stars. "Sometimes, I think they just might reach for us.".
- Chloe Stingray has posed:
"You never know, they might." Chloe says with a smile. "Tell ya what, Natsumi. I'll be a part of your clubs if I can. Maybe I'll find something worth talking about too." She says with a smile as she starts to ehad out of the school.
- Natsumi Matsumoto has posed:
Smiling brightly, Natsumi slings the telescope bag over her shoulder. "I look forward to seeing you then, Chloe! Stars guide!". Her smile is genuine and warm as she herself moves to follow.
