The 11th Hour
Date of Scene:	27 December 2016
Location:	Mitakihara - Downtown
Synopsis:	As the new Year begins closing in, Naomi's got a little job to do that involves explosives! Oh and Hosshiwa shows up with An Elder Terribad and... a BabyBad? And what is Strawberry Swing?

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Downtown Tokyo is in a buzz! Christmas has ended and now its in the count down to the final holiday of the season. Schools are on vacation so there are children out enjoying themselves. People are working and things are going smoothly.

In The Downtown area, there is some major set up going on. The grand party in Tokyo is less then a week away and things are in full swing. A Circus is just beginning to be set up. Fireworks are being brought in. Everything is being decorates and prepared for the big night. People are just enjoying themselves. It is a truly wonderful time. Several people are helping with the set up. Among them are a number of students including Naomi Yomada who managed to score a chance at planning out pyrotechnics. Its something she's taking very seriously.

While some of the fireworks are just arriving, The bulk of them will be coming in later in the week. Still There is a lot for her to do. Quietly she begins looking over the idea and seeing if she can think of any way she might be able to make things a little easier.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Coruvs, in human form, and Haruna-- who is always a human and not secretly a bird- are out and about to enjoy the sights of a Cirvus being setup. Corvus purses his lips a bit. "This reminds me. For the Light Festivals. Back then." he says. He seems in some sort of deep thought process. Haruna head tilts at Corvus. "Oh.. did you. Used to watch them with Hope?" she asks. He nods a little matter of factly. "Mmhmm." he says.

She looks back to the setup. She's keeping her distance.

"...I wonder if I should distribute flyers for the coffee shop." she says. "The TV spot is gonna go up shortly before open but..."

"Maybe it couldn't hurt..." she says.

"You should add a coupon to them. It makes it 'valuable' and people will keep them." he offers.

"Hrmmm... yeah. That's a good idea." she muses.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Naomi is working hard. She smiles and begins looking at the song selection and order. Ideas galore are flowing. Everything is going just right. She writes down an idea or two and quickly sends that to her superior. Oh this is going to be FUN!

From nowhere, A person spills a thermos of very hot tea all over the plans and onto Naomi. The person in question? A woman with Sky blue hair, pulled into a pony tail and dark blue eyes. A hard hat on her head and the outfit of a construction worker. "Oh my. I am Sorry Dear." The voice stirrs a few thoughts in Naomi's mind but... nah.

"Ah Ahhh AHHH!! HOTTTT!!! Oh my gods HOT!!!" SHe is suddenly up trying to stop the burning on her her which does fade pretty quick. Of course while she is up she accidentally manages to set off one of the fireworks because... Naomi.

Her boss is quickly there and glaring at her. Naomi frowns, "Gomen Gomen!" She bows low. "It was a mishap. This lady spilled hot tea on me and I sorta bumped the crate. It won't happen again. I swear.

"See that it doesn't." The person growls and promptly walks away.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Weeeeeeee---- Boom! There's a teardrop from Haruna and Corvus. "I'm not surprised if we find Naomi-chan at the end of that one." she says. "Yeah." says Corvus.

The two look around and Haruna sneaks behind backstage side to go seek out the source of the firework explosion.

Sneak sneak sneak sneak sneak sneak sneaky sneaky sneaky.

She peeks from behind some Fireworks boxes with Corvus. "Hey! We were right! Naomi-chan is here!"

"Hiiii Naomi-chan!" she says with a little wave!

Corvus at some point changed back into a seagull and is on Haruna's shoulder.

Easier to sneaky when it's one.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Naomi is still covered in Tea. "What in the world are you doing with such hot stuff around explosives!? Are you trying to get people killed!?" Of course Naomi's not exactly happy. Getting burnt by tea is no way to start the work day Plus the woman made her look bad in front of her boss which she really didn't like in the least!

The woman just smiles, "I was going to offer you some but, it looks like you've had plenty. I will be on my way now." She states and moves on to a different area.

Then oh look! Gull-Chan! Naomi waves to Haruna and Corvus. "Hello! It wasn't my fault Some ditzy lady spilled coffee on me and I bumped a crate setting off one of the fireworks! I am helping set up!! Its so cool!" She smiles brightly."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa looks down at Naomi. "Yikes, you looked covered in tea." she says. "It smells like it. I mean. Not even really good tea." she says. "Are you okay?" she asks. "It wasn't too hot was it?" she asks.

She purses her lips and head tilts. "Okay so you're handling them fine! Just lucky that didn't set off the others." she says nervously.

"But it'd had been a pretty bright explosion!" she insists.

A pause. "How'd you get this gig anyways?" she asks.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Naomi giggles and nods, "I probably have a few burns. Nothing I'm not used to though. Things happen though." She snickers a little and looks at Haruna with a wink. Then she puts her finger to her lips. "It was really pretty!!!" She laughs.

Then there is that question. "Oh umm. My one teacher. Toyo-sensei. She knows how much I love technology and my habit for blowing things up. She got me in doing this. She said, 'As much as you blow things up by accident. Maybe if you actually work with things that are meant to blow up, you'll manage to keep from blowing things up!' It sounds silly but I think it could work!"

A little distance away, "What do you mean, I am not allowed to help with this. Is it because I am too much of a Refined Lady to get my hands dirty!?" The woman who spilled the tea asks.

"No its because you didn't apply and our insurance doesn't cover you." The man and wife duo are a little worried about her and her hot coffee of doom.

"But I just want to help bring in the new Year when the time... Oh forget it!" In that instant, her disguise vanishes. "Let the Future Reflected in the Mirror turn Terrible!" Everything goes dark and standing there with her umbrella is Hosshiwa. Both the man and the woman are stuck in Mirrors and wrapped in ribbon. "Come Out Terribads!" Things get bright for a moment as Not one but Two Terribads come out. The first is big, Has a long beard and... Is that a SCYTHE?! The second to come out is much smaller. Its wearing a diaper, has a Happy New Year Sash on its chest and a Top hat. Both cry out. "TERRIBAD!!!"

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa smiles at Naomi. "That makes a little sense. I mean. Maybe you won't blow up something that's meant to blow up! Like. Some sort of strange universal reverse!" she says. "Like I bet you could kick like a missile and it wouldn't even spark!" she insists. Corvus says. "Please don't try to kick missiles, Naomi-chan." the seagull insists.

"OH yeah, definitly don't do that." insists Haruna.

Then Corvus sort of twitches a bit and looks sharply somewhere to the east. "..Terribad." he insists.

"What!?" Haruna says. "Come on Naomi- fireworks can waiiiiit." she says as she dives behind some boxes for a <Rolling Mirror Change!>

Out the otherside comes Cure Gull! Who sort of makes for a fast beeline in that direction as she aims skyward and---

"...is that a big baby terribad?"

"That's a big baby terribad." she says Corvus.

Haruna taps her bottom lip.

"I dunno if I'm ready to accept this." she says consideringly.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Naomi Yomada blinks, "Well I wasn't planning on kicking a missile. Where would I even find a missile?!" Is she actually considering it? Well. Maybe? She shrugs. Quietly she picks up her paperwork which is now dyed brown. "Awww. I hope the boss has copies." She frowns.

Then Corvus mentions the very big problem. "Really?! Oh Come on."

Quickly Naomi nods to Haruna. She gets out her mirror and moves behind a few boxes... labeled Fireworks. ""Pretty Cure! Rolling Mirror Change!" A few moments later she steps out in Cure Spark form. One slight problem. The magic show sets off a box of Fireworks. She stands in front of it looking pretty cool but her face says she may in fact kill whoever called out terribads!

Her backbow shifts to wings and she lifts off into the sky following after Haruna. "What the... Really? Babybad? And Grampabad?" She rubs her head. "Ummm This day just got really weird didn't it. Which one do you want?"

"Ahhhh hahahahahaha!" The lady in the pink hat herself, Hosshiwa smiles and waves. "I was hoping that was you, dear. You are such an easy mark when you aren't... You." She's addressing Spark of course at this point. "Oh and you brought a bird along too! What hope do the two of you have this time? I brought a pair of terribads who have the same tastes as I do. Make me some sweets Terribads."

Both Terribads begin spreading misfortune. The elder looking one starts turning things into hard candy and the types of things you would find in an elder's house. The Baby one is creating cookies and cakes, Lollipops and anything a small child would like.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull huffs! "So what, you have two! One's a big stupid baby anyways I bet it can't even talk yet! And I won't feel bad beating it up just cuz I looks like a baby!" she insists.

Corvus nods matter of factly.

"You think you're elegant but you're just a jerk!" she calls out. "There's more important things than thinking you're the best~" she says.

She spins around and comes down for a kick trying to kick the baby Terribad square in it's chest before it can spread and corrupt more of the landscape.

She's trying to knock it back some, maybe tilt it off balance if possible it seems!

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Welp. That answers that one! Cure Gull Vs BabyBad!!! FIGHT! Oh wait wrong game!

That leaves the old weird one for Spark. "Yeah. Hosshiwa Do you really think just because you brought two this time that you are going to actually win. I would suggest you pour yourself some tea to enjoy this butt kicking but you already did. ON ME!!" She growls

Just like that Spark is after The elderly Terribad. Quickly she lets out a barrage of punches on the thing. Knocking it backwards and hopefully putting it out of it's misery.

Hosshiwa Gasps! "How dare you speak with such a tone to a fine lady such as I! Kindabads! Come and teach Gull and Spark the proper way to show respect to a Refined lady such as myself."

A swarm of kindabads come pouring out. There are between 20 and 30 of the little buggers. Oh and there are a pair of them who have broken off to wait on Hosshiwa.

Meanwhile the Baby Terribad falls on it's butt. The ground shakes just a little. It begins to sniffle and lets out a loud cry. "TERRRRIIIIBBBBAAADDDD!!!" The sound of the babybad's crying is very strong. Almost deafening. Somewhere, A mother is having nightmares about having to deal with this sort of baby at 3 in the morning.

The Elder Terribad is hit repeatedly. It speaks out, "Terrriibbbadd!!" His voice is old and raspy. It swings it scythe sending a number of curved blades at his attacker.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull owws! and covers her ears as she jumps back. Ugh! The last time... she was assaulted like this... she was Scorn. And it was Sailor Moon crying. She sort of twitches a bit at the thought.

She winces and spins the dial on her PreBrace and then calls out. "Gull Feather Storm!" throwing out her hand and as an array of small feather missles fly through the air, trying to converge into the baby terribad. She frowns a bit as Kindabads however come out aswell.

She takes off to the sky again and huffs. "Two Terribads and now a lotta Kindabads... well...." she says as she concentrates a bit. "I think I'm gonna need to amp it up.. just a little more..."

"Than usual.." she mutters.

She concentrates, hard--- thinking. Thinking of things this past week, the bad-- and the good. Hannah's words-- and Sakura's visit-- and everything in between.

The next transformation isn't brought on by a PreCard-- or the PreBrace- neither Mirror or Cards exist when the two bright green translucent wings engulf her-- then spread out in a sudden flash of seafoam green!

"Happiness Influx.. Charged With Hope! Super Happiness Gull!" she calls out. The form is fanciful, with two brilliant angelic wings- much longer- and coming from the back- rather than the bow on the small of her back-- and feathery halo!

"Gull Feather Tempest!" she calls out-- summoning a rather violent tempest of wind and feathers around the baby terribad. It's strong- and much more powerful than if she was in her base Cure form- for sure.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Spark stops a moment as she catches sight of the transformation which takes place. She's never seen a henshin like that. Especially not one on a Precure!! Her jaw drops. "Wow..." Then she's hit with the Scythe attack she wasn't paying attention to.

Spark goes flying. Her attention back on her Terribad. "Hey that was dirty! Ya Dirty Ol' Terribad!" She glares. "Spark Static Repulsion!" Scythe blades quickly get returned to their sender right as she starts getting surrounded by the Kindabads.

Spark is Starting to get overwhelmed. "I need room. Okay lets do it like this!" She turns her prebrace. "Spark Sprite ERUPTION!"on that last word She throws her hand in the are and Red Sprite lighting errupts from the ground clearing out a nice big Swath of enemys and making way for what is about to happen.

"Time to Change!"Quickly she sticks her cards in her mirror. Pretty Cure! Rolling Mirror Change! Rock Candy Breakdance!" She calls out as her outfit and hair change. Old Break beats start playing as she begins moving. "Spark Terran Jackhammer!" She starts bouncing on one hand sending shockwaves and finishing off a nice big chunk of the kindabads.

"How Vulgar! To dance like that infront of a Lady!" Hosshiwa snaps before her attention is drawn back to Gull, "You may look like an Angel but you are just a dirty Gull!" She snaps. BabyBad Finish her off!

Babybad would absolutely love to finish her off but right now is being hammered by the Feather Tempest. It simply can not handle the attack and it is definitely weakened from the attack.

The Elderbad is peppered with its own attack but, is still in good fighting shape. The kindabads however are narrows down. There are less then a dozen now and they are a little scared.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Super Happiness Gull doesn't have a PreBrace in this form. Attacks don't come from a PreBrace in this form. They come from somewhere else.

Supper Happiness Gull grins a bit. "Miss White-chan would disagree with you~" she sings out. "-and I'd say her opinion matters more to me than some worn out oujo~" she continues to sing as she overwhelmes the baby bad.

She then rockets down and summons up another tempest--- trying to suck up the rest of the Kindabads- or most of them if there's still some around---then begins flinging them at the Babybad. "Play nice with your toys." she says with a grin.

At this point she's just sort of antagnoizing for the sake of it.

"That's enough I think..." she calls out as she claps her hand out in front of her as she spins- summoning up green sparkles around her that collect into a mass of light.

"Miracle. Hoppppppe Motion!" she calls out as she sends the bright sparkle mass toward's the BabyBad, attempting to purify it with the strong and potent purification attack- that seems more like a gentle application--- somewhere more in line with Amu's Open Heart- or Sailor Moon's Escalation than the usual Big Bright Hurtful Beam attacks from her base form.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Spark has not been paying as much attention to Gull at this moment. Her focus is on Elderbad. She has returned to Cure Spark form and is going ballistic on this oldman looking terribad. "Spark Lightning Strike!" She goes sailing at it, getting struck by lightning and then sending all that stored energy into it. She keeps up the fight. though not letting the creature get a breath.

Finally she has had enough. She smirks, "Light of Curiosity Become Sacred Power!" Everything goes violet with her own symbol of intersecting lightning bolts appearing behind her. "Love Prebrace! PRetty Cure! BALL LIGHTNING!" She turns her prebrace. The lightning bolts move infront of her and she punches forward. Both lightning bolts become 1 ball of lightning and wrap up the Elder Terrbad.

The Two Terribads are both pretty done for. The gentle touch of Super Happiness Gull seems to rock babybad to a peaceful sleep as it begins vanishing. The much more aggressive attack of Spark slams the Elderbad. He is lifted off the ground, "Sooo Relaxed." Both vanish away.

Spark smirks, "Spark of Curiosity, Return to the heavens."Her attention shifts to Hosshiwa.

Hosshiwa is a little peeved. "You had to work together. That is so unlady like! If I let them fight one of you, You'd have lost! And I Would have been victorious! You don't stand a chance against Oresky, Spark! And Gull you won't be able to help her in that fight!" She laughs and then vanishes from sight.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Super Happiness Gull huffs. "SCREW YOU! I'LL HELP IF I WANT!" she calls out as Hossiwha does her vanishing act and the world turns back to normal along with it.

She huffs and crosses her arms as she lets herself spin toward's the ground and lands softly on two feet. Corvus lands on her shoulder. She also doesn't drop the henshin yet as she sighs and takes a deep breath.

"Ugh. I don't like her very much." she says as she takes a deep cleansing breath. "You okay, Spark?" she asks.

Cure Spark sighs and rolls her eyes over the annoyance that is Hosshiwa's voice. As the woman vanishes she looks at Gull and smiles. "I'm fine. It takes more then an Ancient Terribad to take me down!" She giggles a little bit." How about you?

She smiles and looks over her. "Well, also..umm, Interesting look? Very nice! I like it!" She giggles a little bit. "Umm, How in the world?"

Super Happiness Gull head tilts. "Huh?" she asks. She blinks. "Oh! Um. This is... the angel form. I talked about." she says meekly. "I figured out how to...vaugely trigger it? With Hannah's help." she says softly. "Um..." she seems to think a bit and then with a flash- she's back to regular old 'Gull'.

"It's strong! But.. not. Reliable. Usually for me to use it. Since I can't just. Shove a card into the Mirror to activate it." she says.

"And--- two terribads is a big deal." she laments with a sigh.

She head tilts. "Sounds like she was gunning for you thou..." she says softly.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Cure Spark smiles, "Well, I think it looks really cool!" She smiles a little and leans against a wall for a few moments. "Very angelic!" She giggles a little. "It's been a while since we fought together though. Always more fun when we get to work together."

She frowns and makes a rather cute face. "I think I may have made them a little mad when I called out Oresky. I'm just annoyed that She knew I was Cure Spark by my human appearance. At least she doesn't know a name or anything right?" She smiles.

From out of the blue or at least seeming that way, Lilac comes flying towards Spark. She yawns and smiles. "Did I miss something. Hello Cure Gull. My nose started itching and it still does! Its like a real jazzy beat inside me. Itch it please?" She asks.

Spark looks at the fairy, "Where the devil were you?! I brought you along and you vanished!" She rolls her eyes and itches under her nose.

The fairy laughs and then sneezes! Out pops a set of cards. They are marked Cure Spark... Strawerry Swing. "Oh I fell asleep!" She giggles

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Super Happiness Gull head tilts. "I dunno how I got it. Just. Hannah was... being controlled by this Lost Logia Sword?" she asks. "It was kinda. Infusing her with darkness and possessing her. I got upset and then that happend." she says softly as she taps her bottom lip.

"Hiii Lilac!" says Gull. Corvus waves some at Lilac.

"Oh. A card?" Corvus asks. Gull looks over to Spark and ohs!

"Oh! Neat! New Dance Form!" she beams. "Strawberry Swing?" she asks, tapping her bottom lip.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Spark winces a little over it. "Sounds like it was a really nasty situation. I am glad you were able to help Hannah and came out of it alright. That would really stink.

Lilac smiles and flies over to hang out with Corvus. "Hello Corvus! How are you? You aren't in human form? I thought you liked being in human form." She smiles talking away.

Spark looks at the card. "Well. I suited up anyway. May as well see how things shake out!" She giggles and takes the cards. "Time to Change!" She loads the cards and, "Pretty Cure, Rolling Mirror Change!" Everything goes... Reddish Pink?! Spark winks as her hair Goes long and back into a pony tail with a Strawberry headband on it. Her outfit changes become like something from the 50s! Her top is suddenly a scoop neck tee, Pink With A great big Strawberry on it. Her bottom becomes a poodle Style skirt with a bunch of strawberries on it. She is wearing dancing shoes on her feet and she actually looks ready to move. The henshin ends with Spark looking a little confused.

"Ummm... Okay!" She giggles a little bit and spins around. Her skirt following suit and flying outward a bit. "Wow okay this just feels really cool!"

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Corvus side eyes Lilac. "No, I hate it and I hate opposable thumbs." he insists. "Wings are much better. You can fly with wings." he insists.

She grins a bit. "That's a nice look! I only have the one Dance Card yet." she says. "I know Aki has two. But..I dunno what they are." she says. "Oh! Victory has the Rose Tango." she says.

"But that's all I know." she says.

She taps her bottom lip. "Mine is Blueberry Waltz." she says.

"It's Ballroom dancing. Also. It makes Hannah blush when I use it. And that's always fun." she smirks a bit.

She grins and lets the transformation fully fade. "Let's get you back to work before people start coming back!" she says.

Naomi Yomada has posed:
Strawberry Swing nods, "Yeah Umm, I don't think going back to work like this would be good." She quickly powers down and giggles a little. "I think that one is going to be fun though!"

Naomi smiles and nods, "Alrighty. Time to go explain that some magical girl blew up a case of fireworks. Think that will work?" She asks nervously. She quietly moves back to her post looking more then a little nervous.

"Where were you? Someone set off a whole case of Fireworks! You were supposed to be at your post. Working. Where did you wonder off to and why was it so important that you had to leave the highly volitile explosives!"Her boss yells.

She frowns, "Ummm, Would you believe some Magical Girl set it off while fighting monsters?"

Her boss just looks at her for a long moment. He then just starts laughing! "You're lucky, Naomi-chan. You are so lucky you're funny because if you weren't I'd kick you to the curb for incompetence. Just don't let it happen again.
