Taking Flight

Synopsis:	A group meets at the Midori-ya, and decides to go flying.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Sunday afternoon finds Mikoto needing some relaxation time. She's been hard at work, taking care of several issues, and has been just a tetch stressed out.

So she's decided to destress by visiting her favorite little cafe, Midori-ya. It's well-known for its excellent pastries, but does serve a variety of other things as well.

Still, she's in the mood to indulge herself, and has ordered a rather decadent torte to satisfy the urge. Settled into her seat, she awaits its arrival eagerly.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    Another that came into the cafe was a blonde with red highlights. She let out a minor huff as she walked in and settled into a booth quietly. She had a LOT to think about from the past couple of weeks. Thankfully.....what Chloe ordered was something she needed to think.....a sandwich or two....yes...she needed food to think.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa walks in, she's looking better. Not really fully. But better. She's smiling again. She's more her odd ball self than nasty wanna be alone self. Corvus is not with her today, he's back at Hannah's place watching TV with Boris while they eat enormous amounts of popcorn.

She frowns and crosses her arms as she walks in, looking all professional in her suit. WPS is just down the way and she wanted to take a break.

She's not supposed to take a break right now, but FAVORITISM and the fact she ran the company for a month speaks volumes about what she's allowed to do in practice.

She looks around. From Person. To Person. She gets in shortly behind Chloe as she ponders places to sit...

Alone.

Or is she imposing herself on someone today.

Sierra Earhart has posed:
It has been one long day for Sierra. With all that happened between last night and this morning, she's been left with nothing short of a thousand questions. Well maybe not a thousand. Maybe just a few. Either way she has questions and there are only a precious few who could really answer them. What is she supposed to do with this Egg! There is no way she's going to sit on it! So padded up her bag and placed the weird egg in it, not really knowing what she is supposed to do. Then it was right out the door.

She's been all over for much of the day. She's been looking for someone. Anyone who might know what she's getting into. She's been hunting all day and being very careful not to let anything happen to her bag.

Several hours passed and now she is hungry. So she starts looking for a place to find something to eat. This is the point she is thrilled to have a credit card from her parents. Her eyes fall on Midori-ya and in she goes. As soon as she moves through the line she makes her order, "Hi I'd like ummm... How about a blue berry muffin, one of those cupcakes and a cup of tea please."

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato had to watch her weight very carefully for a while. Without the ability to exercise, she had to refrain from anything bad from her. But now, things are different, and she can allow herself an indulgence. This place has the _best_ cinnamon rolls. That, and she hasn't seen Mikoto in a while. Her mom broke her leg and she was spending a lot of time in the hospital, so she missed a lot with Hannah's cleansing. So she had texted Mikoto, wanting to meet, and she was told to come here, so here she is. She orders a cinnamon roll and a cup of milk, then upon getting it moves over to Mikoto.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto has thoughtfully removed one of the chairs from her table, to make room for Minoke's wheelchair, and looks up with a smile as the redhead approaches.

"Hey, glad you could make it, Mino-chan. It's been a while... I hope you've been feeling well."

Looking over her shoulder to Minoke, she also catches sight of some familiar faces, and turns further to be sure it's who she thinks it is. "Hey, Haruna, Sierra, lucky day!"

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa watches a familiar power chair scoot on by, oh! "Minoke-chan!" she beams and waves! "Hello!" then she watches where she's going. "Mikoto-chan! Hello!" she says to her! And then... Sierra...

"Sierra-chan!...." she says. "Hello!" she says. "Come sit with me and a my friends!" Lots of hellos!

She doesn't know Chloe, but she's sitting alone. There's three people she knows here.

That's lame to sit alone, right?

So she walks over to Chloe and beams. "Hey, you! I'm sitting over here with my friends!" she says. "Why don't you come along?" she asks.

Yup, Imposing herself on others it seems with a smile.

She steals a chair over and sits at the edge of the booth seat since it probably can't fit 5 people comfortably.

"So how are you all?" she asks softly as she grins.

"I'm good...." she says. Then she sulks.

"Well. Not really. But I'm coping!" she smiles again.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    Chloe looks up as Haruna gets her attention, and blinks a couple of times. "uhm......" She can't really say too much since she pretty much said she should go over. "I....really do...." She's not given enough time to answer as Haruna is moving over towards her own table. Thankfully, her sandwiches are given to her, and she makes her way over towards the table, telling the waitress to send the rest over there.

She sits down and looks around the group gathered. She only smiles to Sierra. "hey Sierra. You look like you just rode the most amazing rollercoaster ever."

Sierra Earhart has posed:
Sierra Earhart nods and gets her food and drink. She moves over and sits with Haruna. The bluenette is looking stressed to put it lightly. She looks like she just climbed out of bed. She is wearing a black USMC tank top and a red plaid miniskirt. She looks around and then sees Mikoto. She quickly speak up. "You. We need to talk right now. I need to know everything." Its a far cry from the freaked out person she had just met yesterday.

Quickly she brings her bag up onto the table and reaches inside it. A heartbeat later she pulls out a single light orange colored egg. "I don't know if this is real or some sort of crazy fantasy. All I know is this was in my bed this morning. I didn't believe what Hoshina-san said but This is..." She just shakes her head and looks down, gazing at her egg.

"Sorry, Kurosawa-san. I've been looking for answers all day." Then she looks over at Chloe, "A rollercoaster would be more fun."

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato blinks as she studies the egg, smiling as she takes a careful bite of her cinnamon roll. "This food is so sinful..." she whispers softly, her eyes half-lidded, distracted for a moment. "So what is that egg?" she asks. She then tilts her head as if she hears something, blinking. "I'mg uessing you didn't get that at a grocery store..."

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
"Good to see you, Haruna," Mikoto says with a light smile. It's always pleasant to meet a good friend, especially over tasty sweets. "Glad to see you're at least up and about, I was sort of convinced you and Hannah were.... eh. Sorry, shouldn't have mentioned that."

She offers Chloe a nod, and a "Welcome, neighbor. Good to meet you. I'm Mikoto, this is Minoke, and you've met Sierra and Haruna, hm?"

She blinks and peers at Sierra's egg. "Well. That was ... not entirely unexpected. Sit yourself down, relax, get some tea or soda or something. I'm paying for all, today, so order whatever you want."

She beckons Sierra closer, wanting to get a closer look at the egg. "If it's what I suspect, you've just taken a big step into our world, Sierra."

She takes a bite of her torte, then nods at Minoke. "I don't dare eat here too often, I'd turn into a blimp. But as an occasional treat, well. Sinfully delicious."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa looks down at the egg and blinks and her eyes light up in reconition....

"OH!...."

"That's a Heart's Egg!" she says softly. She smiles a bit, like this is a common thing to say! "That means you're a Chara Bearer. Congratulations! Not everyone can reach in and take thier Heart Eggs for themselves." she says. "You're very special! I mean..."

"You were special before!" she smiles. "Everyone is! But-- this is like a step above a lot of the stuff you're used to. Take good care of it, and it'll hatch!" she beams.

"That's what my fr----"

Then she sulks and ughs....

"Mikoto... Minoke... they kicked me out of Virtue... because I'm so close to Hannah-chan..." she says softly. "They told me to stop associating and I told them no!" she huffs.

"Boys don't get to tell me who I can and can't love!" she says. "-I mean. Girls don't either! Look! That's not the point! No one tells me who I can and can't love!" she huffs.

"....wait...."

"I need to order something..."

She stands up and escapes over to the counter.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    Sitting down, Chloe looks at the egg and tilts her head a little. She doesn't say anything, but she looks over to Haruna. "Looks like she knows more about it than I do." She says taking a bite. She does feel a bit of warmth at her chest, but she pats the necklace a couple of times....as if to make it not talk, and not burn her.

Sierra Earhart has posed:
"I didn't reach in and take anything. Its either what you and Hoshina-san called a heart's egg or someone is really messing with me. This is all too much. Why is this happening?!" Sierra is panicking a little.

Finally she does seem to calm down. She takes a long sip of her tea before looking at Miko. "Umm, I dunno what to order. I just need something. I've been all over the place today looking for eitherthe Guardians or Utau or You. Its been chaos." She sighs and just looks at her egg.

The Orange tinted egg is marked with brown lines making the thing look almost like a balloon or something. Around the center is a winged emblem that looks a bit like pilot wings.

"Well I wonder what will hatch... ugh don't be stupid Sierra, A fairy like thing?" This is all too much to swallow."

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato hmmmmmms. "Well. A Heart's Egg?" she asks blankly, hmmmmming softly. To Mikoto, she telepathically asks, <<Is that a magical thing? I guess we still shouldn't tell her about us, right?>> She stretches, cilcking her tongue. "That looks like wings on your egg," she muses. "Well, maybe it's going to hatch into a guinea hen and drive you nuts for the next five years?" she muses as a joke.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto swallows her bite of (sinfully delicious) torte, rather heavily, and turns to stare at Haruna. "They what?" she yelps. "They can't do that! They're fragging stupid to ditch you like that! You've been one of the best of us all!"

She turns and gets up from the table, stepping over to wrap her arms around Haruna. "Hey..."

She looks back, briefly, at Sierra. "Just a minute, Sierra-chan, okay? Minoke-chan, help her pick something out?"

She turns back to Haruna and sighs softly. "It's gonna be okay, Haruna-chan. We'll work something out. I'll talk to Lindy-san..."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa sighs and orders and sandwhich and comes back to a Mikoto hug. Yes she needs that. "I guess.. I don't blame them. Hannah's done a lotta silly things recently... but I know why. I just can't talk about it. Not here. I told them but..." she sighs a bit.

She shakes her head. "Tadase was talking with authority. I'm sure Tsukasa-sensei would had said something to me about it already if he was out of line. Besides...."

"Kami-sama isn't too pleased with me either- but that's even over something stupider that I'm not talking about right now." she says.

She looks over to Sierra as she takes a bite of a ham and cheese sandwhich (Hot, with pickles!) and chews and swallows.

"Why don't you belive that?" she asks softly.

"If Corvus was here. I could have him talk to you about it." she says.

"He's a bird so he knows a lot about eggs I'm sure." she insists.

What? That makes perfect sense!

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    "Sierra....take a deep breath. I don't know how this part came to be, but it seems that there's more to you than you think." Chloe says in a soft tone. "Believe me, I was the same way." She then looks to Haruna and chuckles. "SOunds like you know more about this than I do, Miss Haruna." She says softly to her. "You could probably explain better."

Sierra Earhart has posed:
The egg shakes itself a little, as though it's shaking it's head no, to Minoke.

"I don't know It's just I've never been able to believe in things easily.. It wasn't until my dad dressed up as Santa Claus that I believed he existed! Science just comes easier I guess." Sierra shrugs. She just watches her egg move. "Okay. Maybe I believe now." She blushes and just laughs nervously.

As Miko goes to help Haruna, she whispers to Chloe and Minoke, "Umm, whats Virtue?" She asks curiously.

Finally when Haruna returns she asks the million dollar question, "How the devil could I have a talk with a seagull!? I don't think I have enough french fries to make a seagull actually talk."

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato snorts as she looks at Sierra's plate. "Of course not. Corvus doesn't like french fries. He much prefers sweet rolls." She moves over to put a hand on Haruna's shoulder. "If they don't want you... then they dont' deserve us," she muses. She glances back to Sierra. "The cinnamon rolls are delicious," she muses softly as she reaches for her milk and takes a sip. She is so far deciding not to show off Vortex's abilities as she adjusts the collar. "Where is Corvus, come to think of it?" she asks softly. "I wanted to say hi to him again."

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto nods, sadly, then tells the girl behind the counter, "Anything Haruna-chan wants here, for the next week, is on me. If she brings Hannah with her, her too." She's entirely willing to sign a slip to open a tab for the pair, offering her credit card to back it.

Then she hugs Haruna again, close and warm, and stays with her while she places her order.

Chloe just gets a brief nod of thanks, for her support. And her order paid for.

"You're holding an egg made out of the crystallization of your dreams, and a talking seagull throws you?" She shrugs as she leads Haruna back to the table.

"Minoke's right. I was considering joining up, but now..." She shakes her head as she takes her seat again. "I'll talk to Lindy and Tadase, but, well."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa smiles. "At home. I can call him over if you guys really wanna talk to him. He's just hanging out with Boris-kun and eating popcorn and watching bad night TV." she says softly. "He likes having someone else to talk to for a change instead of just playing his browser MMOs." she says.

She looks at Sierra. "Oh. Corvus is.. my partner." she says softly. "I'm a Pretty Cure. Just like you're a Chara Bearer now!" she says with a smile. "Corvus used to be a raven. It's why his name is Corvus. He doesn't like talking about that time." she frowns.

"And to be honest. I don't either." she admits.

"Anyways." she says. "You better keep that egg safe and---if you need help, you lemme know. It'll hatch eventually. Then you'll meet your Guardian Chara!" she beams.

"I wonder what they'll be like...." she ponders at Sierra thoughtfully, eyes tracing up and down her. She then blinks and blushes.

"That's really kind of you Mikoto-chan." she says meekly. "I'll try to bring Hannah-chan here. She got RIGHT back to bussiness after that whole sword deal. I don't even know what happened. I was fighting.... then I remember everything Hannah-chan meant to me... then I wasn an angel." she says with wide eyes.

She looks to Chloe and blinks. "Oh! Yeah. I'm Haruna Kurosawa. I work for Witchhunter Professional Services up the road." she says. "I know a little bit about these things but that's only because I try to make friends with everyone and asks LOTS of questions." she grins goofily.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    "What it sounds like...." Chloe says to Sierra, before Haruna speaks. "Witchhunter, hmm?" She then looks over to Sierra.....but then she's fishing inside of her shirt, and puts her necklace on the outside of her shirt.....and the jewel on it is glowing red. "You are hot you know that? You really need to cool down or something." She's talking to the jewel....

Sierra Earhart has posed:
Sierra blushes and looks at her egg again. "You're right. I still think I'm dreaming right now." She smiles to Miko, "Well then I guess I wouldn't mind one of those sweet rolls if they are that good."

And then it's onto the topic of the talking bird. "OH umm Thats awesome but I just got a little question, Whats a Pretty Cure?" She is defintiely not a local girl.

Finally she just looks at her egg again. "I do wonder what you will be like though. If you are the sum of my dreams Then, You will be a pilot type. You will probably be a lot of things I'm not." She smiles a little.

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato raises an eyebrow as the dark ruby gem on her choker blinks twice. "That... is that a Device in standby mode?" she whispers softly. "Is it alright?" she asks. "Vortex, try to interface and diagnose..." she murmurs.

"Acknowledged." comes a quiet voice from Minoke's throat. Swirling Vortex, Minoke's Device, reaches out to Chloe's to try to interface. To learn its name and see if it's alright.

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
'You are hot, you know that?'

Haruna gasps scandlously and places her hands to the side of her face and there's a blush. "Chloe-san! I already have a girlfriend! Please save such polite words for someone who catchs your eyes, okay!?" she says softly. Whelp. That isn't embarassingly awkward, is it?

But Haruna is so casual about it!

She looks over to Sierra and smiles. "Well. There's lots of Pretty Cures, but the group I'm a part of protects Earth specfically- usually, Pretty Cure protect a different world on thier behalf- since- well. Usually that world's been overrun.." she frowns. "So the refugees come to Earth for help. Pretty Cures are who they find! Sometimes, you're destined. Other times, you're not." she smiles.

She looks over to Minoke and Mikoto a moment and frowns. "You can talk to them but it's better that you just let it lie." she says softly with a murmur. "At least. For now..." she sighs a bit.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto nods quietly to Haruna. "You brought her back, that's what counts." She reaches over to pat Haruna's shoulder gently. "So, we have, what, three mages, a Pretty Cure, and a Chara Guardian, all together. Sounds like a fun mix."

Appropriate sweets are delivered for everyone who didn't already have one, along with a choice of drinks.

"A pilot, hmm? Maybe you'll be able to fly with her. That'd be cool, flying is the most awesome thing in the world." She grins and gestures with her hands, as if describing a pair of fighter-planes maneuvering around one another.

She looks over at Chloe, hmmming softly. "Hot, you say? Well, yes, all of us are, I'd say."

Then she gets a bit serious. "That does sound rather odd. Could be an interface malfunction, or maybe a prana-transfer issue..." She mulls for a moment. "I'm no expert on the mechanics, though..." That's a truth. She's been studying it, but it's an incredibly complex subject.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    "I would.....actually prefer that you didn't, Miss Minoke. I mostly try to keep it on 'quiet' mode, unless something major is happening. To say I'm really new at this is an understatement. Not quite as new as Sierra, but relatively new. The fact that it's warm is it's way of telling me that there is magic nearby. If it was urgent, he would've given me a verbal warning. I try to be just a normal girl." Chloe blunt, but, at least, honest. She even holds her hand up to stop the jewel from touching hers.

"Yours is named Vortex, huh? Strange. Mine told me it's name was Burning Soul. Seems to be able to talk, anticipate what spells I'll need, even puts up it's own barriers at times, and even gives recommendations on what spell to use during different situations....."

Sierra Earhart has posed:
Sierra Earhart stays quiet for the moment. She hasn't a clue about devices and then, Miko comments on what everyone is and she just cocks her head a little. "I umm, I don't really think I fit the bill of any sort of guardian, I mean I just have an egg right now. I'm nothing special really."

For a brief moment that egg cracks open just a little and a small pair of violet eyes peer out. It lasts only for a moment or so before those eyes roll and the egg seals up again. This is unseen by Sierra.

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato nods. Vortex beeps softly and stops the moment Chloe asked her to. Minoke murmurs, "Swirling Vortex. That's her name..." she whispers osftly. "And that egg has plenty of magic in it. Also - you can learn to talk to your Device mentally - no words are required." She smiels faintly. "Burning Soul. A cool name..." She then ponders. "Well. Not cool. Hot." She hmmmmms softly. "Hey - I think it's hatching!" she chirps, looking at the egg that cracked for a moment, then re-sealed. "Hmmmm. Not quite ripe yet..."

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto shrugs. "Enh, we're all new sometime. You're getting a little later start than we did, so what?" She flashes Sierra one of her smiles, like there's no trouble at all in the world.

"Don't worry, you'll learn plenty quick, all sorts of fun things. That's part of what we do, help each other get better, stronger." She waves a hand at Minoke, and another at Haruna. "We've worked together plenty of times before. You're in good hands."

Another bite of torte is put away, and then she explains a little about WPS. "A 'witch' is a term for a specific kind of monster, they tend to hide inside barrier-fields that make them invisible, and they like to lure people in and kill them. There's a group that's dedicated to fighting them, and Hannah put together a group to help them out, since she knew a couple of them and they needed the support." She doesn't bother mentioning who they were, or bring up the whole issue of how Puellae actually work. It's not the kind of thing she wants to bring up with new people until they're ready to handle it.

"These days, they try to help fight all kinds of monsters. And, well... apparently Hannah's gotten dragged into some shady stuff lately, and that's why that dip Tadase told Haruna-chan to leave her. Stupid idjit boy."

She sighs softly, and another line echoes silently in her thoughts - stupid idiot cat. What the heck am I going to do about you....

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa smiles. "Most of us feel like that at the start, Sierra-chan~" she says softly. "We don't feel special, and some of us are even really bad off..." she says.

"I used to be a loner. Really bad, Sierra. See--- for a long time. I thought my sister was dead." she says softly. "--and I sort of hid away from everyone. I went out of my way to push people away who /tried/ to talk to me-- and for two years I was just this mess of being alone-- and I was already /super/ shy." she says.

"...then I met this raven... who promised me a wish. If I would free him from his tablet- he would grant me a wish. He knew what that wish was- what I wanted more than anything. To wish my sister back to life." she says.

"But it was a trick. He tricked me because /he/ was hurting like I was and wanted to burn the world for it. I almost helped that. But through it all, we both pulled through." she smiles. "Now that Raven is a seagull and one of my best friends.

"--and through that-- I met Hannah-chan, and Tadase and Runealy and The Sailor Senshi and all these friends of mine. I learned I wasn't alone--- and even better, I learned my sister was a Pretty Cure, too! But she'd been captured--- she'd worked hard to try to save people from the fire I thought she died in. It was a /trap/..!" she says.

"Well! Me and all those friends I made! Even Mikoto-chan here! Went and got her back!" she says.

"Even though... she's upset at me right now." she sighs and closes her eyes.

"So! I know it seems really silly..." she says.

"But..."

"The world you're entering, you're not alone, okay?" she says.

She peeks down at the eggs and 'ohs!' a moment, but before she can say anything it reseals itself. "Awwwwww."

She leans down against the table.

"Come on out little one~" she sings~ "Say hi!"

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    CHloe seems to think about it for a second before looking to Minoke. "Hmmm.....I remember you telling me that you had one very very strong dream, Sierra. One thing that made you think you were where you belonged." See? She was listening. She smiles to Haruna, but looks to Sierra, then to Minoke. "Hmmm...Wonder if a device is able to allow others to fly. If it can, it might make this a little simpler."

Minoke Sato has posed:
Minoke Sato murmurs, "Mine can let others fly - for gravity's my speciality." She then yelps as her phone rings. "Oh - Dad wants me back at the hospital - Mom's having a rough time." She then smiles faintly, takes the rest of her food in a doggie bag, and rolls out.

Sierra Earhart has posed:
"Fly! Now you're speakin my language!" The egg cracks open and a little blue haired chara pops out and flies up onto Sierra's shoulder. "I'm Kit, Nice t' meet ya!" Kit's voice definitely carries the Southern US accent. She gives a wink and adjusts a pair of goggles on her head. "Ain't nuthin better then flying at the top of the sky. Nothings more pretty then seeing the top of the clouds! Ain't I right Sierra?"

Sierra just jaw drops, "Oh my gods. what..." She just nods. "Its ones like you that I was hearing. Hello Kit!" She smiles but defintely seems more then a little freaked out.

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto waves goodbye to Minoke, and promises to meet up with her again later.

"A strong dream indeed..." she muses, watching the little Chara flit about. "Congratulations, Sierra, and welcome, Kit!"

She grins and extends a hand to the little one. "Pleasure to meet you, Kit."

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa softly sits back as the egg cracks open! "Eeeeeee!" she squeals out.

"Kit, hi!" she says. "That answers that question! She looks like a tiny pilot in old movies I used to watch." she grins.

"So... you wanna be a pilot. huh?" she asks over to Sierra with a smile.

She offers a bit of her ham sammich over to Kit. "Hungry after being in there so long?" she asks politely.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    Chloe grins at Sierra's Chara finally comes out of the egg. "Hey Kit! Good to see you came out finally." She says as she slides Kit half of her sandwich, like Karuna does. "Eat up. And here I was worried I would be alone." She then chuckles a bit. "Can the rest of you fly? Cuz I'd like to let Sierra see her 'dream' again...."

Sierra Earhart has posed:
"I dunno about you but I could use a quick fix. Ain't never had anything to eat! And she totally does! She laughs a little. "I got an idea! Character Change!" Kit exclaims as she accepts the piece of sandwich.

Meanwhile, The purple scrunchie in Sierra's hair flashes and becomes a set of goggles. "Oh totally I absolutely wanna fly. I've wanted t' be a pilot since four years back when I seen the world above the clouds! Its the most pretty thing I ever did see!" The usually American accent she usually has is suddenly a bit more southern and she is far more open then she had been. Perhaps a bit more outgoing? "Flying? Meanwhile, somewhere inside of the Character changed girl, She is just watching with whited out twitching eyes. 'WHAT IS GOING ON!?!' she would scream but no one would hear her anyway.

Haruna Kurosawa grins as her eyes light up. She knows a Chara Change! She loves them because some of them are goofy and she knows there's ways to trigger this.

She wonders what Sierra's trigger is. Is it asking to Fly? She'll have to test later. These are /useful/ things to know!

"I can fly when I Mirror Change." she says softly. "Not like this though." she says. "Super high too!" she says. "AND fast and really quick!" she beams.

"I'm Cure Gull, afterall!" she says. "The Precure of Hope and Wind!"

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto nods to Chloe. "Told you, flying's great, did I not?" She waves a hand at Haruna, as if asking her for confirmation.

Then she observes Sierra's transformation. "That was quick! And the goggles are definitely cute. I told you you'd find a way to fly!"

This is going to be great, she's sure of it. New friends, and who doesn't love flying?

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    Chloe laughs. "Well.....how about we do this then?" She says starting to stand up and eat the rest of her half of sandwich. "Come on guys......We want to give Sierra support, let's show her some support."

Provided everyone, even the Chara-changed Sierra agrees, Chloe goes down an alley and smiles, looking to everyone. "Burning Soul activate....."

"Acknowledged! Stand By! Setting Up! The device detaches and a magical circle appears under Chloe. The device forms a spear around it, and a long jacket, slacks appear on Chloe, and her hair becomes twintails.

"Anyone who's going to be flying with Sierra and I, be ready to fly with me. Flight." She says as she begins to float off the ground....

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Haruna Kurosawa stands up and walks out, and beams. She takes out her mirror and her precards. She shoves the PreCards into the mirror... "Rollin' Mirror Change!" she calls out, spinning the tiny spinning ball on the mirror- there's a flash---

Then there's a pose-- and the introduction! She has noooo control over that.

"The Wings of Hope that Soar Across the Sea... Cure Gull!~" she beams, peace sign!~

Then she blinks a bit and hrmphs. "Yeah get used to that around me. Can't control it~" she grins.

She flits her bow on the back of her waist out and it turns into two glowing translucent wings.

"Ready when you are~"

Mikoto Nakajima has posed:
Mikoto nods, and rises from her seat. "Carnwennan. Set up!"

(("Ready for battle, Meister!")) There's a swirl of light, and she's left dressed in a smart-looking blue suit, complete with waistcoat and tie. A sash hangs from her left shoulder to her right hip, supporting the scabbard of a narrow-bladed sword.

"Call me Hagane," she says, taking a bow. "What should we call you? Any ideas yet?"

Sierra Earhart has posed:
Poof! The goggles turn to a scrunchy again and a very alarmed Sierra just blushes bright. For a moment she is completely lost while Kit noms on the sandwich. "What just happened??? That wasn't me was it?! I didn't... Wait I... I can't! I can't fly!" Her face goes white and she begins shaking visibly.

Kit flies over in front of her, "Calm down! It was you I just let you show it. Calm down though. Your in a kurfluffle and ya can't do anything when your like this. Think about it, ya ain't climbin above the clouds with your feet on the ground. Do ya wanna see that world again?"

She nods slowly in response.

"Then here you go! Character change: To someone who isn't afraid!" Again the scrunchie changes to a set of goggles and suddenly a much more confident looking Sierra is ready to fly.

Chloe Stingray has posed:
    "We'll figure that out when we're in the sky." Chloe says as she points her spear at Sierra. "Fly." And Sierra begins to lift off the ground. "Oh, Mikoto? If she happens to fall, could you catch her? Just in case." She says as she begins to fly up, with Sierra right behind her. Hopefully the others will follow.

"And if you mean me, I don't know what to call myself yet." They fly higher...and higher...and higher......until, finally...they're over the clouds........

Haruna Kurosawa has posed:
Cure Gull pushes her feet upwards and up she goes.

She smiles and begins hovering upwards-- her wings don't flap, they just serve to make her hover and move about as she grins.

"Up we go!~" she says. "Remember like I said... you get used to it!" she beams.

Wait. Is THAT what she meant!?

Sierra Earhart has posed:
Sierra gives a smiles and nods. She's as ready as she can be. As she's given the ability to take flight, She does. She is gone fast enough that she doesn't hear Chloe mention the whole thing about falling. This is probably for the best. Inside She is freaking out more then a little but the knowledge of where she is going and what she is going to see just has her going as fast as she can.

Finally they punch through the clouds. The new Chara Bearer and her Chara just stare out across the horizon with stars in their eyes. Despite her fear, Even inside, Sierra is looking out in awe and wonder. "I dreamed about this. This is the most peaceful place on Earth..."
