A Stitch in Time

Location:	Uminari City - Shopping Strip
Synopsis:	The rather rekt Shinobu bumps into Vespa while shopping for first aid supplies. Stitches and Pizza soon follow.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
After leaving the seriously botched concert, Shinobu made her way across town to the shopping strip. She broke her henshin and is currently babying her side as she moves through the sunday evening crowd. She comes up on a small convenience store. The kind that has a pharmacy and all sorts of mediine and stuff in it.

Quietly she moves in and grabs a couple things that are bound to make the cashier sick. A sewing kit, Rubbing alcohol, Iodine, and bandages. Makes ya wonder what she's planning to do.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne is here too doing a bit of shopping. She has a basket with a few things. Also a fairy on her head is being very pesty. "Can we get some chocolate? Can we get some chocolate? Can we get some chocolate? Can we get some chocolate?", Vespa ignores the fairy and grabs some aspirin as well. She looks over at Shinobu as she grabs what she need off her shelf. She idly wonders what she need all that for...

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
The poor Cashier looks like she may faint as she pieces together just what in the world Shinobu is buying. She rings her up and quickly moves on to the next person.

Shinobu is moving toward the door when she hears something a little off. She turns to look at the woman, "I think the chocolate is on Aisle 3." Then she realizes... Oh dear. A fairy now? "Is that what I think it is... If not I am going to need an ambulence cause I've lost more blood then I thought." She winces a little and holds her side.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
The fairy goes whoos and flies over in that direction. "Sunbeam! At least let me pay for it before you eat any.", Vespa sighs and turns to Shinbou.. "Please don't encourage her. I have enough..", she ahs seeing Shinbou in pain and quickly going over to her. "Hey are you allright? Why am i asking that of course your not!"

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura laughs a little. "I'll explain outside. This isn't exactly something for umm... normal people. Its also why I've been avoiding a trip to the hospital. Put bluntly I can't think of a reason that doesn't sound completely off the wall." She quietly makes her way outside to wait.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"Don't bother I can pretty well figure it out what happened.", Vespa says helping Shinobu out. "I think we both and similar...", she pauses. "..part time jobs no?"

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura just nods as she slips out side. As soon as she finds a safe spot, She pulls her jacket and top up to get a good lok at the bandages she set up. Its starting to look rough. The combat not more then a few hours ago has started the bleeding again. "Crap." She gets out some of the fresh bandages and starts adding another layer.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"Let me help you with that... Say you were hit my a hit and run driver.. That what I did once..", Vespa hms remembering that. "Sometimes I think they were expecting it. They didn't ask too many questions..", she helps putting on another layer of bandages.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu gives a little smile to Vespa and the chocolate munching fairy. "I had a run in with a guy named Riventon. It was not good. I didn't realize just how bad I got hit." She pauses and listens to the other girl's advice. "Then I will have my parents coming to make sure I'm alright and my mom will wanna sue someone. The police will be called and... I just don't know anymore." She sighs. "By the way I'm Shinobu Kimura."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"I'm Vespa. Vespa Rayne.", Vespa replies. She makes a mental note about Riventon if she ever meets him she punch him in the face. Hard. Twice. Maybe three times depending on how mad she is at the time. "Well you can't stay out here and bleed to death!",she hm and rubs her head unsure herself as what to do.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles, "Nice to meet you Vespa." She goes quiet for a minute or two. Clicking her tongue she gives a soft smile, "I have a solution but I doubt you're going to like it. The stuff I got is so I can stitch myself up. I am worried about it but, Perk of the type of 'part time job' I have. I don't feel pain like I used to."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne blinks, at that doesn't feel pain she not sure that's a perk. No time to ponder that right now. She sighs. "Okay. What do you need me to do?"

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura winces, "Are you sure you want to do this? It's not pretty. I do feel pain but its not about to kill me. Kinda hard for me to give up the ghost when I don't exactly have one!" She laughs.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
"well I don't see anyone else around here..", Vespa says. "and Sunbeam's hand are too small to be useful." "Hey I'm useful all the time!", the fairy interjects while she eat some more chocolate. "..Woudn't be first time I had do something like this.", Vespa says with a monotone voice..

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura sighs softly and nods, "Lets go to my dorm room. That way We don't look like some warzone field medics or something." She smiles a little and leads the way towards Infinity U. "Umm... I will forewarn you, there are three deep gashes. The big one is down to the bone. It should have started healing but, sadly that is not my magical area."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods. "Noted..",Vespa says helping Shinobu there. She never been to this campus she doing her best not to looks around and be impressed!

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura leads the way into her dorm and immediately takes off her jacket, than her blouse. She is still covered of course. Carefully she begins peeling tape off and bandages to reveal a mess. "I sorta was in a fight today and couldn't do nothing." Carefully she lays down a towel and pours rubbing alcohol on the trio of wounds. Her eyes close tight as that burns like the dickens. "How are you at sewing?"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne winces at the mess that is Shinbou sides. "It happens.. Just.. just come back better prepared next time..", Vespa doing her best to stay calm but it really hard. "I done enough. Did a bit a school in a class.", she says answering Shinobu inquiry.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura winces and hands over the sewing kit. "Next time I am going to have to think even faster. Turns out spinning a bo doesn't make the best defense against black energy blasts. I have to go beyond what I can do and live in it basically." That probably doesn't make much sense.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods opening up the sewing sit taking out the thread and needle. "Allright you ready for this?", she says getting ready to sew up Shinbou.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura nods slowly but then, "Wait!" She shakes it off. "I just need a second. I need to block this out." Closing her eyes she starts meditating in the same way she would prepare herself for a fight. After a few minutes of this she just whispers. "Do it."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods. "Allright.", she slowly start poking Shinbou in the side with the needle to see if she feels anything. She doesn't so she starts sewing up her side. "..So how did you get your part time job?", Vespa says starting up some conversation to distract Shinobu and herself from the grisly work.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
She does feel it. She is simply pushing the pain away. Hoping to keep it away until later. Shinobu smirks, "I nearly died. So I made a contract. That is pretty much it now. My life from now in is pretty much a literal witch hunt."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods. "Annoying fairy.., she points with her free hand at Sunbeam. "offered me a job to go on a scavenger hunt for some magical crystals.", she keeps on sewing. "..on and there the past life thing going on as well. Maybe."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura snickers, "Could be worse. At least you don't have to fight to witches just to keep going. I found out that if I don't keep fighting the things, my soul gem will turn black and apparently I will die." She sighs. "So death or fighting the rest of my life?"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne shakes her head. "That sounds horrible. What a terrible deal...", who would give a bargain like that thought if she was in the same situation she would have probably taken it to.. "Well at least your alive to enjoy life, and who knows what the future will bring?", she finishes up the sewing tieing off the last stich. "There all done. Probably a good idea to eat something and drink some fluids due to all the blood you have lost..

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles and finally breaks her meditation. The pain rushes back and she cries out in pain. "Sorry. I'm okay. I'll be fine" She quickly bandages herself back up and grabs her phone. "Thank you for your help. How about some pizza? My treat." She smiles

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods. "I'll take you up on that offer.", Sunbeam whoos. "Yah Pizza!", Vespa looks at the fairy. "You just ate!" "I can't decline free pizza!" Vepsa grabs the fairy by the wing. "At least you be a bit more polite about it!" "owww! Don't pull so hard!"

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura laugs a little and calls to order pizza. "I have some apple juice in the fridge. Water too. I don't really do much else except tea. Please help yourself." She orders a half and half pizza. Half pepperoni half plain."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods. "Do you want anything Shinobu?", she ask pouring herself some apple juice.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles and hangs up, "Umm yes, Apple juice works for me too." She quickly gets her blouse back on. "So you get to hunt gems and have an awesome ancestory. I get grief seeds and battle scars. Makes sense!" She rubs her head. "Remind me to tell Kyubey his contracts suck."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne says, "..not that great. I died. I was a slave for most of it led revolution.. Something like that. The memoires of it are fuzzy, and the only other person, from that time doesn't remember any of it at all! No princess here just some gutter trash that got lucky. This life is much better.", she makes a note if she ever meets this Kyubey she will cut it in half or quarters."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura laughs, "on the upside, I did get my vision back at least. There is that. Right? I was blind for five years before I made that contract. So yeah. Fun huh?"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne says, "Yes there is that...", Vespa voice trails off. She could use something a bit stronger to drink the way this conversation is going."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles, "I got to hear some good things in passing today. Turns out some people are really excited over this new radio show on Infinity U radio. I guess thats a dream come true for me." She takes her drink and sips at it.

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne ohs, glad for the change in conversation "What the radio show going to be about?"

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles and for a moment is her old self. She playfully hides her alternate persona. "Oh apparently its about the weird things that go on around us. What makes it fun is that people don't really care. They just sorta brush it off."

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne ooohs. "Nothing ever weird happens in this town!", Vespa says her voice dripping with sarcasm. ".I've noticed that too. I can't really explain it. I figured if the didn't most people would go crazy. I don't want to be noticed anyway.", how she doesn't get commented about carrying a axe twice her size around is anyone guess.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura laughs and clasps her side, "I've given up on trying to hide what I am. The only people I really try to conceal my identity around is my parents. I know where the road leads with the type of part time job I have. They don't need to know that. So I will just hide it from them until I go missing." She snickers. "Also, it is kinda weird that people don't notice the craziness that happens around here. For instance, Earlier I got caught up in a fight against these things called Noise. They attacked a sold out contest. People ran for their lives but no one will notice. Its messed up!"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne says, "That just crazy!", Vespa says. "Like I said I think people did accept the weirdness of what going on they would go crazy.",she hms. "Just don't do anything too foolish and try to enjoy your time with your family.. I can understand not telling them. I'm sure if I told my parents about my part time job they ask me to go see a shrink or put me away! I don't want that too happen, and they might get target by who knows what. The less people that know the better..""

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles, "I'm on borrows time. I'll live as long as I can. I'll live, I'll fight and I'll go down swinging. Its the only way I know how." There is a knock at the door and in walks the pizza man Shinobu quickly pays the man with a card and then takes the pizza over to the table. "Help yourself!"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne smiles and takes a slice of pizza, Sunbeam with a bit of difficulty does as well!

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura busts out laughing as the fairy makes off with a slice of pizza. This hurts but it is so worth it seeing a fairy taking a slice of pizza about as big as she is! "I wish I could record that for later!"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne sighs. "She does think like that all the time. My mom keep wondering why I go for thirds when I'm eating."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura laughs, "Well its cute. I don't mind if you need to take more of the pizza. Its just cute is all." She takes a bite out of her slice of pizza. "Maybe things can be good?"

Vespa Rayne has posed:
Vespa Rayne nods. "Mabye? Things will be good. Always think positive. Things will work out in the end. That what I like to belive anyway."
