Life has not been kind to Kokoro. A history of bouncing from orphanage to foster home to orphanage has left this young lady distrustful, the kind of kid to huddle in a corner desk, evade the crowds of her peers, and go straight home after school to be alone. But after being hunted by a strange, silent beast of sand through the streets of Tokyo, the surly loner found a two-handed hammer buried in the rubble of her home that awakened her blood to the thunder sleeping within. Now a Warrior of Storms, Kokoro must find her center, must find it in herself to reach out - must discover her own passions, and the drive to protect that will make her a stalwart defender worthy of the Thundersmith clan.
