The local news stations have, starting on Sunday but with increasing intensity, begun to run stories from civilians and police talking about a rash of incidents of violence, perpetrated by junior-high or highschool age girls!

The police have been forced to confirm that this is not an isolated incident, though wether it's one girl or a group of them hasn't been noted. What has been said is that the colors on their uniform doesn't match any of the major schools in the area.

Compounding the issue is that few salarymen or upper-grades boys want to admit to being mugged or beaten up by a girl. Even a particularly tall one.
