Seth is a transfer student from the United States, having travelled to Japan along with his father, Herbert, and half-brother, Daniel, two scientists working for the shady organization known as Eclipse, and his kid sister, Amanda. Ridden with a heart condition - in fact a poison working as a timer for his father to present results on his research - Seth struggles to be a role model for Amanda, while he tries to come to grips with his fate.
