Incursion

Location:	Pikarigaoka - Clover Tower
Synopsis:	A mysterious creature violates Tokyo's space-time, and an equally mysterious girl is on-hand to help defeat it.

Blue Lotus has posed:
    Evening in the center of Tokyo. The area around Clover Tower is bustling in the after-work rush, the streets crowded with cars and pedestrians despite the chilly weather as the sun sets.

    To those with a sense for the magical, however, not everything is as it should be. There's a sense of.. alieness emanating from somewhere in the vicinity of the tower. It feels somewhat like the feeling a Witch Labyrinth puts off- maybe in the same genre of feelings, but definitely distinct from it. This is no Witch.

    Those with the interest to follow the feeling will find, about halfway up the Tower, a.. crack hanging in the air. A rip in the fabric of space. It's purplish-pink and jagged, and seems to be bleeding glowing cracks of energy into the air around it. It leaks that feeling of alien strangeness.

    And it seems like you could go through it. If you wanted to.

Ikiko Hisakata has posed:
For Ikiko Hisakata, spending some time feeding the strays around Tokyo is a good way for her to relax. It gives her canine friends a small snack, and it keep her in touch with information that normal humans might miss. Things have been mostly quiet on the streets of the strays, but it's still good to know.

As she walks towards a bus stop, a sense of displacedness comes to her. Not as blatantly wrong as a Witch Labyrinth, but certainly apart from normal reality. "This is... different," she murmurs to herself. "Not sure if it's bad, but I should at least check it out."

A side trip down an alley, a glow of silver, then Cute Wolf Tsukiko goes bounding across the rooftops, dropping off her bags behind a ventialtion unit as she goes towards Clover Tower.

Ascending the tower isn't too hard for someone who can jump from girder to girder. The wolfgirl takes a look at the crack, noting the strangeness of it. "Well, it doesn't seem as vicious as a Labyrinth," she frowns. "Still, better make sure that it's not going to cause trouble."

And so, she leaps into the rift, planning on landing on the other side and cautiously sizing up the situation there.

Cure Gull always makes it a point to visit Clover Tower once a month. The place has deep meaning for her. Today she's come in the middlish of the month. She appears as a bright seafoam green streak through the sky that sort of flashes into the form of Cure Gull- her wings dissapearing as she appears and lands with a gentle tap on the top of the tower. She looks around a bit and begins to have a seat and clear her head for a bit and just... think. It's always on the spot Corvus's tablet broke.

She didn't make it to sitting down though because something feels. Off. She sort of visibly twitches and looks around her. She sees nothing from this angle. She summons up her wings- that bow on her back turning back into bird-like wings as she takes off into the air and looks around. She blinks at the rip in space. She squints. What the... heck is going on there?

It feels strange. Not good or bad.

She pulls out a Cure Line and says "Corvus I need you here. There's.. a thing."

She waits a few moments and the seagull lands on her shoulder. He looks at the rip. "Huh..."

"Is it bad?" she asks. Corvus shakes his head and shrugs. "It's strange. That's it."

She hrms. She sort of hovers down to it and sticks her arm in- because this seems like a smart thing to do. Then she sort of just flies in the rest of the way. Because this is ALSO a smart thing to do.

Well for some version of the word 'smart'.

She blinks at the Cute Wolf and her expression sours. "Oh."

"It's /you/."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Night has fallen and its time for work. This of course means that Shinobu is out doing her thing. Her soul gem is out and in her hands as she walks through Tokyo. The last time she was here she got jumped. This time at least it's more peaceful! Well Peaceful for an evening in Tokyo!

Then her soul gem starts flashing! "Wow, I thought that Witches were thinning out?" So she starts following the beaconing. It takes a moment for her to get to the tower. Quickly she enters. Without hesitating, she quickly henshins.

"This isn't a Labyrinth! Ugh! No labyrinth. No Witch. Crap. Ahh well." She holds her staff tight as she works her way closer to whomever may be there.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto is out for a bit of shopping, picking up a few tools and esoteric electronic gear needed for her work on the Arthra wreckage. Hikari is at home, minding the warehouse, keeping guard on their headquarters. Here in Pikarigaoka, however, there's a little pawn shop that occasionally attracts the most unusual sorts of treasures.

It's this shop that Mikoto exits, bag of goodies slung over her shoulder, when she feels the Labyrinth unfold. That means business, and business is important. Well, it happens. Witches need to be fought, Grief Seeds gathered and passed to the Puellae. She ducks into an alley to put up her Barrier Jacket out of sight of the mundanes, then heads off towards it.

And of course it's Clover Tower. Where else but the biggest landmark in the area? The most visible, the most prominent... okay, enough synonym games. Time to bust Witchy butt.

At least there's another flier about, and it's one she knows. "Have no fear, Gull, Blue is here."

Blue Lotus has posed:
    The rent in space opens into a rather strange place- a world, or pocket dimension, or something of that sort, which seems to be composed entirely of twisting, entwining tree branches. Although these tree branches are in colors no normal tree-branch should be, bleeding into each other. Basically as if whatever capricious god has spawned this place had tie-dyed the entire thing.

    This tangle of branches, leaves, and roots stretches off as far as anyone can see in every direction. The only feature of note (other than the other new arrivals coming through the rent) is a girl who appears to have already been there.

    Blue Lotus turns as Ikiko and Cure Gull drop through the rift, followed by the others. The masked girl's hand moves to the hilt of the long, slender katana sheathed across her back, and although her facial expression can't be seen behind her namesake mask, the tension of her body suggests she was not expecting visitors.

    "What are you doing here?" The feminine voice from behind the mask asks, in tones wary and perhaps unfriendly, but not outright threatening.

Cure Gull eyes Blue Lotus and her eyes light up in subtle recognition. "Oh! It's you again! You were... chasing some boy a few months ago!" she says. "Right? Near the shrine?"

Her eyes look over to Cute Wolf and she frownnnnnnnns again. "I'm watching you. You're not going to subvert anyone while I'm here!" she says, pointing. Corvus looks confused for a moment. "Who wha?". Gull turns to Corvus. "That Wolf totally does crazy mind controly stuff with her lockety thing!"

Corvus looks over to the Cute Wolf, blinks exactly once. He scratches his head in confusion.

"...she doesn't... feel like a dark energy thing? I dunno how'd she do it otherwise."

She looks to Miss Blue and beams. "Hello Miss Blue! Um.. I don't think this is a witch."

"Or...maybe it's a new type of one?" she head tilts.

She peers back over at Blue Lotus. "Hey- what's the situation, I'm with Virtue, too , so maybe I can help out." she asides.

Corvus seems trying to figure out this Cute Wolf thing. He looks over at Gull and flies off her shoulder. He tries to land on Wolf's shoulder. He whispers.

'What's that about?' he asks curiously. 'You're not a dark energy creature, right?' he asks.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
It only takes a few brief moments for Shinobu to get up to and into the rift. "What is THIS mess?! Good grief I thought Labyrinths we bad." She quickly takes in the situation. A moment passes and she identifies someone she actually knows. "Cure Gull? Good to see you!" She moves towards her and Ikiko.

Then the voice rings out from behind the mask. Okay not a witch but, potentially as bad. She brings her bo forward just in case. Glancing down, she looks at the button on the staff. "Not yet. Conserve your magic girl." Shinobu whispers to herself. Just because she has the means to purify herself doesn't mean she wants to right away.

Ikiko Hisakata has posed:
Cute Wolf Tsukiko blinks at the sight of Blue Lotus, then squints warily at Cure Gull. "Sensed something vaguely similar to a Witch's Labyrinth yet different, and came to find out what it was and if something needed to be done about it," the wolfgirl replies to the masked woman.

She nods to Mikoto, who doesn't seem to look like Tessen today. "Good to see you," she smiles, glancing away from Cure Gull for a moment. A nod is also given to the other newcomer, who looks rather like a Puella. Not someone the wolfgirl recognizes, but having another person present in case there's actually a youma around is a good thing.

Tsukiko looks over at Corvus as he lands on her shoulder. "A friend of mine who turned out to be a mage's familiar was holding onto my locket when I tried to henshin," she explains. "We wound up living each other's emotional memories, and somehow that established an emotional bond that interfered with the mage-familiar bond." She carefully shrugs, trying to not dislodge the mascot. "Long story; I can explain it later."

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Miss Blue steps up to the crack in space to see what's going on, and is pleased enough to see what looks like... not a witch. But then, Shiroi didn't look like one, either. She stays on her guard, Carnwennan's sword-form still hunt from its baldric, but ready to draw in a moment if need be.

"Good day, Wolf-san, Gull-san. It is a pleasure to see you both. And you as well, young Shinobu."

She pauses, then looks up at Blue Lotus. "What are we doing here, you ask?" She looks down at her blue-suited self, then back to the other. "I for one am admiring your costume. The embroidery is gorgeous."

Blue Lotus has posed:
    Again, it's hard to gauge Blue Lotus' disposition because her face is hidden. You can't even see her eyes through the eye-holes of her mask, aside from the occasionaly glint of reflected light. But by the posture of her body, it is possible to guess she is scowling. "I didn't ask for backup. The situation is under control." She turns her masked face towards Mikoto. "And this is hardly the time for-"

    Suddenly she pauses, then shouts, "Look out!" While dodging to the side. Just in time! Something huge smashes through the area where she just was!

    It's hard to describe exactly what this creature is as it emerges from the tangled, multicolored brush. It seems to follow some alien geometry not shared by Earth creatures, all sharp angles and swirling curves with a semi-organic sheen. But it seems to largely be composed of a roundish 'head' atop a body like an inverted pyramid, with several whipping, tentacle-like arms made of joined, chain-like diamonds. It's hard to tell if its 'alive' or a construct, or something inbetween.

    But it /is/ easy to tell that it isn't friendly, because just after nearly smashing Blue Lotus, those chain-like arms are whipping for any other magical girls within easy reach!

Corvus gains a tiny notepad, somehow and takes some notes.... "Hrm.... I remember... Gull telling me... something like this... but..." he taps the pencil to the notepad. "It was an accident? She doesn't think so. Yeah we'll talk later. I'm curious now." he says. He puts the notepad away and flies back over to Gull's shoulder. He knows Gull isn't going to make an issue of this too much.

She blinks and turns around. OH!, Shinobu! Um... Did she choose a name for herself? Does she.. call her Shinobu!? Ugh. So she settles on!----

"Hello Shin-chan~" she says, since, Shin could be ANYONE really as a nickname! "Yeah this isn't a witch."

She looks back to Mikoto and gives a thumbs up.

She looks back at Blue Lotus and frowns. "Well. There's a big hole in a major landmark, people we're gonna come snopping regardless. You could feel this thing. We'll-- we're here now! So l----Aiiiyeee!?"

She jumps back, and Corvus hangs on for dear life on her shoulder. Her wings form and she darts backwards and upwards. "Ugh. Okay. What is this thing?" she asks.

She dodges to the left as chain like arms whip out at her, she scowls a bit. She lifts her hand skyward and wind builds up around it. "GULL WINDY....CHOP!" She calls out as she flies downwards at an arc- trying to chop down towards the ground into the creature with a wind fueled smackchop!

Ikiko Hisakata has posed:
The shout from Blue Lotus and the first smash was about all the warning Tsukiko had, but it was enough for the wolfgirl to start moving. And with her moving, it makes it easier to dodge the lashing tendrils of the odd 'creature'.

"It's not like there was a sign outside saying 'closed due to fight'," she remarks, nodding at Cure Gull in agreement. The wolfgirl circles around the hostile entity, using the nearby flora to bound off of to gain some elevation. When there's a gap in the lashing limbs, Tsukiko leaps towards the creature, intent on delivering a two-footed kick before bouncing away!

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu gives a polite bow Miss Blue. "Good Evening. I hope everything is going well both in your day to day and here." She smiles, "Hows it going Gull?" Her gaze is cold as it falls on the masked girl.

"What is it with the Rude Magical Girls!?" She states as the womaan gives such a harsh statement. The moment she says look out though, Shinobu hits the button. Immediately her vision splits, half showing what will happen half showing what is happening now.

She watches as a chain comes at her. Using this knowledge she springs up and lands on top of it. "You my friend just made a huge mistake!" She vaults herself towards one of it's arms and then up to the head or.. at least what looks like a head and givs it a whack with her bo.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Miss Blue lets her smile widen, just a bit. "Holes in landmarks, holes in time and space, time to put holes in big scary alien monsters... yeah, that sounds like the perfect time to chat fashion, to me." She draws Carnwennan, the blade shining with magic in the dim light.

So, the girl in the gorgeous dress is not a witch. Good to know. Now what do I do about the -

(("Panzerschild.")) The shield is just in time to keep her from getting crushed by one of the tentacles.

She tries to dodge to the side, taking advantage of her flight. "Sphere Defense," she mutters, and the shield is supplemented by one that wraps fully around her... just in time for the alien's lashing tentacles to wrap fully around her, enclosing the spherical shield.

"Flicker Time." With Labyrinth Architect keeping her from getting crushed, she starts building up her traditional arsenal, a few little darts of light at a time. In the meantime she keeps busy by probing the diamond chains with Carnwennan's blade, the tip poking through her shield to strike at them.

"This would be a lot easier if we'd stayed at range. Where's a bombardment specialist when you need one...."

Blue Lotus has posed:
    The huge, alien creature doesn't seem to have any sort of mouth, but that doesn't stop it from emitting an angered, roaring-type sound as the various attacks land home- Cure Gull's wind-powered chop, Tsukiko's double-kick, Shinobu's bo-whack, and Miss Blue's stabbing attacks with her blade- all of these strike, though none seem to do any visible damage.

    That said, they do seem to rock and stagger the creature, which roars again and flails its tentacles. The attacks do not seem particularly well-guided or fast, but rather more instinctive. But that doesn't make them any less dangerous is one were to let one's guard down.

    Suddenly there's a crack of thunder from nearby, and Blue Lotus appears again, this time with her katana drawn and held over her head. Flashes of lightning race along its blade, and there's another peal of thunder before she sweeps it down, sending a blazing bolt directly into the side of the monster, which staggers to the side.

    "I need to seal it!" She calls to the others, her voice full of hot emotion. "Keep hitting it, keep it in place!"

    And then she's leaping down to the ground near the monster's base. (It doesn't have anything resembling feet.)

Cure Gull is in the air and fairly agile- as she aims to dash backwards in a spin she steadys herself. "Shin-chan.. watch out and---call out if you need help. Have you fought anything else besides a witch!?" she asks out loud over the Chaos.

She hears the word 'sealing', she wonders if that's anything like purification. In her experience- not always but sometimes? Magical terminology is weird. For now, she sticks to standard attacks--- she spins the dial on the Lovely PreBrace and calls out another attack!

"Gull Cutter!..." she calls out.

She thwips her hand out, and a rather large translucent seafoam green feather spins out- like some sort of feather saw blade as she seems to be aiming down at one of these thing's tentacles that whip around--- the main body doesn't seem particularly vuranble to attack! Perhaps it's limbs are more softer a target to hurt.

Ikiko Hisakata has posed:
Cute Wolf Tsukiko nods to Blue Lotus. The monster might lack feet, but certain tactics might still help, like circling and distracting.

And helping allies, too.

The wolfgirl dashes around, trying to keep the foe in place by limiting where it's striking at. And every couple of dashes or so, she lashes out at the tendrils grasping Mikoto's shields, kicking them in the middle of their extension before darting towards another chain.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu shouts out to Gull in response, dodging several chain lashes without much difficulty. "Don't worry about me! I'm okay! You stay focused!!" She gets closer and gives several quick strikes to the creature.

Than the girl gives a quick nod to the Blue Lotus. She smirks. "I got an idea! You all keep hitting it. I'm going to try to keep it from moving!" She calls out to the others and she begins to focus.

Carefully she observes the area. Finding a good jump point, she leaps high into the air, above the creature. Spinning her bo she twirls and eight more bos form. As she grabs hold of them, they grow longer. One by one they are thrown down around the base of the creature, hopefully keeping the thing from going anywhere! Viridian magic flows between the staves, hopefully solidifying the barrier.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Miss Blue nods, taking in the plan from Blue Lotus. "Aye," she confirms. "Hold it in place, sealing incoming." She keeps prodding at the chain-tentacles with her blade-tip, flicking it into the monster's reach and out again at high speed. Even more flicker darts orbit her, now, inside her own shield, waiting for the chance to strike.

"Good thinking, Shin-chan!" she calls, as she sees the Puella's barrier crash into place. "I've got an idea myself! Carnwennan: Hook Bind!"

A dozen Flicker Shots dart through the barrier surrounding the blue-suited girl, flying head to tail until they seem to blur together, whipping around the tentacles holding her in place... and then a dozen more join them, extending the chain of darts around as many more as she can reach, trying to pin them down to limit the monster's opportunity to attack.

"What do you need in order to seal this thing?" she calls, at last, to the Blue Lotus.

Blue Lotus has posed:
    Cure Gull's giant feather-cutter does succeed in severing the thing's chain-tentacle, the broken part falling to the ground with a crash, although there's no blood or sign of damage besides the severed part of the tentacle, and the roar the thing makes in response. The other attacks seem to be doing a good job of keeping it distracted, Tsukiko kicking the chains and Shinobu creating that barrier with her staffs. Combined with Miss Blue's binding, they do a good job of limiting the monster's movement.

    "Just like that!" Blue Lotus calls from the ground. She seems to be chanting, or otherwise engaged in some ritual, although whatever words she speaks are lost in the roaring of the monster and the other various sounds of combat. Suddenly, though, flares of light erupt from her, and the beast seems to freeze in place..

    Its round 'head' splits open as if hinged, and out from it floats a large inverted triangular crystal, hovering in the air and glowing with a faint light. "There!" Blue Lotus shouts from the ground. "Hit that with everything you've got!"

Cure Gull watches as the monster gets pinned as Blue Lotus begins some sort of ritual. She watches intently from the sky as the giant gem appears. "Right...I'll give it all I got......!"

Purifcation is too risky- and it might not work so instead, Cure Gull opts for something strong but not purifying!

"Form Change!~" she slams two new cards into the PreChanMirror.

<Rollin' Mirror Change! B-b-blueberry Waltz!>

Cure Gull gains a wonderful blue and white themed ballroom gown and lands down onto the ground daintly. Also. Corvus has a fashionable ballroom tux now.

"Pretty Cure....!" she calls out spinning and twirling and gaining some sort of sparkly effect to her arms. "Sparkling- Two Step Glitter Dusting!~" a wonderful and powerful sparkle beam of ice-flavored magic aims to arc out and try to free the crystal- hopefully causing considerable damage- and hopefully weaken it for everything else that comes!

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
"You don't have to tell me twice!" Shinobu calls out as she points at herself with her thumb. Her bo is twirled in the air over her head and then brought down, slamming it on the floor on it's end. As soon as it touches the floor a pair of scythe blades spring out from the bo and it grows a bit to accomadate the new new form. Viridian magic rolls off the blades showing that they are definitely pure magic.

Shinobu takes off running towards the triangular gemstone, the wild looking blades being carried behind her so she doesn't wind up impaling herself on them. "SEASONS..." Shinobu springs into the air, twirling the double bladed bo-scythe in the air around herself several times. Each time it grows larger and slightly more dangerous. "FINALE!!!" She turns sideways bringing the bow down like a saw onto the gemstone. The thing is hit an unknown number of times before she hits the ground.

As the Puella Magi touches the ground She turns and the bo reverts to its normal self. She turns and walks toward one of the walls, Not bothering to pay any mind to the aftermath. As soon as as she gets to one of them she drops down to one knee and starts breathing really heavy.

Given how alien the creature is, Tsukiko doubts that her howl would have much effect, either in tone or in message. But striking it hard? That, she can do, and she can do well.

Using the flora to rebound off of, the wolfgirl dashes faster and faster, a silvery aura pooling around her as she accelerates. The faster she goes, the more her form blurs, until finally she speeds like a bolt of lupine lightning towards the hovering crystal.

The bolt strikes the crystal, Tsukiko's light seeming to go both through and around the target, and then moments later the wolfgirl decelerates to a stop, visible as a humanoid once more.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Miss Blue keeps up binding the tentacles, getting them out of the way, so they won't inconvenience the fighters. And then the monster's core is exposed. Finally, this thing makes sense. It's just like a half-thousand video games, you have to tag the hit-box in order to deal any real damage. She grins. Now she finally knows what to do here.

The remaining Flicker Shots zip out through her shield, twisting and coiling through the air as they slide around the tentacles. With her own prison broken, she darts forward after them, racing towards the core to add her blade to the strike - a much more potent attack than the small darts, after all.

Blue Lotus has posed:
    All of the various attacks strike home, one after another. The monster remains frozen, not seeming to respond to any of the individual attacks, though they strike the pyramidal crystal with ringing sounds as if it were made of metal or something similar. Each attack sends small cracks rattling through the crystal.. until, with the final blow, it shatters into pieces.

    Just after, the pieces, as well as the rest of the monster, simply.. vanish. Fuzzing out of existence as if they had never existed. Blue Lotus is left standing on the empty ground- but even that doesn't last. Similar to when killing a Witch, the whole strange multi-colored forest begins to wave and fade, and a moment later all of the magical girls are back in the chilly Tokyo night, standing on the girders of Clover Tower.

    Blue Lotus sheaths her sword with a click, her masked face glancing over towards the others. "Well. Your assistance is.. appreciated in dealing with this threat. But I would caution you against involving yourselves in the future without invitation."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Blueberry Waltz spins and raises a hand. "Ta-dah!~" she spouts! And then the weird world dissolves away and she blinks rapidly on the grider as she throws her arms out spinning to maintain balance- she manages to not fall backwards or forwards. Ugh! No wings in Waltz form!~

She turns to face Blue Lotus and leaps to a more stable girder as she grabs the hem of her pretty gown.

"Well!" she says. She doesn't want to say, well- 'it looks like you needed our help.'. "If you do need help, you know who to call!" she beams.

She looks to the others. "Are you all okay?" she asks.

She gives Cute Wolf another GLARE.

Corvus shrugs helpless on her shoulder at Cute Wolf as he sighs.

Ikiko Hisakata has posed:
The footing shifts, but the change to girders means there's something Tsukiko can put a hand on to help maintain her balance. "From the outside, there's not really a way to see who's fighting," she remarks to Blue Lotus. "And it'd be rude to arrive to see what's going on, just to leave when we see someone there." A shrug. "Makes just as much sense to help out, right?"

The wolfgirl warily eyes Blueberry Waltz, then gives Corvus a 'this is how it is' shrug in silent response. At least the wind-wielding PreCure isn't being actively hostile!

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
As the world fades around them leaving the tower as it once was, Shinobu is left kneeling on a gurder. Using her bo, she props herself to stand up. She turns to look at the others and it is blatent that she exhausted from burning so much magic. It was a lot for her. Thankfully this is just a physical reaction and not a severe drain on her soul gem. It is definitely murky though from this fight.

"I'll live. I just am a bit overwhelmed is all. Witches are nasty but I've not had to burn this much magic on them." She smiles softly and walks over towards Blueberry. "Is it me or are there a lot of blue girls out tonight?" She giggles a little.

Her gaze goes to Blue Lotus. "Tell you what, If you can get your whatevers to not cause the same disturbance to my soul gem as Witches do, I will not show up in your fights." She shakes her head.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
"I've got to agree with Wolf-san," Miss Blue adds. "Besides, this sort of thing ends up looking a lot like a Witch's Labyrinth from the outside. Which is something we definitely have to do something about."

She shrugs. "I've been having this particular argument too many times of late." Stupid, stubborn, stupid damn cat. "So I'm just not listening, and I'll let you know that now. What you do about that is your problem."

Blue Lotus has posed:
    Blue Lotus stands on a girder a little bit removed from the other magical girls, regarding them steadily. It's impossible to read her expression behind that mask, but her body language is more relaxed now than it was before. "Well. I suppose, in the end, it wasn't a hindrance to have your assistance." She allows, after a moment.

    "My name is Blue Lotus. I work for the Taisha. Thank you.. for your assistance." She inclines her masked head towards the group slightly in an approximation of a bow. "But now I really must be going. If you come across anything like that in the future, do let me know. You can contact me through Virtue." And then she is leaping out into space, and gracefully falling out of sight towards the lights of the city below.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Blueberry Waltz watches the girl leave. "Taisha.....oh! Like Karin..." she mutters. She looks around and her form change flashes away with a feathery effect of a flash, leaving her as 'Cure Gull' again. She sighs and takes a deep breath. "Heh. Just my only Form Change is blue. I'm green!~" she beams. "If I get lucky...I'll defeat a Terribad and gain another, but for now... just the one!" she smiles.

She looks back at Shinobu and at Mikoto and Cute Wolf.

"Miss Blue!~ This is... Shinobu. She's a Puella Magi and a friend of mine!" she beams. "Shinobu, this is Miss Blue! She works with me in WPS!" she grins.

"Have you two met before? Sorry if so!~ I like introducing people."

She tries to ignore Cute Wolf. She crosses her arms at the thought.

Corvus flaps over.

"Hey. Here." Corvus slides Cute Wolf a slip of paper quickly. "Call me. We'll talk. Something seems... off. Just a hunch." he says.

He flaps back to Gull. Gull frowns. "Corvus what did you say to her."

"Oh well I called a her a bad dog." he insists. Cute Wolf knows this is not the case.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Puella Magi Shinobu walks over to the others looking more then a little flustered after the fight. She simply smiles to Gull and kneels down again. "I have met Miss Blue. She was there when I made my wish."

The rookie Puella just stays down for a few moments, using her bo for support. "Sorry. I'm still trying to learn where to balance things here."

Ikiko Hisakata has posed:
Cute Wolf Tsukiko subtly takes the piece of paper and nods to Corvus. "Something was," she murmurs in response. The wolfgirl tucks the note into a pocket of her vest, then backs up slightly.

When Gull's attention shifts, Tsukiko bounds into the shadows and quickly takes a zigzagging, indirect path back to her bags, grabbing them and quickly hopping down to the alleyway before turning back into Ikiko.

"Nice having someone of that pair willing to listen," she mutters, fishing out the note again and entering the number into her phone's address book before making her way towards a bus stop.

Miss Blue nods quietly. "At least she isn't just shoving it in our faces, like a certain stubborn cat-boy."

She looks over at Gull. "So, everything going alright for you, Gull-chan?"

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull nods. "I wasn't here for the thing..." she says. "I come here once a month and reflect. Usually alone. I had to call Corvus for a thing. I didn't know if this was dark or anything. I don't... think it was? Like a witch or something." she mutters.

"I think I'll try to figure out what this thing was and see if Blue Lotus or someone actually needs help. Maybe...I can try to poke Karin about some things. She might know but---"

"I haven't seen her for a long while." she crosses her arms in thought.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Puella Magi Shinobu just listens for a moment or two. "I dunno who she is but she does have an attitude." She states as she stands and finally recovers a bit. She frowns. "That was crazy! That was the first time I did a lot of that. I think I need to learn to conserve magic a little." She giggles.

"So Is this what you do when you aren't cooking for the dorm floor, Gull?" She giggles a little. "Not used to that level of lunacy."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull laughs. "Kind of." she says as she looks over to Miss Blue. "Can you hop around? I wanna get to the top of the tower, unless you gotta go home..." she says.

She looks upwards as she sighhhhs exapsertedly. "I forget not everyone can hop or fly or that sometimes. I have wings, so...!" she grins and motions to the translucent wings that the bow around her back on her waist currently is.

"I can fly around and junk. Though I can just leap really high otherwise, too!"

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
"Yeah, I love flying," Miss Blue adds. "It's great fun. I could carry you, if you can't, Shinobu-chan..."

She flashes a wide grin at Gull. "Top of the tower it is!" Once Shinobu decides to be carried or not, she'll follow Gull up.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Puella Magi Shinobu shrugs, "I can jump, thats pretty much it. Not a flyer. If you want me to come along though I guess I can handle being carried." She laughs. She smiles a little and steps closer to Blue. "Pardon me a moment."

She lowers her head and her henshin shatters around her leaving her as her normal schoolgirl self. Her soulgem is out in front of her and it is definitely grey looking. She burned way too much magic in this fight. "I gotta get better at this." Her soulgem flashes in viridian light and then moves to her finger in ring form. "Okay ready when you are."

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Miss Blue frowns as she sees the soul gem. "That's not good. You should get hold of a Grief Seed soon." She offers an arm to Shinobu anyway, carrying her easily up the tower. It seems her flight spell is good enough for two.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull lands on the top of the tower and smiles.

"You can see for a long while up here... most of the city and---all the way into Uminari from here..." she says looking around.

"Erm.. this is..." she says. "This is where I became a Pretty Cure." she nods matter of factly. "It was here... not that long ago actually." she says.

"Though... all the signs are gone.. heh. Someone even got up here to paint over the scorch mark..."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu smiles a little, "I have one at home. I just used too much magic is all." She looks at her ring and even that is showing the same coloring. "I'll deal with it when I get back home." She goes along with Blue up to the top of the tower.

She listens quietly as Cure Gull explains that this is where she became a Pretty Cure. "Wow! It must hold a special place in your heart then." She looks out over the distance seeing city lights all around.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Miss Blue nods, and spends a long moment looking out at the view. "We all find our destinies in strange places, don't we?" She leans briefly against Shinobu, then steps away when she realizes what she's doing.

"I was shopping in Akihabara, myself. Thought it was a cosplayer, when the youma came at me. Uncle John whacked it with a tire iron, and I... well." She shrugs. "You can guess what happened next." She pats Carnwennan's hilt with a fond smile.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull beams wide. "Yeah it does." she says. "I won't go into too much detail, just. This is an important spot for me." she says softly. She crosses her arms. She looks over to Shinobu. "and yeah...you're gonna need another grief seed. If you need help... we can go witch hunting sometimes!" she says.

"And--I'm sure others can help you! Have you been given the WPS speil yet properly?" she asks She looks at Miss Blue for this one curiously. Has she?

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura smiles a little, "I have one, like I said. I will use it later on and then go hunting tomorrow night. I don't like doing this all the time but what can I do right?" She smiles a little. I've not heard the wps spiel. I have heard that they are witch hunters.

She thinks a little. "I don't think the place where I started will be a good place in my memory. I was in a Labyrinth after all. My cane's never going to be seen again!"

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
"Well, think of it as the day you said good-bye to needing the cane, then," Miss Blue suggests. "And I did bring it up, but I'm not the saleswoman Miss White is."

She hmms for a moment, then tries to explain: "Basically, Puellae get the short end of the stick when it comes to magic, what with needing the Grief Seeds and all that. So we try to help them as much as we can. Training, fighting witches to get grief seeds for you, support in your own fights... there's a reason why she calls us Witch Hunters."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull nods and looks down. "Mine wasn't exactly fun either." she says. "So I get that. But.. coming here is still important to me." she smiles. "You remember Corvus, right?" she asks. Corvus nods matter of factly, but that's all. He also, doesn't wish to discuss it too indepth.

"Just. Always be careful of Dark Energy." she says.

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
Shinobu Kimura nods slowly, "I think I get it. You're a group who helps out puella magis who need it. I get it. I mean I'm leary but I get it." the young Puella has only been in the business for less then a week and she is already jaded.

She frowns, "I guess the Neon District would be where I get have fond memories. Its all really crazy. I guess I lost one life and got a new one huh?"

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull smiles. "That's one way of looking at it..." she says softly. "It's not a bad thing. I mean..."

"...if we're considering... my life before I met anything magical. It wasn't very pleasent, Shinobu." she says. "I was alone, I never left my room unless I had class or was made to by the adminstration, I was very lonely, sad and shy." she says as she shakes her head.

"You'll get used to it, I can promise that much." she smiles. "It's practically second nature for me now, a lotta stuff!" she beams.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
"That's alright. Take your time, think about it. Talk to some of the other Puellae. See what it's like, living fight to fight."

Miss Blue looks out over the city, taking a deep, slow breath, letting it out in a soft sigh. "I think Halloween was when I decided it was all worth it, though. That was when I met... well, someone special." She chuckles, softly. "We argue. But it's worth the effort."

Shinobu Kimura has posed:
The rookie Puella Magi shrugs, "I don't know. Its not that I don't like the idea of help or helping others. I just don't know. I've met a rather unsavory Puella who was doing some horrible stuff. It was just really nasty. She wasn't much better then a witch herself." If she only knew.

She looks out over the city. "I dunno if I will even live past this month. That fight with the big witch has me worried."
